Herein, the definition of the electric meter in the operating state is as follows: the main components of the electricity meter (microcontroller, memory unit, metering chip, etc.) are in operation. The method is limited by the bottleneck of the current battery technology, and the major elements with higher power consumption in the electric meter are kept to operate stably for a long time through the battery.
