Ascites continuous aspirator with pjncture needle hidden disinfection function, including aspirator main box (1), aspirator main box (1) inside is equipped with liquid collecting bottle (2) and negative pressure machine (11), liquid collecting bottle (2) opening is through sealed lid (3) lid, be equipped with breather pipe (4) and stereoplasm connecting pipe (8) on sealed lid (3), in sealed lid (3) were passed to stereoplasm connecting pipe (8) one end insert liquid collecting bottle (2), be connected with negative pressure machine (11) through connector (12) on stereoplasm connecting pipe (8), its characterized in that: the other end of the hard connecting pipe (8) is connected with a hard needle hiding and sterilizing pipe (15) through a drainage hose (10), a puncture needle (16) is arranged in an inner cavity of the hard needle hiding and sterilizing pipe (15), the puncture needle (16) can axially move forwards in the hard needle hiding and sterilizing pipe (15) and stretch out of the hard needle hiding and sterilizing pipe (15) to lock the position, so that the puncture needle (16) can be used for puncturing, and the puncture needle (16) can axially move backwards in the hard needle hiding and sterilizing pipe (15) and lock the position, so that the puncture needle (16) can be hidden; the front end of the inner cavity of the hard needle hiding and sterilizing tube (15) is provided with a sterilizing device, and the puncture needle (16) is sterilized by the sterilizing device in the process of moving forwards and backwards; the outer part of the hard needle hiding and sterilizing tube (15) is hermetically sleeved with a sealing outer sleeve (26), and the sealing outer sleeve (26) can axially move along the outer surface of the hard needle hiding and sterilizing tube (15) to realize sealing shielding and opening of the mounting part of the puncture needle (16) on the hard needle hiding and sterilizing tube (15);
the disinfection device comprises a disinfection cavity (21) arranged at the front part of an inner cavity of a hard needle hiding disinfection tube (15), a disinfection hole (22) for a puncture needle (16) to pass through is formed in the center of the disinfection cavity (21), disinfection cotton (23) is filled in the disinfection cavity (21), a disinfection liquid injection opening (1505) is formed in the wall of the hard needle hiding disinfection tube (15) corresponding to the disinfection cavity (21), and the disinfection liquid injection opening (1505) is sealed and blocked through a plug (32);
