Claims (9)

1. An automobile glass lifter mechanism comprises an upper fixed support (1) and is characterized in that a lower fixed support (7) is arranged under the upper fixed support (1), a thin lead screw (6) is rotatably connected between the upper fixed support (1) and the lower fixed support (7) at a central position, guide posts (8) are fixedly arranged at positions at two sides of the thin lead screw (6) between the upper fixed support (1) and the lower fixed support (7), an oiling mechanism (3) is arranged at a position at one side of the upper fixed support (1), a motor box (5) is arranged at a position, corresponding to the thin lead screw (6), of the lower surface of the lower fixed support (7), a control switch (4) is arranged at a position at one side of the lower fixed support (7), a servo motor (14) for driving the thin lead screw (6) to rotate is arranged in the motor box (5), a sound insulation layer (15) is arranged on the inner side of the motor box (5), the outer parts of the guide posts (8) and the filament rods (6) are respectively sleeved with a movable plate (9), glass fixing pieces (10) are respectively fixed at positions of two ends of the upper surface of the movable plate (9), threaded holes (11) matched with the filaments of the movable plate (9) are formed in positions of the upper surface of the movable plate (9) corresponding to the filament rods (6), oil grooves (13) are formed in positions of one side of the threaded holes (11) of the upper surface of the movable plate (9), oil ducts (12) in a strip structure are formed in the upper surface of the movable plate (9) to communicate the oil grooves (13) with the threaded holes (11), through holes (17) matched with the guide posts (8) are formed in positions of the upper surface of the movable plate (9), and buffer mechanisms (2) are respectively fixed at positions of the upper surface and the lower surface of the movable plate (9) and the through holes (17), the top of control switch (4) is provided with numerical value display (16), control switch (4) and the even car storage battery electric connection of numerical value display (16), and the output electric connection servo motor (14) of control switch (4).

The automobile glass lifter mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the buffer mechanism (2) comprises a clamping seat (201), a clamping ring (204) is arranged on the upper surface of the clamping seat (201), a buffer spring (202) is clamped between the clamping seat (201) and the clamping ring (204), and a buffer pad (203) is attached to the upper surface of the clamping ring (204).

The automotive window regulator mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the collar (204), the cushion pad (203) and the clamping seat (201) are of annular structure, and the diameter of the inner ring of the annular structure is matched with that of the outer ring of the guide post (8).
4. A window regulator mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the buffer (203) is a member of teflon and the thickness of the buffer (203) is 2 mm.

The automobile glass lifter mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the oil injection mechanism (3) comprises a mounting seat (301), an oil can (305) is fixed on the upper surface of the mounting seat (301), a micro air pump (302) is arranged at a position of one side of the oil can (305) on the upper surface of the mounting seat (301), a position extending to the upper surface of the upper fixing support (1) and located in the oil groove (13) is embedded in the other side of the oil injection pipe (304), a pressurization pipe (303) extending to the inside of the mounting seat (301) is connected to an air outlet end of the micro air pump (302), and a micro flow meter (306) is connected to the middle section of the oil injection pipe (304).
6. The window regulator mechanism of claim 5, wherein the signal output end of the micro flow meter (306) is connected with the signal receiving end of the numerical display (16), and the oil filling pipe (304) is electrically connected with the micro air pump (302) uniform control switch (4).
7. The automobile glass lifter mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the upper fixed support (1), the movable plate (9) and the lower fixed support (7) are all members made of aluminum alloy, and the front surface of the movable plate (9) is hollowed out.
8. An automotive window regulator mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the filament rod (6) is a copper alloy member and the filament rod (6) has a diameter of 12mm, the guide post (8) is a carbon steel member and the guide post (8) has a diameter of 20 mm.
9. A window regulator mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the sound-insulating layer (15) is a 100% polyester fabric member having a thickness of 15 mm.
