Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first aid method based on an electrocardiograph monitoring device according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, the first aid method based on the electrocardiographic monitoring device of the present invention, when applied to a terminal, specifically includes the following steps:
and S101, receiving the dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring signal sent by the electrocardiogram monitoring equipment.
specifically, the terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone and a mobile computer, in this embodiment, the mobile phone is taken as an example, the electrocardiograph monitoring device communicates with the mobile phone terminal through a wireless connection, for example, the mobile phone can send an instruction, a signal and the like to the electrocardiograph monitoring device through bluetooth, so that the electrocardiograph monitoring device sends a real-time dynamic electrocardiograph monitoring signal to the mobile phone terminal, where the dynamic electrocardiograph monitoring signal is a signal obtained by amplifying, filtering and the like the acquired original signal through the electrocardiograph monitoring device.
Step S102, analyzing the dynamic electrocardio monitoring signals, and acquiring abnormal marks in a preset time period, wherein the abnormal marks are the classified marks of the abnormal electrocardio monitoring signals.
specifically, the mobile phone analyzes the received dynamic electrocardio monitoring signal, judges whether an abnormal electrocardio signal exists or not, and then carries out classification and identification on the abnormal electrocardio signal. The abnormal marks can be classified into arrhythmia, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, ectopic tachycardia, premature beat, asystole and the like, according to the conversion of the dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring signal into a PQRST waveform electrocardiogram, the analysis of P wave, QRS wave, T wave and the like in the electrocardiogram judges which specific abnormality the abnormal marks belong to, for example, myocardial ischemia shows that ST segment and T wave abnormality in the electrocardiogram, atrial hypertrophy shows that P wave abnormality, the electrocardiogram of sinus arrhythmia is characterized by P-R interval abnormality, and the asystole shows that 2 latest R wave time intervals are more than 2.5 seconds. The preset time period may be set to 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or the like from the current time, and is set according to the actual electrocardiographic signal of the user.
and step S103, when the abnormal identifier is the asystole identifier, sending a first-aid instruction to enable the electrocardio monitoring equipment to carry out first aid on the user.
Specifically, when the detected abnormality is asystole, a first-aid instruction is sent through the mobile phone end, the electrocardio detection device is enabled to unlock a first-aid function, and first-aid current is sent to a user.
The invention provides an emergency treatment method based on electrocardio monitoring equipment, which is applied to a terminal and comprises the following steps: receiving a dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring signal sent by the electrocardiogram monitoring equipment; analyzing the dynamic electrocardio monitoring signals to obtain abnormal marks in a preset time period, wherein the abnormal marks are classified marks of the abnormal electrocardio monitoring signals; and when the abnormal identifier is the stop identifier, sending an emergency instruction to enable the electrocardio monitoring equipment to carry out emergency treatment on the user. The method provided by the invention analyzes and judges the acquired electrocardiosignals, and when the asystole abnormality is judged, a first-aid instruction is sent to enable the electrocardio monitoring equipment to carry out first aid on the user; therefore, the electrocardiosignal monitoring device can monitor electrocardiosignals and can carry out first aid when asystole is abnormal, the missing of the best rescue opportunity is avoided, and the requirements of users are met.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a first aid method based on an electrocardiograph monitoring device according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 2, the first aid method based on the electrocardiographic monitoring device of the present invention, when applied to a terminal, further comprises the following steps:
Step S201, receiving a dynamic electrocardiographic monitoring signal sent by the electrocardiographic monitoring device.

and step S203, when the abnormal mark is the stop mark, sending a video image acquisition instruction to enable the electrocardio monitoring equipment to take a picture or record a video on site.
step S204, judging whether the abnormal mark has misjudgment or not according to the current video image data sent by the electrocardio monitoring equipment; step S205 is performed if there is no erroneous judgment, and step S206 is performed if there is an erroneous judgment.
And step S205, sending an emergency instruction to enable the electrocardio monitoring equipment to carry out emergency treatment on the user.
and step S206, sending a prompt instruction to enable the electrocardiogram monitoring equipment to prompt a user to carry out equipment inspection.
Specifically, whether the asystole abnormality of the electrocardiosignal has misjudgment conditions, such as the falling off of an electrode plate, is determined by acquiring a field video image. In an embodiment of the invention, when a guardian using a mobile phone is not in the same position as a user for electrocardio monitoring, and the guardian receives the electrocardiosignal of the user and stops beating abnormally, misjudgment or real stopping beating condition cannot be determined on site, so that the misjudgment or the real stopping beating condition can be determined by acquiring video images of the on-site user and the surrounding environment. If the mental state of the user in the video image is good and indicates that the condition of misjudgment exists, the mobile phone end can send a prompt instruction to enable the electrocardio monitoring equipment to send a voice prompt and enable the user to check correct leads of the collector and the like; if the user in the video image is unclear and no misjudgment is indicated, the mobile phone end sends out an emergency instruction to unlock the emergency function of the electrocardio monitoring equipment, so that the electrocardio monitoring equipment automatically sends emergency current to the user or the electrocardio monitoring equipment carries out emergency treatment on the user through the assistance of field personnel. Whether misjudgment exists or not is judged by the mode of collecting the on-site video images, the emergency current is prevented from being sent under the normal condition of the user, and the practicability of the equipment and the experience of the user are improved.
Further, according to the abnormal identification, sending out an early warning prompt matched with the abnormal identification; or/and sending out an early warning instruction matched with the abnormal identifier according to the abnormal identifier.
Specifically, the mobile phone end can generate an early warning prompt matched with the abnormal identifier or send a matched early warning instruction to the electrocardiographic monitoring device according to the different abnormal identifiers. For example, when the sinus arrhythmia is identified, the mobile phone terminal can send a voice prompt and send a voice instruction to the electrocardiograph monitoring device, so that the electrocardiograph monitoring device also sends a voice broadcast to remind the user.

And S402, sending the dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring signal to a terminal for analysis and judgment.
And step S403, receiving an early warning instruction sent by the terminal.
Step S404, if the early warning instruction is an emergency instruction, determining whether an emergency electrode of the electrocardiograph monitoring device is located at a target position, if so, executing step S405, and if not, executing step S407.
In step S405, the emergency treatment module sends out an emergency current.
Step S406, after the preset time, when the emergency instruction sent by the terminal is not received, the emergency processing module does not send out the emergency current.
In step S407, the emergency treatment module does not send out an emergency current.
Specifically, before the electrocardio monitoring device sends out the first-aid current, whether the first-aid electrode is attached to the defibrillation position of a user or not needs to be detected, if the first-aid electrode is located at the defibrillation position, the first-aid current is sent out, whether asystole abnormality exists or not is monitored after the first-aid current is sent out for a certain time, if the first-aid current is not received, the first-aid current is not sent out, and if the first-aid current is received, the first-aid current is continuously sent out.
