The gateway device 20 is used for transmitting the video data collected by the network camera 10 to the routing device 30. The routing device 30 is configured to transmit the video data sent by the gateway device 20 to the cloud server 40. The cloud server 40 is configured to perform various data processing (such as extraction, storage, and the like) on the video data, so as to implement video monitoring.
The network camera network distribution method provided by the application is specifically used for establishing network connection among the network camera 10, the gateway device 20 and the routing device 30 so as to establish a video monitoring network. The network camera 10 may be a camera with image scanning and recognition functions, and may be deployed in various scenes requiring video monitoring, such as traffic intersections for monitoring various conditions of the intersections (e.g., traffic flow, people flow, etc.), or may be deployed in buildings for monitoring various conditions inside the buildings. The gateway device 20 may be a separate device, or may be a computer device or the like that has a gateway function turned on. The routing device 30 may be a host or a switch having a routing function that is turned on by software, a separately provided router, or the like.
referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a network distribution method for network cameras, where the method includes S110 to S130. The method provided by the embodiment can be operated in the network camera shown in fig. 1.

The network camera is capable of scanning and recognizing image information. After the network camera is powered on, if a distribution network instruction is received, a distribution network is triggered, and a preset distribution network mode is entered. The network camera scans image information including access authentication information, which may be a two-dimensional code, a barcode, a special pattern composed of at least one of numeric characters and color blocks, and the like. As long as the image information carries the access authentication information, the specific presentation form is not limited. The image information may be displayed on the network camera by an electronic device or a paper document having a graphic generation and graphic display function. The network camera identifies the image information and acquires access authentication information. The access authentication information includes, but is not limited to, a Service Set Identifier (SSID) and a Password (Password) of the router.

The network camera may have information of the gateway device, i.e., gateway information, pre-stored therein. When the gateway equipment releases the hot spot, the network camera can access the corresponding gateway equipment to establish wireless network connection with the gateway equipment to form first network connection. The gateway information may include a name of a hotspot (i.e., a wireless network) released by the gateway device and a password for accessing the wireless network device. The network camera and the gateway device transmit information through the first network connection. The connection form and connection mode of the first network connection are not limited in this application, and may be set according to actual requirements. In a specific embodiment, the first network connection is a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) communication connection.
s130, the network camera sends the access authentication information to the gateway equipment based on the first network connection, and the access authentication information is used by the gateway equipment for establishing a second network connection with the routing equipment.
The network camera is connected through a first network, and the access authentication information obtained through identification is sent to the gateway equipment. And the gateway equipment establishes network connection with the routing equipment according to the access authentication message to form second network connection. A first network connection is formed between the network camera and the gateway equipment, and a second network connection is formed between the network equipment and the routing equipment, so that the network camera can access the routing equipment through the gateway equipment, and a network is distributed. Subsequent webcams can transmit information over the network link of the gateway device.

In a specific embodiment, the gateway identity information may be a MAC (Media Access Control Address) of the gateway. After the second network connection is established, the second wireless network is destroyed, and the network camera is accessed to the first wireless network, so that the security and the uniqueness of the network camera accessing to the network are ensured.
