Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metering equipment, in particular to a hanging scale for a grab bucket.
Background
The hanging scale is a weighing apparatus for weighing a weighed object in a suspended state, generally a hanging scale, adopts a modular structure, and consists of a scale body and a weighing display instrument. The weight information is sent by a transmitting device in the scale body and is received, processed and displayed by the weighing display instrument. The hanging scale has the characteristics of high precision, short reading stabilization time, complete functions, stability, reliability, firmness, durability, convenience in use and maintenance and the like.
The hanging scale is widely applied to the fields of ports and docks, building material markets, storage, coal and industrial and mining enterprises and the like, such as cargo handling metering, process flow metering, raw material in-out metering and warehouse stock metering, and is particularly suitable for weighing applications of metal heavy load use, high-frequency and high-strength workshop material transfer, material in-out settlement, cost control, process flow and the like of domestic industrial and mining enterprises.
However, with the development of ports, corresponding problems are more and more exposed, and the hook scales which are used more at present cannot be directly applied to the grab bucket due to the large weight and the complex structure; at present, no crane scale is applied to the grab bucket, so when the grab bucket works, an object is weighed in addition, and then the object is transferred to a corresponding position after being grabbed by the grab bucket. Therefore, the work steps are more, the efficiency is not high, weighing equipment needs to be additionally configured, the work space is occupied, and the large-area popularization in the field is not facilitated.
