Abstract

The invention discloses a network slice creation method, a device, network slice management function equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the step that when a network slice management function NSMF determines that a transmission network slice subnet needs to be created according to a slice creation request, the transmission network slice subnet is created based on external network connection information among pre-stored network slice subnets. According to the method, the transmission network slice subnetwork is directly established through the prestored wireless/core network subnetwork slice external network connection information, the wireless/core network subnetwork slice external network connection information is returned without a wireless/core network subnetwork slice establishment response, the parallel processing of a network slice establishment flow is realized, and the network slice establishment speed is greatly increased.

Network slice creation method, device, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for creating a network slice.
Background
Currently, the industry has further started research in 5G, and Network Slice (Network Slice) is an important component of 5G.
By Network Slice, it is meant a set of organized and configured Network functions and resources that form a complete logical Network that can provide specific Network capabilities and Network characteristics. Network characteristics here include ultra-low latency, enhanced bandwidth, etc.
Network slices typically span multiple technology domains, including Access Networks (ANs), transport Networks (TNs), and Core Networks (CNs). The network slice subnetwork (Network Slice Subnet) is a subset of the network slices, the Access Network (AN), the Transport Network (TN), or the Core Network (CN) in the network slices, and may constitute a single network slice subnetwork. For an example of network slicing please refer to fig. 1.
According to the 3GPP protocol, the slice management entity is composed of three parts, CSMF (Communication Service Management Function communication service management function), NSMF (Network Slice Management Function network slice management function) and NSSMF (Network Slice Subnet Management Function network slice subnet management function). As shown in fig. 2, the three main functions are as follows:
the user may subscribe to a communication service at the portal interface of the CSMF, which is responsible for converting the service subscription request into a slice creation request, informing the NSMF.
NSMF is responsible for management and orchestration of network slices. The NSMF derives a network slice subnet creation request from the network slice creation request parameter resolution, and notifies NSSMF.
NSSMF is responsible for management and orchestration of network slice subnets. The NSSMF obtains a Network Service (Network Service) resource model and Service configuration corresponding to the Network slicing subnet according to the Network slicing subnet creation request, and respectively sends the Network Service resource model and Service configuration to a Network function virtualization orchestrator (Network Functions Virtualization Orchestrator) NFVO and a Network element management system (Element Management) EM to complete resource deployment and Service opening.
The life cycle management of the network slice comprises four stages of preparation, service, operation and retirement. The preparation stage mainly comprises operations of blueprint design, verification, release and the like of the network slice. The service stage mainly refers to the creation of network slice examples. The operation stage mainly comprises the operations of activating, deactivating, updating, monitoring and the like of the network slice example. The retirement stage primarily refers to the termination of network slice instances.
In the existing network slice creation flow, according to the 3GPP 28.531 protocol, the creation of the transport subnet slice and the creation of the wireless/core subnet slice are serial, because the wireless/core subnet slice external network connection information needs to be acquired when the transport slice subnet is created, and the wireless/core subnet slice external network connection information does not need to be returned through the wireless/core subnet slice creation response, so the creation speed is slow.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a network slice creation method, a device, network slice management function equipment and a storage medium, which are used for solving the problem that the slice creation process in the prior art consumes longer time.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a network slice creation method, including: when the network slice management function NSMF determines that the transmission network slice subnetwork needs to be created according to the slice creation request, the transmission network slice subnetwork is created based on the external network connection information among the pre-stored network slice subnetworks.
Optionally, the intra-network-slice subnet includes: a wireless slice subnetwork and a core network slice subnetwork.
Optionally, the creating the transport network slice subnet based on the external network connection information between the pre-stored network slice subnets specifically includes:
the transport network slice subnetwork is created based on external network connection information between slice subnetworks within the network slice stored in the NSMF during a network slice preparation phase.
Optionally, the storage location of the external network connection information between the intra-network-slice subnets includes a network slice template NST.
