Abstract
本发明涉及窗帘,特别涉及一种能发电的节能百褶帘。它具有升降绳和折叠成Z字形的帘布(2),帘布是可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件,所述可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件是将多块柔性太阳能电池芯片(6),按照一褶是柔性太阳能电池芯片(6)、一褶是遮挡薄板(10)的规则排列。本发明具有以下有益效果:1本发明安装在窗内,被遮挡的阳光通过可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件转化为电能储存在蓄电池中,减少空调的能耗,使得内遮阳也具有很好的节能效果。2、帘布采用一褶是柔性太阳能电池、一褶是遮挡薄板的规则排列,各褶的柔性太阳能电池通过串并联连接,使用时柔性太阳能电池的那一褶对着阳光,这样降低了成本、提高了柔性太阳能电池的利用率。

本发明涉及窗帘,特别涉及一种能发电的节能百褶帘。
背景技术
百褶帘是使屏风式折叠的帘布以折叠的形式伸展、收回的窗帘,因其特有的褶叠(波浪式的折叠),使遮阳和反射太阳光的面积比其他窗帘大,具有较好的遮阳以及隔音效果。
目前的百褶帘有两种安装方式:
一种是安装在窗内,夏天起内遮阳作用,其缺点是被遮挡的阳光转化为热量在室内空气中散发,没有减少空调的能耗,节能效果较差。
另一种是安装在窗外,夏天起外遮阳作用,被遮挡的阳光转化为热量在室外空气中散发,减少了室内空调的能耗,节能效果较好。其缺点是被遮挡的阳光没有得到利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种能发电的节能百褶帘。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种能发电的节能百褶帘,具有升降绳和折叠成Z字形的帘布,通过在所述帘布上设置穿绳孔且使升降绳穿通于所述穿绳孔并引入或拉出所述升降绳,从而能够上升或下降,操作系统可以是手动或电机驱动,其特征在于:所述帘布是可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件。
所述可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件是将多块柔性太阳能电池芯片,按照一褶是柔性太阳能电池芯片、一褶是遮挡薄板的规则排列,各褶的柔性太阳能电池芯片通过串并联连接,由胶膜、前板和背板将柔性太阳能电池芯片、连接电线以及遮挡薄板封装成一体。
所述可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件的每一褶上都有穿绳孔。
所述操作系统为电机驱动,电机是自带蓄电池的遥控管状电机,所述可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件的输出端与遥控管状电机输入端通过电线连接。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明安装在窗内,被遮挡的阳光通过可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件转化为电能储存在蓄电池中,减少空调的能耗,使得内遮阳也具有很好的节能效果。
2、本发明安装在窗外,不仅能起到外遮阳节能作用,而且被遮挡的阳光通过可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件转化为电能储存在蓄电池中,可用来操作百褶帘的上升或落下以及其他用电设备。
3、本发明的帘布采用一褶是柔性太阳能电池、一褶是遮挡薄板的规则排列,各褶的柔性太阳能电池通过串并联连接,使用时柔性太阳能电池的那一褶对着阳光,这样降低了成本、提高了柔性太阳能电池的利用率。

具体实施方式
图1、图2、图3描述了本发明的一个实施例。对照图1、图2、图3本发明一种能发电的节能百褶帘,具有升降绳和折叠成Z字形的帘布2,通过在帘布2上设置穿绳孔3且使升降绳4穿通于穿绳孔3并引入或拉出所述升降绳4,从而能够上升或下降,帘布2是可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件。
可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件是将多块柔性太阳能电池芯片6,按照一褶是柔性太阳能电池芯片6,柔性太阳能电池芯片6对着阳光16,一褶是遮挡薄板10的规则排列,各褶的柔性太阳能电池芯片6通过串并联连接,由胶膜15、前板材料14和背板材料13将柔性太阳能电池芯片6、连接导线7以及遮挡薄板10封装成一体。
可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件的每一褶上都有穿绳孔3。
操作系统为电机驱动,电机是自带蓄电池的管状电机,所述可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件的输出端12与管状电机输入端通过电线连接。
本实施例的可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件结构依次为背板材料 13、胶膜15、遮挡材料 11、间隔放置的多块柔性太阳能电池芯片 6或遮挡薄板10、遮挡材料 11、胶膜 15 以及前板材料 14 叠层而成,柔性太阳能电池芯片6与相邻的挡薄板10之间具有间隙,形成电池组件的折叠区域。折叠区域敷设导线之处的胶膜 15 镂空,形成放置连接导线7的内槽,且在胶膜15镂空出的上下方放置编织物8,编织物8尺寸大于胶膜15镂空尺寸。
本实施例中可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件未详细描述之处,可参考已有技术:专利号为201210465142.6,名称为“一种多维折叠的柔性太阳能电池组件及其制造方法”中的技术描述。
Claims (4)
1.一种能发电的节能百褶帘,具有升降绳和折叠成Z字形的帘布(2),通过在所述帘布上设置穿绳孔(3)且使升降绳(4)穿通于所述穿绳孔(3)并引入或拉出所述升降绳(4),从而能够上升或下降,操作系统可以是手动或电机驱动,其特征在于:所述帘布(2)是可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的能发电的节能百褶帘,其特征在于:所述可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件是将多块柔性太阳能电池芯片(6),按照一褶是柔性太阳能电池芯片(6)、一褶是遮挡薄板(10)的规则排列,各褶的柔性太阳能电池芯片(6)通过串并联连接,由胶膜(15)、前板材料(14)和背板材料(13)将柔性太阳能电池芯片(6)、连接导线(7)以及遮挡薄板(10)封装成一体。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的能发电的节能百褶帘,其特征在于:所述可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件的每一褶上都有穿绳孔(3)。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的能发电的节能百褶帘,其特征在于:所述操作系统为电机驱动,电机是自带蓄电池的遥控管状电机,所述可百褶的柔性太阳能电池组件的输出端(12)与遥控管状电机输入端通过电线连接。
