Description

Paperless express logistics working method capable of protecting customer information
Technical Field
the invention relates to the technical field of express logistics, in particular to an express logistics working method.
Background
With the rise of electronic commerce, the express logistics quantity of bulk goods and small goods is greatly increased, and the package usage amount of the express industry in 2017 reaches 400 hundred million according to the number disclosed by the national postal service bureau. Among the solid waste produced, the number of plastic express bags is 80 hundred million, and the number of express packing boxes is 40 hundred million. The raw paper of the corrugated case required by carton packaging in one year all over the country is as much as 4600 ten thousand tons, and if the raw paper is converted into the trees for paper making, the raw paper is approximately equal to 7200 ten thousand trees. And in the end recycling link, the cost of manpower, cleanness and the like spent on recycling express packages is far higher than that of the packages, so most express logistics enterprises can enable consumers to process the express packages by themselves and cannot actively recycle the express packages.
at present, a logistics information bill on the surface of an express package is basically identified by a paper bill and a bar code, and logistics information is identified by scanning the bar code, but the paper bar code is basically disposable and cannot be reused, so that the possibility of recycling logistics packages is further limited. According to incomplete statistics, the usage amount of only paper express bills is over 1000 hundred million sheets per year, and the direct and indirect cost is over 100 hundred million yuan.
more serious problem is that the existing logistics information list is often printed with important information such as names, telephone numbers, specific addresses and the like of a sender and a receiver, and in the transfer process of express mail, a lot of personnel contact with the express mail, the privacy of a client is easily revealed, and lawless persons can take advantage of the privacy. At present, express delivery personnel privately record client addresses and client calls, and private client WeChat disturbs clients or makes room entry to steal and other malignant cases. For example, as the online store seller appearing in the news report of recent days gives bad comments to the buyer, the online harassment or the telephone harassment (a mobile phone 'call you dead'), the WeChat harassment or the mailing of some filth and funeral goods through an express delivery address is carried out through the address provided by the buyer during the current shopping, so that the unstable factors of the society are greatly increased.
therefore, how to carry out maximum protection on the privacy of the client and process the logistics list and logistics package in a more environment-friendly way becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a paperless express logistics working method capable of protecting customer information. The method for associating the client contact information with the ID character string is adopted, and the ID character string can be customized, so that the personalized requirements of the client are met.
in order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a paperless express logistics working method capable of protecting customer information comprises the following steps:
(1) The network registration system platform generates a unique ID character string according to the contact information input by the client, or the client self-defines a unique ID character string; the ID character string is associated with the contact information; the contact information comprises a contact telephone and an address;
(2) The express logistics receiving network point binds ID character string information of a sender and ID character string information of a receiver with an RFID chip ID or a visual electronic tag ID (if a visual electronic tag is adopted, relevant information can be written into the visual tag through an NFC or Bluetooth function, and can be seen through naked eyes), and the RFID chip or the visual electronic tag is placed on a logistics package of the sent express; when the ID character string information of the sender and the ID character string information of the receiver are bound with the RFID chip ID or the visual electronic tag ID through software, the ID character string information of the sender and the ID character string information of the receiver are associated with the ID number of the chip or the visual electronic tag ID, and when the equipment scans the chip, the information bound with the chip ID or the visual electronic tag ID can be inquired.
(3) The express delivery arrives at an express delivery sorting center of a city where a delivery network point is located, scanning equipment scans the express delivery and reads the ID of the RFID chip or the ID of the visual electronic tag or manually reads the ID of the visual electronic tag and three sections of codes on the visual electronic tag, information of the city or area where an addressee is located is obtained through software matching or manual matching, and then the express delivery is sorted to an express delivery storage area of the city or area; when the area has no automatic scanning equipment, the relevant information of the visual electronic tags can be checked through naked eyes so as to carry out manual sorting. The first segment of the three segments represents the destination center and the type of the package, the second segment represents the destination branch company and branch, and the third segment represents the delivery line or the delivery member.
