The operator manually puts the pig's feet 001 into the safety cover 211, picks up the push rod 230, manually pushes the push rod 230 to extend into the safety cover 211, and cuts the pig's feet 001 longitudinally along the passage under the pushing of the push rod 230. the dicing cutter group (130) is composed of a plurality of disc saw-tooth blades (131) fixed on the cutter shaft, the dicing cutter group (130) is rotatably arranged on the frame (600) through bearing seats (223) at two ends of the cutter shaft, and the cutter shaft of the dicing cutter group (130) is parallel to the central shaft (112);
the guide plate (120) comprises a bent plate (121) formed by an arc-shaped plate and a sliding plate and two arc-shaped side plates (123), one end of the arc-shaped plate extends to a pig trotter blanking port (402), the other end of the arc-shaped plate penetrates through and is connected with the sliding plate between the poking roller part (110) and the dicing cutter group (130), the two arc-shaped side plates (123) are arranged on two sides of the arc-shaped plate and are used for preventing pig trotters from axially sliding out, and a plurality of cutter grooves for enabling disc saw-tooth blades (131) to extend in are formed in the arc-shaped plate;