Optionally, the external network connection information between the intra-network slice subnets includes one or more of the following information: service access points SAP, IP addresses, network planes and ports.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and when the NSMF determines that the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet need to be created according to the slice creation request, executing the operation of creating the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a network slice creation apparatus, including: a determining module and a first creating module;
the determining module is used for triggering the first creating module when determining that the transmission network slice subnet needs to be created according to the slice creating request;
the first creating module is configured to create the transport network slice subnet based on external network connection information between pre-stored intra-network slice subnets.
Optionally, the device further comprises a storage module, wherein the storage module is applied to NSMF and used for storing external network connection information between the intra-network-slice subnets.
Optionally, the system further comprises a second creation module;
the determining module is further configured to trigger the second creating module when determining that the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet need to be created according to the slice creation request;
the second creating module is configured to perform an operation of creating the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a network slice management function NSMF device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, where the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of any one of the network slice creation methods described above.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the network slice creation method of any of the above.
According to the method, the transmission network slice subnetwork is directly established through the prestored wireless/core network subnetwork slice external network connection information, the wireless/core network subnetwork slice external network connection information is returned without a wireless/core network subnetwork slice establishment response, the parallel processing of a network slice establishment flow is realized, and the network slice establishment speed is greatly increased.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
A first embodiment of the present invention provides a network slice creation method, including: when the network slice management function NSMF determines that the transmission network slice subnetwork needs to be created according to the slice creation request, the transmission network slice subnetwork is created based on the external network connection information among the pre-stored network slice subnetworks.
In the embodiment of the invention, the transmission network slice subnets are immediately created when the transmission network slice subnets to be created are determined through the external network connection information among the pre-stored network slice subnets, and the transmission network slice subnets are created without waiting for the external network connection information among the returned network slice subnets after the wireless/core network subnets are created, thereby accelerating the creation speed and saving the creation time.
The second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for creating a network slice, as shown in fig. 3, comprising the following specific steps S101-S102:
s101: storing external network connection information between the slice subnets in the NSMF in a network slice preparation stage;
s102: when the NSMF determines that the transmission network slice subnet needs to be created according to the slice creation request, the transmission network slice subnet is created based on the external network connection information among the pre-stored network slice subnets.
In this embodiment, the intra-slice subnet in the network slice includes: a wireless slice subnetwork and a core network slice subnetwork.
The storage location of the external network connection information between the slice subnets within the network slice includes a network slice template NST.
The external network connection information between the slice subnets within the network slice includes one or more of the following: service access points SAP, IP addresses, network planes and ports.
In the embodiment of the invention, the external network connection information between the slice subnets in the network slice is stored in the network slice template NST in NSMF in the design stage of the network slice so as to directly establish the transmission network slice subnets subsequently and provide the establishment speed.
In step S102 of this embodiment, when the transmission network slice subnet is created and the NSMF determines that the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet needs to be created according to the slice creation request, an operation of creating the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet is performed. The creation of the radio and/or core network slice subnetworks and the creation of the transport network slice subnetwork are created in parallel in this embodiment.
A third embodiment of the present invention provides a method for creating a network slice, as shown in fig. 4, including a determining module 101 and a first creating module 102;
a determining module 101, configured to trigger the first creating module 102 when determining that a transmission network slice subnet needs to be created according to a slice creation request;
the first creating module 102 is configured to create the transport network slice subnet based on the external network connection information between the pre-stored network slice subnets.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the determination module determines that the transmission network slicing subnets need to be created, the creation module is directly started by utilizing the external network connection information among the pre-stored network slicing subnets so as to create the transmission network slicing subnets; the creation speed is increased, and the creation time is saved.
The fourth embodiment of the invention provides a method network slice creation device, which comprises a determination module, a first creation module and a storage module;
the determining module is used for triggering the first creating module when determining that the transmission network slice subnet needs to be created according to the slice creation request;
and the storage module is applied to NSMF and used for storing external network connection information between the slice subnets in the network slice design stage.
