Thus, the sponge roller 25 can be always contacted according to the thickness of the steel pipe without influencing painting.
When the steel pipe is not in complete contact with the sponge roller 25, the second supporting rod 22 is pulled to swing up and down, the second supporting rod 22 swings up and down to drive the disc 30 to rotate, the disc 30 rotates to drive the clamping wheel 36 to rotate on the clamping groove 31, meanwhile, the sponge roller 25 is also driven to swing up and down by the swing up and down of the second supporting rod 22, when the sponge roller 25 swings up and down to be in horizontal contact with the steel pipe, the pulling of the second supporting rod 22 is stopped, the clamping wheel 36 is clamped in the clamping groove 31 to fix the disc 30 under the effect of the fifth spring 34, and then the second supporting rod 22 is fixed. When the steel pipe is placed, the steel pipe is still in contact with the roller 42, the roller 42 is always in contact with the steel pipe due to the action of the sixth spring 40, and further when the first motor 84 rotates reversely, the conveying wheel 85 rotates reversely to drive the steel pipe to move rightwards, the steel pipe drives the roller 42 to rotate forwards, the roller 42 rotates forwards to drive the cam 41 to rotate forwards, the cam 41 rotates forwards to drive the connecting rod 43 to move downwards, the connecting rod 43 moves downwards to drive the left second supporting rod 22 to move downwards, and further the sponge roller 42 is driven to move downwards to be stained with the paint again, when the cam 41 rotates forwards for one turn to reset, the second supporting rod 22 moves upwards to drive the connecting rod 43 to move upwards to reset due to the action of the second spring 19, the first motor 84 can be closed, the steel pipe also moves well, and therefore, the sponge roller 25 does not need to move downwards manually to be in contact with the steel pipe, and the steel pipe is convenient and fast.
