Claims (8)

1. A vehicle communication method, comprising:
collecting environmental information around the vehicle, wherein the environmental information comprises the vehicle information and road condition information around the vehicle;
selecting whether to communicate with surrounding vehicles according to the collected environmental information, and selecting a target vehicle when communication is required, including: judging whether the environmental information meets a first condition, and selecting a vehicle meeting the first condition as a target vehicle, wherein the first condition is whether the distance between the surrounding vehicle and the vehicle is smaller than a first set value; if the first condition is not met, judging whether the environmental information meets a second condition, and selecting a vehicle meeting the second condition as a target vehicle, wherein the second condition is whether the speed of the surrounding vehicles exceeds a second set value; if the environmental information does not meet the second condition, judging whether the environmental information meets a third condition, and selecting a vehicle meeting the third condition as an object vehicle, wherein the third condition is whether the congestion index of the surrounding road reaches a preset threshold value; if the third condition is not met, selecting the vehicle needing to be exchanged as the object vehicle;
the method for acquiring the running information of the target vehicle and identifying the brand information of the target vehicle comprises the following steps: scanning the license plate information of the target vehicle through image recognition sensors arranged in front of and behind the vehicle, and finding out the basic information of the target vehicle;
generating information for requesting to establish contact, and sending a connection request to the object vehicle;
and after the target vehicle receives the connection request, the own vehicle establishes contact with the target vehicle and communicates with the target vehicle.
2. The vehicle communication method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
setting an external interface, and importing data of an external vehicle management system through the external interface;
and generating vehicle user information data according to the imported data of the external vehicle management system, wherein the host vehicle acquires the target vehicle information from the external interface or the vehicle user information data.
3. The vehicle communication method according to claim 1, wherein the own vehicle establishing contact with and communicating with a subject vehicle includes:
judging whether the target vehicle is registered with a communication tool of the vehicle communication device, if the communication tool of the vehicle communication device is registered, the vehicle adopts the communication tool of the vehicle communication device to communicate with the target vehicle;
if the communication tool carried by the vehicle communication device is not registered, judging whether the target vehicle records a telephone number, and if the telephone number is recorded, communicating with the target vehicle in a telephone mode;
if the phone number is not recorded, it is determined whether or not another communication tool is recorded in the subject vehicle, and if another communication tool is recorded, another communication tool is used to communicate with the subject vehicle.
4. A vehicle communication device, comprising:
an identification module for identifying a brand of a subject vehicle, comprising: scanning the license plate information of the target vehicle through image recognition sensors arranged in front of and behind the vehicle, and searching the information of the target vehicle;
the sending module is used for generating information for requesting to establish contact and sending a connection request to the object vehicle;
the communication module is used for establishing contact with the object vehicle and selecting a proper mode to communicate with the object vehicle when the object vehicle receives the connection request and agrees to establish communication contact, and comprises the following steps: judging whether the environmental information meets a first condition, and selecting a vehicle meeting the first condition as a target vehicle, wherein the first condition is whether the distance between the surrounding vehicle and the vehicle is smaller than a first set value; if the first condition is not met, judging whether the environmental information meets a second condition, and selecting a vehicle meeting the second condition as a target vehicle, wherein the second condition is whether the speed of the surrounding vehicles exceeds a second set value; if the environmental information does not meet the second condition, judging whether the environmental information meets a third condition, and selecting a vehicle meeting the third condition as an object vehicle, wherein the third condition is whether the congestion index of the surrounding road reaches a preset threshold value; if the third condition is not met, selecting the vehicle needing to be exchanged as the object vehicle;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the environmental information around the vehicle, wherein the environmental information comprises the vehicle information and road condition information around the vehicle, and the environmental information is transmitted to the identification module.
5. The vehicle communication device of claim 4, wherein the identification module comprises:
the character recognition module is used for recognizing the received license plate number of the target vehicle represented by the character information;
the voice recognition module is used for recognizing the received license plate number of the object vehicle represented by the voice information;
and the image identification module is used for identifying the received license plate number of the target vehicle represented by the image information.
6. The vehicular communication apparatus according to any one of claims 4 or 5, characterized by further comprising:
the first display module is used for displaying the communication information transmitted by the vehicle communication device to the own vehicle;
and the second display module is used for displaying the communication information transmitted by the vehicle communication device to the target vehicle.
7. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executed by the processor, wherein the processor implements the vehicle communication method of any one of claims 1-3 when executing the program.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which program, when executed by a processor, carries out the vehicle communication method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
