Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a teleconference charging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the teleconference accounting apparatus 500 provided in the present embodiment includes: at least one processor 501 and memory 502. The processor 501 and the memory 502 are connected by a bus 503.
In a specific implementation process, the at least one processor 501 executes the computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 502, so that the at least one processor 501 executes the conference call charging method in the above method embodiment.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, it should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose processors, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of the hardware and software modules within the processor.
The memory may comprise high speed RAM memory and may also include non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory.
The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer execution instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when a processor executes the computer execution instruction, the teleconference charging method of the embodiment of the method is realized.
The computer-readable storage medium may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk. Readable storage media can be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary readable storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. Of course, the readable storage medium may also be an integral part of the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the readable storage medium may also reside as discrete components in the apparatus.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (10)

1. A method for billing a conference call, comprising:
monitoring a broadcast message of a conference bridge port;
when monitoring that the conference bridge port sends a broadcast message of a participant joining a conference, acquiring the participation information of the participants to obtain a participation information set, wherein the participation information of each participant in the participation information set carries the participation rate of the participant;
determining the time-interval participation cost of the participants in the preset time interval according to the participation rate of the participants at every preset time interval to obtain a time-interval participation cost set;
when monitoring the broadcast message of meeting end sent by the conference bridge port, determining the final meeting participation cost of the teleconference according to the time-interval meeting participation cost with the concentrated time-interval meeting participation cost;
deducting the amount corresponding to the final conference participation fee from a payment account provided by a payer of the conference;
when monitoring the broadcast message of the personnel joining the conference, acquiring the conference joining information of the participants, comprising the following steps:
when monitoring a broadcast message of a person joining a conference, judging whether a paying party of the conference participates in other conferences to obtain a first judgment result;
if the first judgment result shows that the paying party of the conference does not participate in other conferences, acquiring a first available cost limit of the paying party of the conference from a cache;
setting the attribute of the first available expense quota as a global variable;
acquiring identification information of the participants;
determining the participation mode of the participant according to the identification information of the participant;
determining the participation rate of the participants according to the participation mode of the participants;
and correspondingly storing the identification information of the participants and the participation rates of the participants.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after obtaining the participant information of the participant and obtaining the participant information set when monitoring that the broadcast message of the participant joining the conference is sent by the conference bridge port, further comprising:
and when monitoring that the conference bridge port sends a broadcast message that a first participant exits the conference, removing the participation information of the first participant from the participation information set.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the final participation fee of the teleconference according to the time-interval participation fee in the time-interval participation fee set when the broadcast message of the conference end is monitored, further comprising:
determining a second available cost amount according to the first available cost amount and the final participation cost;
and updating the second available expense quota to the cache.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the first judgment result shows that the paying party of the conference participates in other conferences, acquiring a first available cost limit with the attribute as a global variable;
when the broadcast message of meeting end is monitored, after the final meeting participation cost of the teleconference is determined according to the time period meeting participation cost in the time period meeting participation cost set, the method further comprises the following steps:
when monitoring the broadcast message of the other conferences in which the payer participates, determining the first conference cost of the other conferences in which the payer participates;
determining a third available cost line according to the first available cost line, the final participation cost and the first conference cost;
updating the third available cost amount to the cache.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the session participation fee of the participant within the preset time period according to the participant rate of the participant at every preset time period to obtain a session participation fee set comprises:
controlling a timer to start timing to obtain a first timing duration;
when the first timing duration reaches a preset duration, determining the conference participation cost in the first timing duration according to the conference participation rate of the participants to obtain the time-interval conference participation cost;
and clearing the timer, and re-executing the control timer to start timing to obtain a first timing duration and the subsequent steps to obtain a time interval participation expense set.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the final participation cost of the teleconference according to the time slot participation cost in the time slot participation cost set when the broadcast message of the conference end is monitored comprises:
and when the broadcast message of meeting end is monitored, summing up the meeting participation fees of the time periods with the concentrated meeting participation fees to obtain the final meeting participation fee.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining the participation fee of the participant within the preset time period according to the participation rate of the participant at every preset time period further comprises, before obtaining the time period participation fee set:
determining the participation cost of the participants in the pre-estimated time period according to the duration of the preset time period and the participation rate of the participants;
judging whether the difference value between the first available cost limit and the estimated time interval participation cost is smaller than a first preset threshold value or not to obtain a second judgment result;
and if the second judgment result shows that the difference value between the first available cost limit and the conference participation cost in the pre-estimation time period is smaller than the first preset threshold value, terminating the conference.
8. A conference call charging apparatus, comprising:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring the broadcast message of the conference bridge port;
the conference information acquisition module is used for acquiring the conference information of the participants to obtain a conference information set when monitoring that the conference bridge port sends a broadcast message of a participant joining a conference, wherein the conference information of each participant in the conference information set carries the conference rate of the participant;
