The electromechanical accessory drilling device can realize the control of the descending distance of the drill bit 19 by arranging the depth adjusting mechanism and controlling the position of the adjusting block 6, is beneficial to improving the drilling accuracy of the device, can realize the adjustment of the height of the drilling mechanism by arranging the second telescopic rod 30, can drill parts with any thickness, can adjust the front and back positions of the supporting plate 4 by arranging the third telescopic rod, thereby adjusting the front and back positions of the drilling mechanism, can make the parts between the pressing plates 22 at two sides translate left and right by controlling the telescopic length of the first telescopic rods 21 at two sides, can increase the drilling range of the device, can collect the fragments generated during drilling by arranging the water tank 16 and the spray pipe 18, is beneficial to keeping the cleanness of the worktable 2, and can avoid the fragments from flowing out along with waste water by arranging the magnet 24 and the filter screen, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the filtered wastewater can be recycled, thereby being beneficial to saving water resources.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: to treat that the drilling part is fixed through clamp plate 22, through controlling the third telescopic link, can adjust the front and back position of drill bit 19, and through controlling second telescopic link 30, make drill bit 19 bottom with treat drilling part surface butt, the position of regulating block 6 is controlled and fixed with regulating block 6 through fixing bolt 29 as required for the drilling, start motor 13, motor 13 drives the threaded rod and rotates, fixed block 14 drives fly leaf 15 downstream under the effect of threaded rod, fly leaf 15 drives slider 5 upward movement through stay cord 9, when slider 5 contacts with regulating block 6, pressure sensor 27 drives drill bit 19 upward movement through controller control motor 13 stall and reversal, realize the effective control to the drilling depth.
