s2) preparation of turbid liquid of the medicinal powder: putting 5.5-6.9 parts by mass of eucalyptus leaves, 3.2-5.5 parts by mass of pine needles, 1.2-1.5 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 3.5-5.5 parts by mass of honeysuckle, 1.2-2.5 parts by mass of scutellaria baicalensis, 6.5-7.8 parts by mass of aloe, 4.2-9.0 parts by mass of semen cuscutae, 4.2-5.0 parts by mass of pine bark, 5.5-5.9 parts by mass of jasmine flowers, 5.2-5.9 parts by mass of dianthus chinensis and 180.0-190.0 parts by mass of water into a crusher to crush to obtain turbid liquid medicine;
S3) preparation of liquid medicine: heating the turbid liquid in a reaction kettle at 100 deg.C for 1 hr, filtering the heated mixture to obtain liquid medicine, and cooling to 50-60 deg.C;
