Abstract
The invention discloses a marble fired surface treatment process, which comprises the following treatment steps: a. firstly, conveying the cut marble slab to a treatment table; b. connecting the gas containing tank to a spray gun rod through a pipeline, opening a valve of the gas containing tank, and igniting a spray gun head on the spray gun rod to spray fire when the flame is adjusted to blue; c. then placing the spray gun head at a position 20-40 mm away from the processing surface of the marble plate body; d. then, the flame on the spray gun head uniformly moves on the processing surface of the marble plate body, so that the marble plate body is burned, and the original plate surface of the marble plate body is damaged; e. then the marble plate body after being baked is placed in room temperature for cooling; f. after the marble plate body is cooled to normal temperature, the unburned plate surface is brushed by a hardened steel wire brush.
