Since the first links are arranged on the outer layers of the second links and no redundant connecting parts are arranged between the first supporting sheets at two ends except for the first connecting parts at the bottom to enhance the structural strength of the first links, the first links are made of metal in order to ensure the structural strength of the first links; the second chain link is clamped in the first chain link, in addition, the second chain link goes out the first connecting portion of bottom, still is provided with the third connecting portion in the upper end of second backing sheet, and the mechanism intensity and the steadiness of second chain link are stronger than first chain link, therefore for the weight that reduces the watch chain, improve and wear the comfort level, the second chain link is by the metal and at the peripheral injection moulding of metal and make. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an exploded view of the second link of the watch chain according to the embodiment of the present invention, in fig. 6, 2026 is a metal bracket of the second link, 2027 is an injection-molded portion of the second link, and in the actual manufacturing process, the plastic portion is directly fixed to the metal bracket 2026, so as to form the injection-molded portion 2027 with the same shape as the metal bracket, and therefore, the metal bracket 2026 is actually located inside the injection-molded portion 2027.
In this embodiment, the link portion is not shown, and the link portion mainly functions to rotatably connect the first link and the second link member by being inserted into the aligned first connecting hole and second connecting hole when the second connecting hole of the second link is aligned with the first connecting hole of the first link and the first connecting hole of the second link is aligned with the second connecting hole of the first link, so that the connecting member is a pin which protrudes to a small extent after the rotational connection in order to reduce the occupation of space in other portions.
In this embodiment, the watch chain adopts the second chain link to be sandwiched in two first supporting sheets and the first connecting portion of the first chain link, the second connecting hole of the second chain link is aligned with the first connecting hole of the first chain link, the first connecting hole of the second chain link is aligned with the second connecting hole of the first chain link, and the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole of the first chain link are rotatably connected through the connecting piece, wherein the number of the first chain link and the second chain link can be specifically adjusted according to the length of the watch chain.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is an exploded view of another watch chain according to the present embodiment. After the watch chain is assembled, the watch chain of the embodiment further comprises a power steel sheet 601; after the watch chain is assembled, the power steel sheet 601 is arranged in a trapezoidal hole formed by the first connecting part and the third connecting part of the second chain link, the specific arrangement position of the power steel sheet 601 can be seen in fig. 9, and the power steel sheet provides assistance for bending and unfolding of the watch chain. When the watch chain can freely move among all chain links after the assembly is completed, when the watch chain is applied to wearable equipment, for example, some wearable equipment with a flexible screen are required to be bent uniformly, so that the watch chain is added with an elastic steel sheet to ensure that all chain links of the watch chain are bent according to the bending of the elastic steel sheet, the arc transition in the bending process of the watch chain is ensured to be uniform, and meanwhile, the added elastic steel sheet can provide assistance for the bending and straightening processes of the watch chain.
Referring to fig. 7, after the bracelet is assembled, the bracelet of the present embodiment further includes an isolation layer 602; the isolation layer 602 is provided on the upper end surface of the third connecting portion of the second link after the assembly of the bracelet is completed. In this embodiment, the isolation layer 602 is used to isolate and seal the space of the lower layer and the space of the upper layer of the watch chain, and when the flexible display screen is arranged at the upper end of the isolation space, the flexible display screen can be protected and supported, and the specific isolation layer can be made of steel sheets, silica gel and the like.
Referring to fig. 7, the watch chain further includes a silicone sheath 603; after the watch chain is assembled, the silica gel outer sleeve 603 wraps the outer sides of the first chain link and the second chain link, and the contact surface of the silica gel outer sleeve 603 and the first chain link and the contact surface of the second chain link are fixedly connected with the first chain link. Because first chain link and the second chain link on the watch chain that this embodiment provided can move mutually at the in-process of buckling and straightening, and because the shape of first chain link and second chain link is trapezoidal, the gap can appear in the inboard on the watch chain, can see the position of first chain link and second chain link at first connecting portion and second connecting portion in FIG. 7, consequently in order to prevent to get into impurity in the watch chain, need establish the silica gel overcoat at the skin of watch chain and provide the protection, set up this protection overcoat and keep apart the metal part of watch chain and skin when the user wears, increase and wear the comfort level, can also set the silica gel overcoat into the material of class skin matter, further reinforcing user's wearing comfort level. Meanwhile, in the watch chain implemented by the invention, the first chain link is positioned at the outer side of the second chain link, so that the contact surface of the silica gel outer sleeve and the watch chain is fixed with the first chain link, and the silica gel outer sleeve is prevented from falling off.
The embodiment provides a watch chain, which comprises a first chain link, a second chain link and a connecting piece, wherein the first chain link comprises a first connecting part and first supporting pieces respectively arranged at two ends of the first connecting part, the first supporting pieces are trapezoidal in shape with a long upper part and a short lower part, and the upper ends of the first supporting pieces are also provided with a first connecting hole and a second connecting hole; the second chain link comprises a second connecting part and second supporting sheets respectively arranged at two ends of the second connecting part, the second supporting sheets are in a trapezoid shape with a long upper part and a short lower part, and the upper end of each second supporting sheet is also provided with a first connecting hole and a second connecting hole; wherein the second link is slightly smaller than the first link, and the second link can be placed in the first link; when the combination, adopt the first connecting hole and the crisscross alignment of second connecting hole of first chain link and second chain link to rotate the mode of connecting through the connecting piece, the watch chain that the combination goes out is when buckling or straightening, and first connecting portion and second chain link portion draw close or keep away from each other, and the distance between first connecting hole and the second connecting hole does not change, thereby has avoided buckling or straightening the stretching and the extrusion that the flexible screen that the in-process set up the upper end caused.
Second embodiment:
the present embodiment provides a wearable device, and as shown in fig. 8, the wearable device provided by the present embodiment includes a bracelet and a device body provided in the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the bracelet provided in the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the device body further includes a flexible display screen 604; the flexible display 604 is placed over the spacer layer 602 of the bracelet and the neutral layer of the flexible display is aligned with the centre of the links of the bracelet. Wherein the neutral layer of the flexible display 604 is the interface of the flexible display 604 and the spacer layer 602.