(4) the express is packed and transported to an express distribution center of a city or a region where the receiver is located;
(5) Scanning the express and reading the ID of the RFID chip by scanning equipment of the express distribution center, or manually reading the ID of the visual electronic tag and three-segment codes on the visual electronic tag, obtaining the information of a street or a village and a town where an addressee is located by software matching or manual matching (reading the three-segment codes displayed on the visual electronic tag), and distributing the express to a delivery person in charge of the street or the village and the town or directly throwing the express to an express post or an express cabinet;
(6) If the express is assigned to the delivery person in the step (5), the delivery person scans the express through scanning equipment, reads the ID of the RFID chip or manually reads the ID of the visual electronic tag and the three-segment code on the visual electronic tag, and obtains the contact information of the addressee through software matching or manual matching; dispatching and recycling the RFID chip or the visual electronic tag;
If the express is directly put into an express post station or an express cabinet in the step (5), the RFID chip or the visual electronic tag is recovered while the express is put;
(7) and the ID character string information of the sender and the ID character string information of the receiver are unbound with the ID of the RFID chip or the ID of the visual electronic tag.
if the ID character string is generated by the registration system for the first time, the ID character string can be automatically distributed by an express company, and consists of 1-20 digits; when a customer delivers goods for the first time, an express company can automatically generate an ID number character string according to the address, name and mobile phone number information of the customer, and the customer can be repeatedly used or cancelled for reapplication next time.
if the ID character string is customized by the customer, the ID character string can be combined by at least one of numbers, symbols, Chinese characters and letters, and the digit number is not limited; for example, a Chinese character, an Arabic number, a letter, a word, a phrase, a domain name, a web site may be used.
All the ID character strings generated by all the client registrations are not repeated.
Further, if the ID character string is generated by a registration system, the ID character string consists of 8-20 digits; the generation rule is as follows: the first 6 digits are the postcode of the street or town corresponding to the address input by the client; the remaining digits are randomly generated numeric strings. Preferably, 13-15 digits can be used for the ID string. Since the number of resident persons in the area covered by one zip code generally does not exceed 50 million persons, and assuming that each person registers 20 IDs, the total number will not exceed 1 million, therefore, selecting a 7-9 digit character string can satisfy normal requirements. Alternatively, a special number definition may be used for a particular user, such as "1" representing a globally unique one, "2", "3", and so on.
When the RFID chip is adopted, the surface of the RFID chip is also provided with a two-dimensional code ID, a bar code ID and a digital ID, and the represented information and the RFID chip ID are the same digital string. When the visual electronic tag is adopted, a two-dimensional code ID, a bar code ID or a digital ID, ID character string information of a sender and ID character string information of a receiver are displayed on a screen of the visual electronic tag; the two-dimensional code ID, the bar code ID and the information represented by the digital ID are the same digital string with the built-in ID of the visual electronic tag; and express item running codes and three-section codes are displayed on the screen of the visual electronic tag, so that the network points lacking scanning equipment can be conveniently sorted manually.
In the step (3), the scanning equipment and the staff in the express sorting center can only obtain the information of the city or the region where the addressee is located;
all express mails sent to the same city or region form a cargo package, all the cargo packages are concentrated to a regional transfer center, after batch inspection, counting and statistics of cargo information and quantity, whether the information is consistent with original record information in the system or not is checked, if not, unpacking, checking and checking are carried out, and if so, the express packages are sent to an express distribution center of an addressee.
in the step (5), the scanning equipment and the staff of the express distribution center can only obtain the information of the street or the village and town where the addressee is located;
In the step (6), the scanning device of the sender can only obtain the name of the addressee, the contact telephone of the addressee, the name of the cell, the building number, the unit number, the house number or the village group name and the house number of the addressee; the receiver contact phone is a virtual number transferred by the phone transfer system;
The scanning equipment comprises RFID scanning equipment, bar code scanning equipment or two-dimensional code scanning equipment; the RFID scanning equipment comprises an RFID scanning channel machine and an RFID handheld terminal.
wherein, the client needs to verify the mobile phone number when registering; the network registration system controls the number of the registered ID character strings of the same mobile phone number under the same zip code, and prompts a client to cancel at least one existing ID party to reapply the ID character strings after the number exceeds a certain number. The rule can effectively avoid the condition that a large number of IDs are maliciously registered to cause system crash.
the RFID chip or the visual electronic tag is placed on the logistics package of the mailpiece in a sticking and/or embedding mode.

