Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a storage medium and a television terminal for automatically distributing television programs, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the audience rating of television programs, and ranking the television programs from high to low according to the audience rating; and distributing the video-on-demand programs with high audience rating to the broadcast television terminal for playing and distributing the broadcast television programs with low audience rating to the video-on-demand terminal for playing according to the audience rating ranking of the television programs. According to the invention, through counting the audience rating of the television programs, the broadcast television terminals and the television programs played by the video-on-demand terminals are automatically distributed, the video-on-demand programs with high audience rating are distributed to the broadcast television terminals to be played, limited broadcast frequency point resources are utilized to the maximum extent, the broadcast television programs with low audience rating are distributed to the video-on-demand terminals to be played, broadband network resources are saved, and the requirement of users for watching television contents is met to the maximum extent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of television services, in particular to a method for automatically distributing television programs, a storage medium and a television terminal.
Background
With the development of the television industry, the demand of users is more and more, broadcast television programs to be played are more and more, but the range of broadcast frequency points is limited, so that the television programs which are urgently needed to be watched by the users cannot be played through a broadcast television terminal, and meanwhile, some broadcast television program contents are watched by a few users, so that limited broadcast frequency point resources are occupied by the television programs watched by the few users, and the broadcast frequency point resources are seriously wasted. In addition, many television programs cannot be played through the broadcast television terminal and can only be requested through the network, so that a large amount of network resources are occupied, and users of the request television terminal cannot watch the desired television programs.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method, a storage medium and a television terminal for automatically allocating television programs, aiming at solving the problems that limited broadcast frequency point resources are occupied by television programs watched by a small number of users, the broadcast frequency point resources are seriously wasted, and users of video-on-demand terminals cannot watch desired television programs in the prior art.

and ranking the television programs according to the calculated audience rating from high to low.

A television terminal, comprising: a processor, a storage medium communicatively coupled to the processor, the storage medium adapted to store a plurality of instructions; the processor is suitable for calling instructions in the storage medium to execute the steps of implementing the method for automatically distributing the television programs, wherein the method comprises the following steps;
the television terminal comprises a broadcast television terminal for playing broadcast television programs and a video-on-demand terminal for playing video-on-demand programs.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention counts the audience rating of the television program, automatically distributes the broadcast television terminal and the television program played by the video-on-demand terminal, distributes the video-on-demand program with good audience rating to the broadcast television terminal for playing, maximally utilizes the limited broadcast frequency point resource, distributes the broadcast television program with lower audience rating to the video-on-demand terminal for playing, saves the broadband network resource, and meets the requirement of watching television content of a user to the maximum extent.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Because the number of televisions which the user needs to watch is more and more, and the frequency points of the broadcast are limited, the television content which the user needs to watch urgently can not be watched normally through the broadcast and can only be requested through the network, thereby occupying a large amount of network resources. Meanwhile, some broadcast television program contents are watched by a few users, so that limited broadcast frequency point resources are occupied by television programs watched by a few users, and the broadcast frequency point resources are seriously wasted. In specific implementation, the invention is to switch the video-on-demand program with high audience rating to the broadcast television for playing, maximally utilize limited frequency point resources, and switch the broadcast television program with low audience rating to the video-on-demand terminal so as to release network resources in the video-on-demand terminal. Therefore, the present invention needs to count the audience rating of the tv programs, so as to better judge the tv programs with high audience rating and low audience rating.
Preferably, the present invention establishes in advance a tv broadcast control server for controlling the broadcast tv programs, and the tv broadcast control server is further configured to count the audience rating of the tv programs and distribute the tv programs. The television playing control server needs to be accessed to an Internet network and is connected with the television terminal. In the invention, the television terminal comprises a broadcast television terminal and a video-on-demand terminal, wherein the broadcast television terminal is used for playing broadcast television programs, and the video-on-demand terminal is used for playing video-on-demand programs.
Specifically, the television terminal acquires all the television programs played and the watching time of each television program in real time. Preferably, since the television terminal includes a broadcast television terminal and a video-on-demand terminal, the acquired television programs are also divided into broadcast television programs and video-on-demand programs. And after the broadcast television terminal and the video-on-demand terminal respectively acquire the television programs played by the broadcast television terminal and the video-on-demand terminal, sending the television programs and the watching time to the television playing control server for audience rating statistics. And after the statistics is finished, the television playing control server ranks the television programs according to the audience rating from high to low, so that the video-on-demand programs with high audience rating and the broadcast television programs with low audience rating are obtained. Preferably, in the present invention, the calculation frequency of the audience rating of the television programs is calculated every day, and the audience rating ranking is performed once a month.

