Because liquid pollutants such as excrement and urine flow velocity is very fast, so in the method of this application, through rotatory buffer segment, in time reduce pollutant flow velocity earlier, the rethread separation segment blocks, and further prevent that the pollutant from entering into in the seminal fluid of storing up in the seminal cup.

In a preferred embodiment, in addition to the above, a side stop 10 is further connected between opposite ends of adjacent protrusions 9, and the ends of the side stop 10 are in close fit with the protrusions 9. after catching the wild male pheasants, carrying out semen collection massage on the wild male pheasants manually, after sexual reaction of the wild male pheasants, enabling the semen collection hopper 3 to be opposite to a cloaca of the wild male pheasants, enabling semen discharged by the wild male pheasants to enter the semen collection hopper 3, then sequentially pass through the buffer section 4, the separation section 5 and the communication section 6, and finally flow into the semen storage sac 13 of the semen storage cup 2;
step two, after the seminal emission of the wild pheasants is finished, the seminal collection hopper 3 is moved away, the seminal collection pipe 1 is taken down from the seminal storage cup 2, then the cover body is taken down, the seminal storage bag 13 is communicated with the seminal storage bag 13 to be taken out of the cup body 11, the seminal storage bag 13 is squeezed from top to bottom, the seminal fluid in the seminal storage bag 13 is gathered at the bottom of the seminal storage bag 13, the upper part of the seminal storage bag 13 is squeezed, the air in the seminal storage bag 13 is discharged, and then the tightening part 15 is slid onto the seminal storage bag 13 to tighten the seminal storage bag 13;