The back surface of the chip box 2 is also provided with a double-sided adhesive tape 27, and the chip box 2 is adhered with the logistics package through the double-sided adhesive tape 27. The chip case 2 was colorless and transparent.
wherein, RFID scanning equipment in express delivery letter sorting center, regional transportation center and express delivery allotment center includes RFID scanning passageway machine.
The RFID chip adopted by the method is also called as an ultrahigh frequency RFID electronic tag, can identify high-speed moving objects, and can also identify a plurality of objects simultaneously; the penetrability is strong, and the severe environment is resisted; the safety and the confidentiality are strong; can be repeatedly used, and the memory capacity of data is large. In the embodiment, the RFID chip of 860-960 Mhz is selected, and the ID number of the RFID chip is globally unique and cannot be modified, so that the false phenomenon is avoided. Moreover, the RFID chip of 860-960 Mhz can realize quick sorting, quick error correction, quick search and quick statistics; can be repeatedly used, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
At present, the common domestic ultrahigh frequency RFID air protocol has international standards, national standards, industry standards, enterprise standards and the like. The most popular standards are 6C and 6D standards, namely ISO/IEC 18000-6C (63) and ISO/IEC18000-6D (64), and in addition, Chinese national standard GB/T29768 2013 formally implemented in 5 months in 2014 in China.
The RFID scanning passage machine adopts an RFID tunnel batch parcel checking technology, can rapidly scan RFID chips of a whole batch of goods at one time through barriers in a certain distance and space, checks and reads data of goods entering and leaving a warehouse in batches, and supports automatic identification and statistics of goods without barriers and unpacking. The detection and identification efficiency is high, and the passing time of a single box of products is about 10 seconds; the tag reading accuracy rate reaches 100%; the industrial control computer software can control the whole machine function, monitor the running state of all the equipment, and the outside is equipped with mechanical keys at the same time, thus facilitating the operator to control the working state of the equipment at any time; the industrial plastic net mouth conveying line is designed, so that the problem of offset maintenance of a conveying line body is fully solved; and access doors are arranged on two sides of the channel, so that equipment maintenance is facilitated. The ROV-SC201 RFID scanning channel machine produced by Guangzhou Rovini information technology company can be adopted, the working frequency is 920MHz-928MHz, and the number of read-write labels is as follows: a single bin of 300 tags.
the RFID hand-held terminal can adopt an ROV-R2-TU RFID special mobile terminal produced by Guangzhou Rovini information technology company or an i6200 Series enterprise intelligent terminal produced by Shenzhen Youbo science and technology corporation.
By adopting the method, malicious events caused by the leakage of the contact way of the client can be greatly avoided. Taking online shopping as an example, a seller can not contact the address and the telephone of a buyer because the seller contacts only the ID character string provided by the buyer; when the buyer and the seller conflict, the buyer can log out the ID character string provided for the seller at the time of initial shopping at any time, so that the seller cannot mail some malicious articles through the ID character string.
in addition, when the receiver selects the whole course information to be kept secret, the express will enter an express post station or an express self-service cabinet, and then the specific address (building number, unit number, house number) of the customer, the telephone number and the name will not be known by the staff in the whole course. The confidentiality degree of the client information is greatly improved.
In other beneficial variant embodiments, the RFID chip may also be replaced with a visual electronic tag, and the ID number of the visual electronic tag is bound with the sender ID string information and the recipient ID string information. The information displayed in the visual electronic tag can be written in through Bluetooth, NFC or wifi connection. During the transfer, the relevant scanning device is also replaced by a scanning device for visualizing the electronic label. Except displaying the ID character string information of a sender and the ID character string information of a receiver on the visual electronic tag, the visual electronic tag can also display express delivery flow codes inside an express company, and is convenient for manual sorting of sites lacking scanning equipment. At present, express delivery line codes of express delivery companies on the market often adopt three-segment codes, and the definition of the three-segment codes is as follows: 1. destination center and package type; 2. destination affiliates and divisions; 3. dispatch the line or dispatch member.
