First embodiment
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a chain assembly provided in this embodiment, wherein the chain assembly 20 is used for a wearing connection of a wearable device; the chain assembly 20 comprises at least two connecting chain links 21 and connecting pieces 22 with the number matched with that of the connecting chain links 21, wherein the connecting pieces 22 are arranged between every two adjacent connecting chain links 21; the connecting link 21 comprises a link body 211 and connecting parts 212 arranged at two ends of the link body 211 in the width direction of the chain assembly 20, connecting pieces 221 are arranged at two sides of the connecting piece 22, and the connecting pieces 221 are rotatably connected with the connecting parts 212; a limiting groove 213 is formed in one side, close to the link body 211, of the connecting part 212 on the connecting link 21, the opening direction of the limiting groove 213 is upward, and the connecting piece 221 on the connecting piece 22 is accommodated through the upward opening; the groove bottom of the limiting groove 213 is provided with a limiting hole 42, the bottom of the connecting piece 221 is provided with a limiting column 41 corresponding to the limiting hole 42, the limiting column 41 is located in the limiting hole 42, the size of the limiting hole 42 is larger than that of the limiting column 41, and the rotation between the connecting link 21 and the connecting piece 22 is limited by the matching between the limiting column 41 and the limiting hole 42 within a preset angle range. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 and 4 respectively show a schematic structural view of the connecting link 21 and a schematic structural view of the connecting member 22 in the present embodiment.
The chain assembly 20 in this embodiment is comprised of connecting links 21 and connecting members 22. The connecting links 21 and the connecting pieces 22 are connected in a staggered manner, every two connecting links 21 are connected through the connecting pieces 22, and correspondingly, every two connecting pieces 22 are connected through the connecting links 21. The connection between the connecting link 21 and the connecting piece 22 is an articulated connection, in particular a rotary connection in the present embodiment. By rotational connection is meant that the connection between adjacent connecting links 21 and connecting pieces 22 is at least rotatable, which also allows for a translational movement between adjacent connecting links 21 and connecting pieces 22. The rotational connection is for the purpose of converting the chain assembly 20 from a flat state when not worn to a bent state when worn, or from a bent state when worn to a flat state when not worn.
The connecting portions 212 on the connecting links 21 are disposed on two opposite ends of the connecting links 21, wherein the two opposite ends are the ends in the width direction of the chain assembly 20. The connecting portions 212 provided at both ends ensure symmetry and stability of the connection of the chain assembly 20. The width direction of the chain assembly refers to the vertical direction of the bendable direction of the chain assembly, and correspondingly, the bendable direction of the chain assembly can also be referred to as the length direction of the chain assembly, rather than the length and width of the chain assembly in the dimension. Generally, the dimension of the chain assembly in the length direction is always larger than that in the width direction, but the opposite is not excluded, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
The connecting part 212 and the connecting part 22 form a rotating connection, the rotating connection can be a hinge connection, and the rotating connection between the connecting part 212 and the connecting part 22 can be realized through a hinge connection shaft by respectively arranging hinge connection holes on the connecting part and the connecting part; or, a connecting shaft is arranged on the connecting part 212 or the connecting part 22, and a connecting hole is arranged on the other connecting part, so that the connecting shaft and the connecting hole are matched to realize rotating connection, wherein the connecting shaft can be fixedly connected with the connecting part 212 or the connecting part 22, for example, through interference fit, or fixedly connected through gluing, welding, integral forming and the like. Here, the rotation connection between the connection portion 212 and the connection member 22 is used to realize the rotation therebetween, and may have no limit function or may be provided with a limit function to some extent, that is, the size of the hinge connection hole is set to be larger than that of the hinge connection shaft.
