The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to a medicine for treating burn and a preparation method thereof.
Background
burns generally refer to tissue damage caused by heat (including hot liquids, vapors, hot gases, flames, electrical energy, chemicals, radiation, glowing metallic liquids or solids, etc.). Mainly refers to the damage of skin or mucous membrane, and serious one can also injure other tissues, and thermal injury caused by hot liquid and steam is called scald, and thermal injury caused by flame and electric current is called burn. The main clinical symptoms after skin burn are: redness, swelling, pain, burning sensation, localized redness and swelling, weeping, blisters, and severe pain of the skin. Clinically, the burn is divided into third-degree burn and first-degree burn, and clinically, the burn is characterized by skin burn, erythema and local skin red, swelling and hot pain; second degree burn: superficial second degree is dermal superficial burn, local blister, thin blister wall, extreme edema with severe pain, erosion and scab formed by blister; third degree burn: the depth of burn reaches the whole layer or deeper of skin, and the skin is pale or forms eschar without pain. If the burn is not treated in time, infection can be further caused, patients with deep second-degree and third-degree injuries often have severe pain, nausea, vomiting, anuresis and shock sometimes occur, patients with wound infection can have high fever, chills and even septicemia, so that the burn is treated in time.

The invention provides a medicine for treating burns, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-120 parts of vegetable oil, 50-120 parts of animal oil and 1-5 parts of kerosene. When skin is burnt, the skin is dry and painful, the vegetable oil can play a role in lubrication and moisture retention, discomfort of a patient is relieved, and the skin burn cream also has the effect of treating scald and burn; the added animal oil has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving swelling and pain, moistening, etc.; the patient only paints vegetable oil and animal oil in the wound and can make the patient wound generate heat and scald, and it has the poison to arouse that the very big discomfort of patient feels kerosene, but adds micro-kerosene and has certain cooling effect to the patient wound in the medicine of treatment burn, can make the patient be cooled down the analgesia by the skin of burn rapidly, can effectively alleviate the patient pain department fast, plays the synergistic effect with vegetable oil, animal oil.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the burn treatment composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of vegetable oil, 50-90 parts of animal oil and 1-3 parts of kerosene.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the burn treatment composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-120 parts of vegetable oil, 90-120 parts of animal oil and 3-5 parts of kerosene.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the burn treatment composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of vegetable oil, 100-120 parts of animal oil and 1-2 parts of kerosene.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the burn treatment composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 110 parts of vegetable oil, 110 parts of animal oil and 1 part of kerosene.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the vegetable oil may be one or a mixture of sesame oil, olive oil, rapeseed oil, tea oil, eucalyptus oil, or baeckea oil mixed in any ratio. The sesame oil is sesame oil, which can moisten intestine and lung for oral administration, and can treat scald, burn, sore, etc. for external application; the olive oil can prevent cracking and itching, and effectively prevent the wound of a patient from itching and cracking to cause infection; the rapeseed oil is sweet and pungent in taste and warm in nature, has the effects of moistening dryness, killing insects, dispersing erysipelas and eliminating swelling and toxin, and can effectively treat burn and prevent the wound infection of a patient; the tea oil contains oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid, is rich in vitamin E, contains squalene and flavonoids, has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, killing insects and removing toxicity, and can prevent wound infection of patients; the eucalyptus oil contains 1, 8-cineole, camphene, phellandrene, terpineol, geraniol acetate, isovaleraldehyde, citronellal, piperitone and the like, has a bactericidal effect, and can effectively prevent wound infection of a patient; the roughcast pine oil contains pinene, 1, 8-cineole, linalool, caryophyllene and humulene, and has effects of removing blood stasis, relieving pain, clearing heat unit of weight measurement, about six liang toxin, inducing diuresis, treating stranguria, killing parasites, relieving itching, and treating traumatic injury, abdominal sclerosis, heat diarrhea, heat stranguria, dysuresia, pudendal pruritus, loempe, eczema, skin pruritus, scabies, scald due to water and fire, insect bite and snake bite. The adoption of one or more of the vegetable oils can not only prevent the infection of the wound of the patient, but also treat the burn.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the animal fat may be one of badger fat and lard or a mixture of two of the badger fat and the lard mixed in any proportion. The badger fat oil is fat extracted from fat of badger, and contains the following eleven fatty acids: lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitoleic acid, 11-hexaenoic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, heptadecanoic acid, oleic acid, stearic acid, arachidienoic acid and arachidonic acid, which have good effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving swelling and pain, and can be used for treating scald caused by water and fire, and skin swelling and pain; the lard contains vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin E, etc., has sweet taste and cool property, can tonify deficiency, moisten dryness and detoxify, can treat symptoms such as dry and astringent viscera, difficult defecation, dry cough, chapped skin, etc., can treat burn and simultaneously can avoid secondary damage caused by chapped skin after burn.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the lard is aged lard stored for 10-20 years. Because substances such as fat and the like in the aged lard are mutated, the mutated lard can help the recovery of the skin, not only can enable a patient to cure the burn, but also can assist the recovery of the injured skin of the patient.
