step 2): putting an ore hopper (2) filled with ores to be cleaned into the water storage box body (1) from the upper part of the water storage box body (1) through a lifting mechanism, closing a cabin door (107) on the side of the water storage box body (1), starting a water pump (110), injecting water into the water storage box body (1) through a spray head (108) through the water pump (110), and stopping injecting water when the ores in the ore hopper (2) are submerged by the water surface;
step 3): starting a stirring motor (203), driving a stirring shaft (204) to rotate by the stirring motor (203), driving a stirring blade (206) to rotate by the stirring shaft (204), stirring and cleaning the ore by a stirring brush (209) on the stirring blade (206), and simultaneously improving the stirring efficiency by a convex grinding ball (205) arranged on the stirring shaft (204), wherein the stirring time is 0.5-1 h;
Step 4): the ore hopper (2) is extracted from the water storage tank body (1) through a lifting mechanism, and cleaned ore is poured out;
step 5): opening a cabin door (107) on the side wall of the water storage tank body (1), enabling waste water to flow out from the cabin door (107) on the side wall of the water storage tank body (1), starting the air cylinder (104) when the waste water amount is gradually reduced, jacking one side of the water storage tank body (1) through an air cylinder push rod by the air cylinder (104), and enabling the other side to incline around the corner connecting seat (102), so that the waste water can completely flow out conveniently;
Step 6): observing whether the interior of the water storage tank body (1) is filled with the waste ore sludge which does not flow out or not, selectively opening the water pump (110), and injecting water into the water storage tank body (1) again by the water pump (110) through the spray head (108) for completely flushing the waste ore sludge out of the water storage tank body (1);
step 7): and (3) closing the water pump (110), the cabin door (107) and the cylinder (104) to enable the water storage tank body (1) to be in a horizontal state, and restoring the working position to facilitate the repeated use of the next procedure.
