Abstract

本发明公开一种高效空气过滤除湿装置,包括用于支撑和连接的防护外壳、活动连接在所述防护外壳内端面的支撑壳以及用于封盖所述防护外壳的封盖壳。本发明通过设置过滤机构,在除湿器进行工作时,若是使用者需要调节进气量,使用者可通过转动连接把手,连接把手能通过连接轴带动连接筒内部的活性炭吸附板进行转动,当三组连接把手竖直时,三组活性炭吸附板与连接筒垂直,此时不进行颗粒物的过滤操作,同时除湿器的进风量为最大,当三组连接把手处于水平面时,此时活性炭吸附板能全方位的对空气中的颗粒物进行吸附,提高后续除去湿气后的空气质量,同时使用者可通过调节连接把手的任意角度,进而调节除湿器的进气量。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤器技术领域,具体为一种高效空气过滤除湿装置。
背景技术
现有的空气过滤除湿机是针对潮湿恶劣环镜研发而成,不仅能有效的改善潮湿的生活和生产环境,使之达到理想的状态,而且能去除潮湿环境带来的霉菌等,除湿机通过运转可以将潮湿的水分和悬浮微粒除去,使空气变得干爽,除湿机能用于生产和生活的各个方面,但是现有的除湿机大多数仅具有除湿功能,不能对除湿的空气中的颗粒物进行过滤,同时其调节进风量也存在不足,所以急需一种高效空气过滤除湿装置来解决上述存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效空气过滤除湿装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效空气过滤除湿装置,包括用于支撑和连接的防护外壳、活动连接在所述防护外壳内端面的支撑壳以及用于封盖所述防护外壳的封盖壳,所述支撑壳的内端面固定连接有用于调节的过滤机构,
所述过滤机构包括连接筒、活性炭吸附板、连接轴、连接把手和固定孔,所述连接筒共设有两组,且两组所述连接筒通过连接轴进行固定连接,其中,所述连接轴的内端面对称固定连接有用于过滤的活性炭吸附板,所述连接筒的外端面均匀等距贯通开设有三组用于连接的固定孔,且所述活性炭吸附板通过所述连接轴转动连接在所述连接筒的外端面,所述连接轴的前端面固定连接有用于连接的连接把手,在除湿器进行工作时,若是使用者需要调节进气量,使用者可通过转动连接把手,连接把手能通过连接轴带动连接筒内部的活性炭吸附板进行转动,当三组连接把手竖直时,三组活性炭吸附板与连接筒垂直,此时不进行颗粒物的过滤操作,同时除湿器的进风量为最大,当三组连接把手处于水平面时,此时活性炭吸附板能全方位的对空气中的颗粒物进行吸附,提高后续除去湿气后的空气质量,同时使用者可通过调节连接把手的任意角度,进而调节除湿器的进气量。
优选的,所述连接筒的侧端面设置有用于调节的调节机构,且所述调节机构的内端面均匀等距转动连接有三组用于连接的固定转轴,其中,所述固定转轴与连接轴进行固定连接,且所述调节机构通过固定转轴与连接轴转动连接在连接筒的内端面,调节机构代替连接把手,能有效提高使用者调节活性炭吸附板工作角度的便捷性,在进行工作时,使用者可通过外部操控机构启动调节机构内部的微型电机,微型电机能通过固定转轴带动活性炭吸附板进行转动,进而既控制了进风量又方便了使用者对空气中的大颗粒物进行吸附。
优选的,所述防护外壳包括用于支撑的壳体、开设在壳体上端面中心处的槽体以及均匀等距贯通开设在壳体侧端的贯通孔,贯通孔能为连接轴后续转动提供足够的限位基础,方便后续进行操作。
优选的,所述壳体的内部为中空设置,且所述贯通孔与固定孔相正对,能有效提高除湿器内部的隔音性能。
优选的,所述支撑壳的侧端面均匀等距开设有三组转轴孔,且所述转轴孔与固定孔相正对,方便后续对连接轴进行限位,同时也方便后续对连接轴进行快速的组装。
优选的,所述调节机构的内端面均匀等距固定连接有三组用于调节的微型电机,方便后续使用者通过微型电机进行快速的调节。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明通过设置过滤机构,在除湿器进行工作时,若是使用者需要调节进气量,使用者可通过转动连接把手,连接把手能通过连接轴带动连接筒内部的活性炭吸附板进行转动,当三组连接把手竖直时,三组活性炭吸附板与连接筒垂直,此时不进行颗粒物的过滤操作,同时除湿器的进风量为最大,当三组连接把手处于水平面时,此时活性炭吸附板能全方位的对空气中的颗粒物进行吸附,提高后续除去湿气后的空气质量,同时使用者可通过调节连接把手的任意角度,进而调节除湿器的进气量。
2.本发明通过设置微型电机,调节机构代替连接把手,能有效提高使用者调节活性炭吸附板工作角度的便捷性,在进行工作时,使用者可通过外部操控机构启动调节机构内部的微型电机,微型电机能通过固定转轴带动活性炭吸附板进行转动,进而既控制了进风量又方便了使用者对空气中的大颗粒物进行吸附。

