Abstract
The invention relates to a method for switching and playing live programs of a digital television, which comprises the following steps: the set top box acquires a live broadcast address configuration file and plays live broadcast; acquiring audience rating data in the playing process in real time, and counting digital television programs with top ranking of audience ratings; and broadcasting and transmitting the digital television programs with the front audience rating through a DVB broadcasting channel, and transmitting the rest digital television programs through an IP channel. The invention also provides a storage medium and a system for switching and playing the live digital television programs, and the method, the storage medium and the system for switching and playing the live digital television programs can reasonably utilize the existing DVB broadcast channel resources and a part of IP channel resources of the coaxial cable of the cable television network.

Technical Field

Background
In view of the audience situation of the live digital television programs, most users can concentrate on a small part of live digital television programs at the head, and head effect occurs, namely, the users are generally watching programs with a small quantity of broadcasting hot spots. That is, a few small digital television live programs with a top rating may cover a majority of digital television live programs being watched by the user. In a coaxial cable of a cable television network, a digital television live program is generally broadcast and transmitted through a DVB broadcast channel, a large number of DVB broadcast devices are deployed at the front end, the DVB broadcast channel can be realized by directly utilizing frequency resources of the coaxial cable, and a set top box uses the receiving capability of the DVB broadcast channel to watch the live program. When the digital television live programs are broadcast and transmitted through the DVB broadcast channel, the DVB broadcast channel can be pre-allocated to the downlink bandwidth required by the transmission of each digital television program, so that each digital television live program can obtain the bandwidth resources required by the transmission, and the problem that the digital television live programs contend for the transmission resources is avoided. After the coaxial cable of the cable television network is converted into the IP channel, the resource use flexibility and the use efficiency of the IP channel are higher, and the IP channel can be used for transmitting digital television live programs and can also be used for IP data services such as broadband, internet and the like.
Aiming at the use scene of the digital television live program, the IP channel cannot allocate the downlink bandwidth in advance, the bandwidth resource required by the transmission of the digital television live program cannot be ensured, and the problem that transmission resources are strived for by a plurality of digital television live programs and IP data services is likely to occur. Thereby realizing the effect of reasonably utilizing the existing DVB broadcast channel resources and a part of IP channel resources of the coaxial cable of the cable television network.
