In view of the above, it is necessary to develop a pipe bender with a positioning device for building construction, which is portable and can be used conveniently to solve the above problems.

the positioning device comprises a supporting plate, a positioning rod, a positioning pipe, a compression spring, a sucker, a bearing and a bearing, wherein the supporting plate is provided with a mounting hole, the sucker is arranged in the mounting hole, the sucker bearing is connected to the lower end of the positioning rod, the upper end of the positioning rod is nested with the positioning pipe, the inner side of the positioning pipe is connected with the outer side of the positioning rod through the compression spring, and the compression spring is nested on the outer;

the upper end bearing of supporting disk is connected with the regulation lid, and the lower extreme inboard of adjusting the lid is connected with drive gear, the drive gear key-type connection is in the upper end outside of single rotatory reciprocating screw rod, and single rotatory reciprocating screw rod connects in the inside of supporting disk, the outside of single rotatory reciprocating screw rod is installed and is propped a mechanism, and props the both ends of a mechanism and be connected with supporting indent and pawl contact respectively, support indent and pawl and set up respectively in the inboard of supporting disk and the outside of rotating the seat, and rotate the seat and be connected with the supporting disk bearing.

the support plate 8 is provided with a mounting hole 9, a sucker 17 is arranged in the mounting hole 9, the sucker 17 is connected to the lower end of the positioning rod 16 in a bearing mode, the upper end of the positioning rod 16 is nested with the positioning tube 14, the inner side of the positioning tube 14 is connected with the outer side of the positioning rod 16 through a compression spring 19, and the compression spring 19 is nested on the outer side of the positioning rod 16;

The positioning rod 16 is movably connected with the positioning tube 14, the rotation central line of the positioning rod 16 and the positioning tube 14 is collinear with the axis of the suction cup 17, the outer diameter of the suction cup 17 is matched with the inner diameter of the mounting hole 9, the positioning tube 14 can conveniently ascend or descend on the positioning rod 16, and the positioning tube 14 and the positioning tube 16 can conveniently rotate synchronously.
The pawls 23 are connected to the outer side of the rotating seat 2 at equal angles, and the rotating center line of the rotating seat 2 is collinear with the axis of the supporting disk 8, so that the pawls 23 distributed at equal angles can be repeatedly supported by the supporting mechanism 22 to drive the rotating seat 2 to rotate.

then, according to fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 7, fig. 8 and fig. 9, the adjusting cover 10 is rotated, the transmission gear 18 is driven to rotate through the gear teeth in the adjusting cover 10, so that the single-rotation reciprocating screw rod 21 is driven to rotate, when the single-rotation reciprocating screw rod 21 rotates, the supporting mechanism 22 on the single-rotation reciprocating screw rod is enabled to support in a reciprocating manner, so that the pawl 23 is continuously supported, the rotating seat 2 rotates, and the pipe bending wheel 7 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotating seat 2, so that the pipe is bent;
according to fig. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in the process of rotating the rotating base 2, the supporting plate 15 will also rotate synchronously, when the supporting plate 15 rotates to the positioning tube 14 along with the rotating base 2, the inclined surface at the upper end of the positioning tube 14 will face the second magnetic sheet 13, so that the positioning tube 14 is compressed and then sprung up under the rotation of the supporting plate 15, and thus the positioning tube extends into the positioning hole 11 on the supporting plate 15, and then the inclined surface at the upper end of the positioning tube 14 stably faces the first magnetic sheet 12 due to the first magnetic sheet 12, so that the supporting plate 15 is prevented from rotating continuously;
the positioning of the support plate 15 allows to indirectly position the rotating seat 2, thus ensuring the desired bending angle of the tube, which is well known to the skilled person and not described in detail in this specification.