In order to extract the video-on-demand programs with high audience rating and the broadcast television programs with low audience rating, the invention extracts the video-on-demand programs with high audience rating (20 before ranking in the embodiment) and extracts the broadcast television programs with low audience rating (20 after ranking in the embodiment). Of course, in the above embodiment, the extraction of the tv programs may also be performed according to the actual viewing situation, for example, extracting the video-on-demand programs with the top 10 rating ranks, and extracting the broadcast tv programs with the bottom 10 rating ranks. This form of extraction should also fall within the scope of the present invention.
Further, after the video-on-demand program with the high audience rating and the broadcast television program with the low audience rating are acquired, the television broadcast control server sends a television program switching instruction to the television terminal. After receiving the television program switching instruction, the television terminals (the broadcast television terminal and the video-on-demand terminal) start to execute television program switching, specifically, the video-on-demand program with the rating ranking of 20 before is switched to the broadcast television terminal for playing, and the broadcast television program with the rating ranking of 20 after is switched to the video-on-demand terminal for playing. Due to the fact that the audience rating of the video-on-demand programs ranked 20 is high, limited broadcast frequency point resources can be utilized to the maximum extent by switching the television programs to the broadcast television terminal for playing. And the audience rating of the broadcast television programs 20 after the audience rating ranking is poor, and the programs are switched to the on-demand television terminal for playing, so that the occupied broadband network resources can be effectively saved, and the requirement of users for watching television contents is met to the greatest extent.
Based on the embodiment, the invention also discloses a television terminal which comprises a video-on-demand terminal and a broadcast television terminal. The invention counts the audience rating of the television program, automatically distributes the broadcast television terminal and the television program played by the video-on-demand terminal, distributes the video-on-demand program with good audience rating to the broadcast television terminal for playing, maximally utilizes the limited broadcast frequency point resource, distributes the broadcast television program with lower audience rating to the video-on-demand terminal for playing, saves the broadband network resource, and meets the requirement of watching television content of a user to the maximum extent.

1. A method for automatically distributing television programs, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the audience rating of television programs played by a television terminal, and ranking the television programs from high to low according to the audience rating;
according to the rating ranking of the television programs, distributing the video-on-demand programs with high rating to the broadcast television terminals for playing and distributing the broadcast television programs with low rating to the video-on-demand television terminals for playing;
the television playing control server sends a television program switching instruction to the television terminal; after receiving a television program switching instruction, the television terminal starts to execute television program switching;
the television terminal comprises a broadcast television terminal for playing broadcast television programs and a video-on-demand terminal for playing video-on-demand programs;
according to the rating ranking of the television programs, the steps of distributing the video-on-demand programs with high rating to the broadcast television terminals for playing and distributing the broadcast television programs with low rating to the video-on-demand terminals for playing specifically comprise:
after the audience rating of the television program is calculated, extracting the audience rating ranking of the monthly television program from the television playing control server;
respectively acquiring the audience rating ranking of the television programs played through broadcasting and the audience rating ranking of the television programs played through on-demand from the audience rating ranking;
extracting the video-on-demand programs with high audience rating from the audience rating ranking of the television programs played by video-on-demand;

2. The method for automatically distributing tv programs according to claim 1, wherein before obtaining the rating of the tv programs played by the tv terminal and ranking the tv programs according to the rating from high to low, the method further comprises:

feeding back the obtained television programs and watching time to a preset television playing control server to calculate audience rating;
and ranking the television programs according to the calculated audience rating from high to low.
4. The method for automatically distributing television programs of claim 3, wherein said rating is calculated daily and is ranked monthly.
5. The method for automatically distributing tv programs according to claim 1, wherein the video-on-demand program with high audience rating is a tv program with the top 20 ranks in audience rating and played on-demand;
the broadcast television program with the low audience rating is a television program which is broadcast by broadcasting and has the audience rating ranked in the last 20 digits.
6. A storage medium having stored thereon a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded and executed by a processor to perform the steps of the method of automatically allocating television programs according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

A television terminal, comprising: a processor, a storage medium communicatively coupled to the processor, the storage medium adapted to store a plurality of instructions; the processor is adapted to call instructions in the storage medium to perform the steps of implementing the method of automatically allocating television programs according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
the television terminal comprises a broadcast television terminal for playing broadcast television programs and a video-on-demand terminal for playing video-on-demand programs.
