Abstract
The invention discloses a polyamide color fixing spot preventing agent which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-20% of surfactant, 1-5% of dispersant, 5-10% of solvent and 65-80% of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 5-10% of solvent, and stirring; then adding 10-20% of surfactant, and keeping stirring for 20 minutes; adding 65-80% deionized water, and stirring for 30 minutes; finally, 1-5% of dispersing agent is added, and stirring is carried out for 20 minutes, so as to obtain colorless to yellow clear liquid. The chinlon color fixation stain inhibitor has the advantages of wide application range, no influence on color fixation effect, excellent effect, biodegradability, simple process, strong operability, low cost and wide market prospect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a printing and dyeing auxiliary agent, in particular to a chinlon color-fixing spot-preventing agent applied to dyeing post-treatment of chinlon, chinlon/spandex, chinlon and blended fabrics and yarns thereof.
Background
Chinlon fiber, also called polyamide fiber, has many excellent characteristics, but has poor wet fastness such as washing fastness, perspiration fastness and the like after being dyed by acid dye. After dyeing, the color fixing agent added with the sulfonic macromolecular compound is combined with the amide group on the fiber to form a net structure to coat the dye, so that the wet fastness such as washing fastness can be improved. However, in the color fixing process, color fixing spots are formed due to the reasons of over high total hardness of water, residues of weak cationic auxiliaries on a dyeing cloth surface, unstable pH value of a dye bath, mechanical high shear failure and the like, and can be attached to the surface of a fabric and the wall of a dye vat randomly in a large quantity. The color fixing spots are mixed with dyes, oligomers, color fixing agents, surfactants and other substances, so that the fabric is damaged difficultly. Therefore, the color fixing stain preventing agent is added in the post-treatment process of the chinlon and the nylon/ammonia color fixing agent to effectively prevent the generation of color fixing stains.
The prior solution provided aiming at the color fixing of nylon and brocade/ammonia fabrics can only solve the problem of preventing the color fixing on one aspect, can not completely avoid the color fixing on the other aspect and can influence the color fixing fastness of the fabrics, for example, a chelating dispersant can only solve the problem of high yield of the color fixing due to the total hardness of water, a naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate sodium salt is used, but the effect is poor, the color fixing on the fabrics is generated, the color fixing on the fabrics can be eliminated by washing with Na 2 CO 3 after color fixing, but the color fastness of the fabrics is reduced, in addition, an anti-coagulant HPD has the effect of preventing the color fixing spots, but can only solve the color fixing spots generated by a leveling agent and a color fixing agent, and can not comprehensively and effectively prevent all the color fixing spots.
Therefore, the development of a chinlon fixing stain preventing agent becomes a problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical means: a chinlon fixation spot preventing agent is characterized in that: the composite material consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-20% of surfactant, 1-5% of dispersant, 5-10% of solvent and 65-80% of deionized water.
Preferably, the surfactant is one of triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether (20), fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (9) sodium sulfonate and castor oil polyoxyethylene ether (60).
Preferably, the dispersant is maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer sodium salt.
Preferably, the solvent is one of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylene glycol phenyl ether and diethylene glycol.

Example 1: the chinlon color fixation spot preventing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10% of surfactant, 5% of dispersant, 5% of solvent and 80% of deionized water. The surfactant is triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether (20). The dispersant is maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer sodium salt. The solvent is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding 10% of solvent, and starting stirring; then adding 10% of surfactant, and keeping stirring for 20 minutes; adding 80% deionized water, and stirring for 30 minutes; finally, 5% dispersant was added and stirred for 20 minutes to give a colorless to yellow clear liquid.
Example 2: the chinlon color fixation spot preventing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15% of surfactant, 5% of dispersant, 10% of solvent and 70% of deionized water. The surfactant is castor oil polyoxyethylene ether (60). The dispersant is maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer sodium salt. The solvent is diethylene glycol.

4. The chinlon fixing stain preventing agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the solvent is one of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylene glycol phenyl ether and diethylene glycol.
