First embodiment
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a connection structure 20 provided in this embodiment, where the connection structure 20 is used for wearing connection of a terminal; the connecting structure 20 comprises a flexible connecting piece 21 and at least two limiting pieces 22, wherein each limiting piece 22 is arranged at the bottom of the flexible connecting piece 21 at intervals along the length direction of the flexible connecting piece 21 and is fixedly connected with the flexible connecting piece 21; one end of the limiting member 22 along the length direction of the connecting structure 20 is provided with an extending portion 41, and the other end is provided with a notch 42, and at least a part of the extending portion 41 of each limiting member 22 is located in the notch 42 of the adjacent limiting member 22.
The connection structure 20 in the present embodiment is used for wearing connection of a terminal; the wearing connection is mainly worn on the wrist of the user, the flexible connecting element 21 has flexibility and can be bent at least in the length direction, and the bending along the length direction can enable the connecting structure 20 to be worn on the wrist in a curling mode. It should be noted that the length direction of the flexible connecting element 21 in this embodiment refers to the bending direction thereof, that is, the wrist direction of the wrist when the flexible connecting element is worn on the wrist, and does not necessarily refer to the longer position of the flexible connecting element 21 itself; in most cases, the length direction is the direction in which the flexible link 21 itself is longer.
In the present embodiment, the flexible connecting member 21 is fixedly connected to the limiting member 22. The stopper 22 has a higher hardness than the flexible connecting member 21, and has a better deformation prevention performance. Of course, the flexible connecting element 21 itself has a certain rigidity, but has better toughness and elasticity than the position-limiting element 22, for example, it may be made of spring steel sheet. At least two limiting members 22 are disposed on the flexible connecting member 21, and the limiting members 22 are disposed intermittently in a direction along the length direction of the flexible connecting member 21 at the bottom of the flexible connecting member 21, that is, a position close to the wrist of the user when the user wears the device. When the flexible connecting piece 21 is bent, the limiting pieces 22 are driven to move together, and the distance between every two adjacent limiting pieces 22 is gradually reduced until the two adjacent limiting pieces are contacted with each other; when the position-limiting members 22 contact each other, the extending portions 41 and the notches 42 of the position-limiting members 22 are engaged with each other to limit the degree of bending. In this embodiment, the shape of the extending portion 41 of the limiting member 22 may be the same as the shape of the notch 42, and the extending portion 41 may be just located in the notch 42 when being bent.
Furthermore, the provision of the extensions 41 and the notches 42 can prevent the connecting structure 20 from being bent in the width direction, that is, twisted in the width direction, or so-called transverse twisting, in addition to limiting the forward bending of the connecting structure 20. If lateral twisting occurs, the distance between the extension 41 and the notch 42 decreases and the extension and the notch contact each other, which prevents the connecting structure 20 from further lateral twisting, thereby preventing the connecting structure 20 from being twisted and prolonging the service life thereof.
In the present embodiment, the number of the limiting members 22 is at least two; the spacing between the limiting members 22 can be determined according to the size of the terminal, the size of each limiting member 22, the number of limiting members 22, and other factors. The smaller the size of the limiting member 22, the larger the number, the better the effect it can achieve, and the more the shape of the user's wrist can be fitted. Optionally, in the present embodiment, the position-limiting member 22 is a V-shaped sheet structure. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a structural schematic diagram of the position-limiting member 22 in the present embodiment.
In some embodiments, the top of the flexible connector 21 is used to connect with the terminal body 30. Since the connection structure 20 is used for wearing connection of the terminal, and the flexible connection member 21 is located on the upper portion of each position-limiting member 22 in the components of the connection structure 20, the position-limiting members 22 are closer to the wrist of the user when worn, and therefore, the terminal body 30 can be fixedly connected with the flexible connection member 21 through the top of the flexible connection member 21. Specifically, the flexible connecting member 21 and the terminal body 30 may be connected by welding, gluing, or the like. Wherein, if through welding, then the material of flexible connecting piece 21 is the metal that has certain flexibility, like stainless steel thin slice, and under the condition that the sheetmetal is thin enough, it has fairly good flexibility and toughness, can buckle as required, can guarantee fatigue strength again, not fragile.
In some embodiments, the flexible connecting member 21 and the position-limiting member 22 are fixedly connected by at least one of adhesion, welding and integral molding. The limiting members 22 are fixedly disposed at the bottom of the flexible connecting member 21 at certain intervals, wherein the intervals may be the same with respect to the adjacent limiting members 22, or the intervals between the limiting members 22 at different positions are differently adjusted according to the shape of the wrist of the user; for the fixed connection between the flexible connecting element 21 and the limiting element 22, gluing may be used, or welding, integral molding, etc. Wherein, gluing can be that the bottom of flexible connecting piece 21 has stickness, or the top of locating part 22 has stickness, or both have stickness, or realize gluing through setting up glue in the middle again. Welding is also a fixed connection mode, and compared with gluing, the reliability is higher; in the case of integral molding, an optional manner is that the flexible connecting member 21 is made of plastic, and the integral molding between the two is realized by integrally molding the pre-manufactured limiting member 22 and the flexible connecting member 21.