In the present embodiment, the connecting portion 212 provided on the connecting link 21 is provided with a limiting groove 213 on a side close to the link body 211, and the limiting groove 213 opens upward and is used for receiving the connecting piece 221 on the connecting member 22. Wherein, be provided with two connecting portion 212 on one connecting link 21, then, two connecting portion 212 that correspond set up two spacing grooves 213, and the position of setting up of two spacing grooves 213 all is close to link body 211 corresponding to corresponding connecting portion 212. The limiting groove 213 is used for receiving the connecting piece 221 on the connecting piece 22, and the connecting portion 212 is rotatably connected with the connecting piece 221 to realize the rotary connection between the connecting link 21 and the connecting piece 22. Because the connecting piece 221 is arranged in the limiting groove 213, the surface contact between the limiting groove 213 and the connecting piece 221 can avoid the connecting link 21 and the connecting piece 22 from being twisted in the width direction of the chain assembly 20, and the effect is more obvious when the contact surface is larger. Or, optionally, the thickness of the connecting piece 221 is smaller than the width of the limiting groove 213, and the thickness of the connecting piece and the width of the limiting groove 213 are within a preset range, that is, the thickness of the connecting piece 221 is only slightly smaller than the width of the limiting groove 213, so that sufficient surface contact between the groove wall of the limiting groove 213 and the connecting piece 221 can be ensured, and it is ensured that no distortion in the width direction of the chain assembly 20 is generated between the connecting link 21 and the connecting piece 22.
in order to realize the limiting effect of the chain assembly 20 when being worn, the limiting can be realized through a limiting structure. Wherein, in this embodiment, limit structure specifically passes through: a limiting hole 42 is arranged at the bottom of the limiting groove 213, and a limiting column 41 corresponding to the limiting hole 42 is correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the connecting sheet 221; the connecting sheet 221 is arranged in the limiting groove 213, and the limiting column 41 on the connecting sheet 221 is positioned in the limiting hole 42; in order to achieve the limiting effect, the size of the limiting column 41 is smaller than that of the limiting hole 42, the limiting hole 42 can provide a moving space for the limiting column 41, and the moving space of the limiting column 41 realizes the limitation of the rotational connection between the connecting link 21 and the connecting member 22. The first extension 221 and the second extension 213 are both disposed in a direction extending inward along the width of the chain assembly 20, so that the position limiting structure can be hidden inside the chain assembly 20, and the integrity and the aesthetic appearance of the chain assembly 20 can be maintained. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a top view of the connecting link 21 of the present embodiment, when the position-limiting pillar 41 moves to a point a in the position-limiting hole 42, the movement of the position-limiting pillar 41 in the position-limiting hole 42 reaches a boundary, an angle between the connecting member 22 and the connecting link 21 is a first angle at the boundary, and the connecting member 22 and the connecting link 21 reach a limit straight state at the first angle without going beyond the limit straight state to cause a reverse folding; when the position-limiting column 41 moves to the point B in the position-limiting hole 42, the movement of the position-limiting column 41 in the position-limiting hole 42 reaches another boundary, the angle between the connecting member 22 and the connecting link 21 at the boundary is a second angle, and the connecting member 22 and the connecting link 21 reach a maximum bending state at the second angle without exceeding the state to cause excessive bending. Thus, the range from the first angle to the second angle, which is the predetermined angle range defined by the engagement between the position-limiting post 41 and the position-limiting hole 42, does not exceed the bending range between each adjacent connecting link 21 and connecting member 22 in the chain assembly 20. Generally speaking, the limit state of the chain assembly 20 at the first angle is a flat state, and the limit state of the chain assembly 20 at the second angle is a wearing state, and a reasonable angle can be set by referring to the shape and thickness of the wrist, or the angle range can be customized according to the wrist of different people, so that the wrist can fit different users.
In addition, the pivotal connection between the connecting links 21 and the connecting members 22 provides sufficient contact surface for the connecting links 21 and the connecting members 22 to prevent the chain assembly 20 from twisting in the width direction. The more sufficient the contact surface between the connecting link 21 and the connecting member 22, the more significant the effect thereof in preventing the widthwise twisting of the chain assembly 20.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the two limiting grooves 213 on the connecting portion 212 on two sides of the connecting link 21 near the link body 211 are both provided with limiting holes 42, and the bottoms of the two connecting pieces 221 on the connecting member 22 are both provided with limiting posts 41 corresponding to the corresponding limiting grooves 213. In order to ensure the stability and balance of the connection between the connecting link 21 and the connecting member 22, the connecting portion 212 and the connecting piece 221 are required to be arranged on both sides of the chain assembly 20 in the width direction to realize the movable connection, and the limiting structure, namely the limiting column 41 and the limiting hole 42, is a set, and the limiting column 41 and the limiting hole 42 are arranged on both sides of the connecting link 21 and the connecting member 22 to further improve the limiting effect.