如图1-6,本发明提供的第一种实施例:一种高效空气过滤除湿装置,包括用于支撑和连接的防护外壳4、活动连接在防护外壳4内端面的支撑壳2以及用于封盖防护外壳4的封盖壳1,支撑壳2的内端面固定连接有用于调节的过滤机构3,
过滤机构3包括连接筒301、活性炭吸附板302、连接轴303、连接把手304和固定孔305,连接筒301共设有两组,且两组连接筒301通过连接轴303进行固定连接,其中,连接轴303的内端面对称固定连接有用于过滤的活性炭吸附板302,连接筒301的外端面均匀等距贯通开设有三组用于连接的固定孔305,且活性炭吸附板302通过连接轴303转动连接在连接筒301的外端面,连接轴303的前端面固定连接有用于连接的连接把手304,在除湿器进行工作时,若是使用者需要调节进气量,使用者可通过转动连接把手304,连接把手304能通过连接轴303带动连接筒301内部的活性炭吸附板302进行转动,当三组连接把手304竖直时,三组活性炭吸附板302与连接筒301垂直,此时不进行颗粒物的过滤操作,同时除湿器的进风量为最大,当三组连接把手304处于水平面时,此时活性炭吸附板302能全方位的对空气中的颗粒物进行吸附,提高后续除去湿气后的空气质量,同时使用者可通过调节连接把手304的任意角度,进而调节除湿器的进气量。
防护外壳4包括用于支撑的壳体、开设在壳体上端面中心处的槽体以及均匀等距贯通开设在壳体侧端的贯通孔,贯通孔能为连接轴303后续转动提供足够的限位基础,方便后续进行操作。
壳体的内部为中空设置,且贯通孔与固定孔305相正对,能有效提高除湿器内部的隔音性能。
支撑壳2的侧端面均匀等距开设有三组转轴孔,且转轴孔与固定孔305相正对,方便后续对连接轴303进行限位,同时也方便后续对连接轴303进行快速的组装。
如图7-8为本发明的第二种实施例,与实施例一不同之处在于:连接筒301的侧端面设置有用于调节的调节机构306,且调节机构306的内端面均匀等距转动连接有三组用于连接的固定转轴307,其中,固定转轴307与连接轴303进行固定连接,且调节机构306通过固定转轴307与连接轴303转动连接在连接筒301的内端面,调节机构306代替连接把手304,能有效提高使用者调节活性炭吸附板302工作角度的便捷性,在进行工作时,使用者可通过外部操控机构启动调节机构306内部的微型电机,微型电机能通过固定转轴307带动活性炭吸附板302进行转动,进而既控制了进风量又方便了使用者对空气中的大颗粒物进行吸附。
调节机构306的内端面均匀等距固定连接有三组用于调节的微型电机,方便后续使用者通过微型电机进行快速的调节。

所述过滤机构(3)包括连接筒(301)、活性炭吸附板(302)、连接轴(303)、连接把手(304)和固定孔(305),所述连接筒(301)共设有两组,且两组所述连接筒(301)通过连接轴(303)进行固定连接,其中,所述连接轴(303)的内端面对称固定连接有用于过滤的活性炭吸附板(302),所述连接筒(301)的外端面均匀等距贯通开设有三组用于连接的固定孔(305),且所述活性炭吸附板(302)通过所述连接轴(303)转动连接在所述连接筒(301)的外端面,所述连接轴(303)的前端面固定连接有用于连接的连接把手(304)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效空气过滤除湿装置,其特征在于:所述连接筒(301)的侧端面设置有用于调节的调节机构(306),且所述调节机构(306)的内端面均匀等距转动连接有三组用于连接的固定转轴(307),其中,所述固定转轴(307)与连接轴(303)进行固定连接,且所述调节机构(306)通过固定转轴(307)与连接轴(303)转动连接在连接筒(301)的内端面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效空气过滤除湿装置,其特征在于:所述防护外壳(4)包括用于支撑的壳体、开设在壳体上端面中心处的槽体以及均匀等距贯通开设在壳体侧端的贯通孔。
