Abstract
The invention discloses a knotting mode of PTFE yarns. The knotting mode provided by the invention comprises the following steps: s1: the yarn A and the yarn B are crossly wound at least once, and the yarn A and the yarn B are respectively divided into a yarn head section A1, a yarn tail section A2, a yarn head section B1 and a yarn tail section B2 by a crossly wound point; s2: yarn head segment B1 is pressed against yarn head segment a1 and yarn tail segment a2 in that order such that yarn a and yarn B form loop C; s3: the yarn head section B1 forms a section of the yarn loop C by winding the yarn tail section A2 and forms a yarn loop D with the section; s4: the yarn head section B1 passes through the yarn ring D and the yarn ring C in sequence, the yarn tail section A2 and the yarn tail section B2 are tensioned, and the yarn head section A1 and the yarn head section B1 form a knot. The knotting mode can completely meet the production requirement, and the knotting is small, firm and stable in quality, so that the time can be saved by about 15 seconds each time, the opening efficiency of the cloth machine is improved by 10 percent, and good economic benefit is created.
Description
Technical Field
the invention relates to the technical field of weaving, in particular to a knotting mode of PTFE yarns.
Background
The butt joint of yarns during weaving is an operation method frequently used by a loom stop worker in the weaving process, and the traditional operation method cannot meet the use of new materials and new process raw materials. The PTFE yarn is completely different from the traditional cotton yarn, the PTFE raw material yarn is very smooth, and can not be normally produced by using common weaving knots and bowknots when being woven, and knots are easy to slip.
disclosure of Invention
the invention aims to provide a knotting mode of PTFE yarns, which is simple in knotting mode, small in knot and firm in knot, aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The invention relates to a knotting mode of PTFE yarns, which comprises the following steps:
S1: the yarn A and the yarn B are crossly wound at least once, and the crossly wound points divide the yarn A and the yarn B into a yarn head section A1, a yarn tail section A2, a yarn head section B1 and a yarn tail section B2 respectively;
s2: the yarn head section B1 is pressed against the yarn head section A1 and the yarn tail section A2 in sequence, so that the yarn A and the yarn B form a yarn loop C;
S3: the yarn head section B1 forms a section of the yarn loop C by winding the yarn tail section A2 and forms a yarn loop D with the section;
S4: the yarn head section B1 sequentially penetrates through the yarn ring D and the yarn ring C to tension the yarn tail section A2 and the yarn tail section B2, and the yarn head section A1 and the yarn head section B1 form a knot.
preferably, the yarn a and the yarn B in step S1 are cross-wound once.
Preferably, step S4 further includes cutting short the end of yarn a1 and end of yarn B1 that are added after forming the knot.
Preferably, the yarn head section A1 and the yarn head section B1 are cut to be 0.4-0.7 cm.
The knotting mode can completely meet the production requirement, and the knotting is small, does not slip or loose, is firm and has stable quality.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The invention relates to a knotting mode of PTFE yarns, which comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 1, S1: the yarn A and the yarn B are crossly wound at least once, and the yarn A and the yarn B are respectively divided into a yarn head section A1, a yarn tail section A2, a yarn head section B1 and a yarn tail section B2 by a crossly wound point;
As shown in fig. 2, S2: yarn head segment B1 is pressed against yarn head segment a1 and yarn tail segment a2 in that order such that yarn a and yarn B form loop C;
As shown in fig. 3, S3: the yarn head section B1 forms a section of the yarn loop C by winding the yarn tail section A2 and forms a yarn loop D with the section;
as shown in fig. 4, S4: the yarn head section B1 passes through the yarn ring D and the yarn ring C in sequence, the yarn tail section A2 and the yarn tail section B2 are tensioned, and the yarn head section A1 and the yarn head section B1 form a knot.
The knotting mode can completely meet the production requirement, and the knotting is small, does not slip or loose, is firm and has stable quality.
the yarn a and the yarn B in step S1 are cross-wound once. Thus, the knot can be minimized while ensuring the knot to be firm
The yarn a and the yarn B in step S1 are cross-wound once.
Step S4 may also include clipping the end of yarn a1 and end of yarn B1 that are extra after forming the knot. Therefore, the excessive mixed threads can be avoided, but the excessive yarn head section A1 and the excessive yarn head section B1 are not too short, the phenomenon that the knot is loosened after the excessive force is applied for a long time is avoided, and therefore the yarn head section A1 and the yarn head section B1 can be cut to be 0.4-0.7 cm.
the above is not relevant and is applicable to the prior art.
While certain specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of illustration, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is illustrative only and is not limiting of the scope of the invention, as various modifications or additions may be made to the specific embodiments described and substituted in a similar manner by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the appending claims. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made to the above embodiments in accordance with the technical spirit of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
