S2, forming and molding: the paper pulp from the pulping process is dewatered on a metal mould to form a wet paper pulp tableware rudiment, then mould pressing is carried out, and the fresh water temporarily stored and supplemented in a water storage tank is used for pulping after the water removed in the forming and mould pressing processes is filtered by a filtering device;
s3, drying and demolding: heating and evaporating the pulp tableware prototypes by using the heat of the aluminum shaping mold to remove the water of the pulp tableware prototypes after molding and pressing, and sterilizing at the same time;
s4, shaping and trimming: the trimming die is moved through the oil pressure device, the edges of the product are trimmed by utilizing the pressure of the two trimming dies, the net marks left by paper net forming are eliminated, the inner surface and the outer surface are smooth, some characters and patterns can be pressed according to different customers and use requirements, burrs at the edges of tableware are cut off, and the marks convenient for folding and opening the box cover are pressed;
and S5, checking that the product meets the factory requirements, forwarding the packaging process, checking, packaging and warehousing.