In some embodiments, the limiting member 22 is provided with a connecting portion 221 along the width direction of the connecting structure 20, and the connecting portion 221 extends from both ends of the limiting member 22 to the flexible connecting member 21; the flexible connecting piece 21 is provided with a limiting part 211 corresponding to the connecting part 221 on the limiting part 22 along the width direction of the connecting structure 20, and the limiting part 211 extends from two ends of the flexible connecting piece 21 to the limiting part 22; the connecting portion 221 is fixedly connected to the stopper portion 211. The limiting portions 211 on the flexible connecting member 21 are protruding pieces 51 on the flexible connecting member 21, which are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the connecting structure 20, the protruding pieces 51 extend downward from the flexible connecting member 21, and the fixed connection between the flexible connecting member 21 and the limiting member 22 is realized through the connecting portions 221 on the limiting portions 211 and the limiting member 22. The set of limiting portions 211 at the same position in the width direction of the flexible connecting member 21 corresponds to the set of connecting portions 221 on one limiting member 22. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 shows a structure of the limiting member 22 in the present embodiment, fig. 4 shows a combined structure of the limiting member 22 in the connecting structure 20 in the present embodiment, and fig. 5 shows a structure of the flexible connecting member 21 in the present embodiment.
In some embodiments, the width of the position-limiting portion 211 is greater than the width of the connecting portion 221, and the bottom of the position-limiting portion 211 is provided with a chamfer. When the connecting structure 20 is bent, the spacing between the limiting portions 211 on the flexible connecting member 21 is correspondingly reduced, and the contact therebetween avoids excessive bending of the connecting structure 20. The width of the limiting part 211 is set to be larger than that of the connecting part 221, so that the bending of the connecting structure 20 can be limited by the limiting part 211 and the limiting part 22, and the limiting effect on the connecting structure 20 is improved. The chamfer angle is arranged on the limiting part 211, so that the contact between the limiting parts 211 is buffered, the service life of the limiting parts is prolonged, and the occurrence of the blocking condition is avoided; and the degree of buckling of connection structure 20 can also be better adjusted in the setting of chamfer, and the degree of buckling can be realized to the chamfer of different sizes not.
In some embodiments, the extending portion 41 and the notch 42 of the limiting member 22 are provided with buffering members. The buffer member is used for protecting the extending portion 41 and the notch 42 on the limiting member 22, so as to prolong the service life thereof and avoid the occurrence of the jamming condition.
The embodiment provides a connecting structure, which is applied to a terminal through the connecting structure, and the connecting structure comprises a flexible connecting piece and at least two limiting pieces, wherein the limiting pieces are distributed at intervals at the bottom of the flexible connecting piece along the length direction of the flexible connecting piece and are fixedly connected with the flexible connecting piece; one end of each limiting piece along the length direction of the connecting structure is provided with an extending part, the other end of each limiting piece is provided with a notch, and at least part of each extending part of each limiting piece is positioned in the notch of the adjacent limiting piece; therefore, through the matching of the flexible connecting piece and the limiting piece, when the flexible connecting piece is bent, and the bending angle is limited through the matching of the extending part and the notch on the limiting piece, so that the limiting is realized, the connecting structure cannot be tightly attached to the wrist of a user when the connecting structure is worn, and the wearing comfort of the user is improved; moreover, the flexible connecting piece and the limiting piece are simple in manufacturing mode and easy to realize.
Second embodiment
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a basic structure of the terminal provided in this embodiment, where the terminal includes a terminal body 30 and a connection structure 20, the terminal body 30 includes a flexible screen module 31, and the flexible screen module is disposed above the connection structure 20 and is fixedly connected to the connection structure 20.
The terminal described in this embodiment includes devices such as a smart band, a smart watch, or a flexible screen terminal, where the terminals all have a bendable characteristic and can be worn on the wrist of a user after being bent; in order to ensure that the terminal is bendable, it includes a flexible screen module 31, which can be bent within an allowable range, and the bending direction is generally the length direction of the flexible screen module. The flexible screen module below can also set up PMKD for fixed flexible screen module is as its support, also is used for connecting flexible screen module and connection structure 20 simultaneously. The fixed base plate may also be flexible, typically made of steel sheet.
The connection between the connecting structure 20 and the fixed base plate 32 is realized through the flexible connecting part 21 on the connecting structure 20, specifically, the connection between the two can be realized through gluing, welding and the like, or the connection between the two can be realized through the matching of threads and screws.
In some embodiments, at least one power steel sheet may be further included, the power steel sheet is disposed in the connecting structure 20, that is, between the flexible connecting member 21 and the limiting member 22, one end of the power steel sheet in the length direction is fixedly connected to the flexible connecting member 21, and the other end is a free end.