The first creating module is used for creating the transmission network slice subnetwork based on the external network connection information between the pre-stored network slice subnetworks.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention provides a network slice management function device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program implementing the following steps when executed by the processor: when the network slice management function NSMF determines that the transmission network slice subnetwork needs to be created according to the slice creation request, the transmission network slice subnetwork is created based on the external network connection information among the pre-stored network slice subnetworks.
The specific embodiment process of the above method steps can be referred to the first and second embodiments, and the description of this embodiment is not repeated here.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the method of: when the network slice management function NSMF determines that the transmission network slice subnetwork needs to be created according to the slice creation request, the transmission network slice subnetwork is created based on the external network connection information among the pre-stored network slice subnetworks.
The specific embodiment process of the above method steps can be referred to the first and second embodiments, and the description of this embodiment is not repeated here.
A seventh embodiment of the present invention provides a network slice creation system, in conjunction with fig. 5, comprising: a communication service management function CSMF, a network slice management function NSMF and a network slice subnet management function NSSMF;
the NSMF is used for receiving a slicing creation request sent by CSMF; and determining a slice subnet to be created according to the slice creation request, analyzing and deducing each slice subnet creation request from the slice creation request parameters to send the slice subnet creation request to NSSMF, and simultaneously, creating a transmission slice subnet between the wireless slice subnet and the core network slice subnet according to the pre-stored external network connection information and QOS requirements of the transmission slice subnet by NSMF.
In this embodiment, the NSMF is further configured to receive a network intra-slice subnet creation success response sent by the NSSMF, and send the network intra-slice subnet creation success response to the CSMF.
In particular, in the implementation process, the CSMF is configured to receive a subscription service request of a user, and convert the service subscription request into a slice creation request and send the slice creation request to the NSMF.
In the slice creation flow, the wireless network slice subnetwork, the core network and the transmission network slice subnetwork are simultaneously and parallelly created, so that the creation speed is increased, and the creation time is saved.
The foregoing embodiment numbers of the present invention are merely for the purpose of description, and do not represent the advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the above-described embodiment method may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, but of course may also be implemented by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. A method of network slice creation, the method comprising: when the network slice management function NSMF determines that a transmission network slice subnet needs to be created according to a slice creation request, the transmission network slice subnet is created based on external network connection information among the pre-stored network slice subnets;
wherein, the external network connection information between the slice subnets in the network slice is stored in NSMF in the network slice preparation stage;
when the NSMF determines that the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet need to be created according to the slice creation request, executing the operation of creating the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet;
the storage position of the external network connection information between the network slice sub-networks in the network slice comprises a network slice template NST;
wherein the external network connection information between the intra-network-slice subnets includes one or more of the following information: service access points SAP, network plane and ports.
2. The network slice creation method of claim 1, wherein the intra-slice sub-network in a network slice comprises: a wireless slice subnetwork and a core network slice subnetwork.
3. A network slice creation apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a determining module, a first creating module and a storing module;
the determining module is used for triggering the first creating module when determining that the transmission network slice subnet needs to be created according to the slice creating request;
the first creating module is configured to create the transmission network slice subnet based on external network connection information between pre-stored network slice subnets;
the storage module is applied to NSMF and used for storing external network connection information between the network slice sub-networks in the network slice design stage;
when the NSMF determines that the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet need to be created according to the slice creation request, executing the operation of creating the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet;
the storage position of the external network connection information between the network slice sub-networks in the network slice comprises a network slice template NST;
wherein the external network connection information between the intra-network-slice subnets includes one or more of the following information: service access points SAP, network plane and ports.
4. The network slice creation apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a second creation module;
the determining module is further configured to trigger the second creating module when determining that the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet need to be created according to the slice creation request;
the second creating module is configured to perform an operation of creating the wireless slice subnet and/or the core network slice subnet.
5. A network slice management function device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor performs the steps of the network slice creation method according to any one of claims 1-2.
6. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the network slice creation method of any of claims 1-2.
