When grease is required to be added into the grease containing part, the pull ring 9 is pulled upwards, the first spring 8 is stretched, the pull ring 9 drives the special-shaped rod 7 to move upwards, the baffle 5 is not clamped at the lower part of the special-shaped rod 7, then the baffle 5 and the device on the baffle 5 can be pulled out towards the right side, the grease can be placed into the inner shell 3, then the baffle 5 and the device on the baffle 5 are pushed towards the left side to enter the outer shell 1, then the pull ring 9 is loosened, the special-shaped rod 7 and the pull ring 9 reset under the reset effect of the first spring 8, and the baffle 5 and the device on the baffle 5 are clamped again by the special-shaped rod 7.
When the bolt fixing part needs to be lifted upwards to fix the bolt, the lifting plate 12 is directly pulled to move upwards, the telescopic rod 10 is extended, and when the bolt fixing part needs to be moved downwards, the lifting plate 12 is directly moved downwards, and the telescopic rod 10 is shortened.
When the bolt needs to be fixed for brushing grease, the guide sleeve 15 is pulled upwards, the second spring 14 is compressed, the guide sleeve 15 drives the pressing block 16 to move upwards, then the nut of the bolt is placed above the arc-shaped block 17, then the guide sleeve 15 is loosened, the second spring 14 is reset, the pressing block 16 is driven to move downwards to press the bolt, the bolt is fixed, and when the bolt needs to be taken down, the steps are repeated.
When grease on the bolt needs to be evenly coated, the motor 18 is controlled to rotate to drive the pinion 19 to rotate, the hollow gear 20 is further driven to rotate, the brush 21 is driven to rotate, the grease on the bolt is evenly coated by the rotation of the brush 21, and the motor 18 is controlled to stop working after the bolt leaves the brush 21.
