Abstract
本发明公开了航空铸造技术领域的一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,该通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法的具体实施步骤如下:步骤一:观察测试失败的试棒断口处是否有缺陷,进行FPI检测;步骤二:观察试棒晶粒;步骤三:将试棒切开,确认柱状晶和等轴晶分布;步骤四:将试棒做成试样,对试样进行腐蚀,使用电子显微镜观察其结构;步骤五:使用扫描电镜观察试样组织结构;步骤六:结合电子显微镜和扫描电镜分析结果,找出测试失败的原因;步骤七:根据上面得出的结论,找到解决方法,相对于目前没有较为科学的方式对其原因进行精确判定,从而无法找到有效的解决方法,经济实用性较强。

技术领域
本发明涉及航空铸造技术领域,具体为一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法。
背景技术
航空,一种复杂而有战略意义的人类活动。指飞行器在地球大气层中的飞行活动,以及与此相关的科研教育、工业制造、公共运输、专业作业、航空运动、国防军事、政府管理等众多领域。通过对于空气空间和飞行器的利用,航空活动可以细分为众多独立的行业和领域,典型的如航空制造业、民用航空业等等。常常可以见到人们从各自的领域使用这一词语,其内涵及其丰富和多变。
在航空元件进行铸造时,需要对母合金浇注的试棒进行力学性能测试,而力学性能不足是比较常见的问题,目前没有较为科学的方式对其原因进行精确判定,从而无法找到有效的解决方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的在航空铸造领域对母合金浇注的试棒进行力学性能测试时,力学性能不足不能通过较为科学的方式对其原因进行精确判定,从而无法找到有效的解决方法的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,该通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法的具体实施步骤如下:
步骤一:观察测试失败的试棒断口处是否有缺陷,进行FPI检测;
步骤二:观察试棒晶粒;
步骤三:将试棒切开,确认柱状晶和等轴晶分布;
步骤四:将试棒做成试样,对试样进行腐蚀,使用电子显微镜观察其结构;
步骤五:使用扫描电镜观察试样组织结构;
步骤六:结合电子显微镜和扫描电镜分析结果,找出测试失败的原因;
步骤七:根据上面得出的结论,找到解决方法。
优选的,所述步骤二中晶粒的大小决定着试棒在室温中的拉伸性能,当晶粒越小时,试棒在室温中的拉伸性能越好,反之则越差。
优选的,所述步骤三中等轴晶的数量和分布情况决定着力学的性能,等轴晶越多分布越均匀,力学性能越好,反之则越差。
优选的,所述步骤四中观察的结构中树枝晶的长短决定着二次相的多少及大小,观察的结构中碳化物的多少决定着试棒的力学性能,当树枝晶越短,二次相越少且越小,碳化物越少,试棒的力学性能越好。
优选的,所述步骤五中试样组织结构的γ’相分布均匀性决定着试棒的力学性能,当γ’相分布均匀时,试棒的力学性能更好。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过该一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,现在没有较为科学的方式对力学性能不足的原因进行精确的判定,本发明中的方法,通过观察测试失败的试棒断口处是否有缺陷,进行FPI检测,然后通过观察试棒晶粒、将试棒切开、对试样进行腐蚀,通过显微镜和扫描电镜进行结构的观察,从而找出测试失败的原因,从而根据得出的结论找到相应的解决办法。

下面将结合附图说明,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,用于对母合金浇注的试棒进行力学性能不足的原因进行判定。
实施例
该通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法的具体实施步骤如下:
步骤一:对于失败的试棒,观察断口,测试失败批次试棒并没有发现明显的缺陷,对该试棒进行FPI检测,没有发现缺陷;
步骤二:如图1,观察试棒的晶粒大小:测试失败批次试棒晶粒较小,与合格批次的试棒比较,差异不大。根据评判标准:晶粒越小的试棒室温拉伸性能更好来,晶粒大小不是试棒测试失败的主要原因;
步骤三:如图2a-2b,将试棒切开,观察柱状晶和等轴晶分布:测试失败批次试棒等轴晶较少且分布不均匀,与测试合格批次试棒比对,等轴晶分布明显合格试棒更加均匀且数量更多,根据评判标准:等轴晶越多分布越均匀,力学性能越好,分析得出等轴晶数量少且分布不均匀是导致试棒测试失败的原因之一;
步骤四:电子显微镜下50-1000倍的电子显微镜照片对比情况如下:
1)如图3a-3b,观察树枝晶的长度:失败的试棒存在较长的树枝晶,与测试合格的试棒比对,明显合格批次试棒树枝晶更短,根据评判标准:树枝晶越短,力学性能越好,分析得出树枝晶较长是导致试棒测试失败的原因之一;
2)如图4a-4b,观察二次相数量:失败批次的试棒中含有较多的二次相,且二次相较大,与测试合格的试棒比对,明显合格批次试棒二次相更少,根据评判标准:二次相数量越少且越小,试棒的力学性能越好,分析得出数量较多且特别大二次相是导致试棒测试失败的原因之一;
3)如图5a-5b,观察碳化物数量:失败批次的试棒发现较多汉字状碳化物,与测试合格的试棒比对,明显合格批次试棒碳化物数量更少。根据评判标准:碳化物越少,试棒的力学性能越好。分析得出较多碳化物是导致试棒测试失败的原因之一;
步骤五:如图6a-6b,使用扫描电镜观察试样组织结构:失败批次的试棒,γ’相的分布及排列不均匀,与测试合格批次试棒比对,合格批次试棒γ’相分布更为均匀。根据评判标准:γ’相分布均匀的试棒力学性能更好。分析得出γ’相分布不均匀是导致试棒测试失败的原因之一;
结论:通过比对可以明显看出合格和失败批次试棒的微观结构存在区别,失败批次的试棒显微结构发现较多且特别大二次相、更长的不间断的树枝晶和较多的碳化物。比较二次枝晶间距,发现失败批次的试棒二次枝晶间距相对较小。并且失败批次的试棒中有着较不一致的沉淀物,这会导致试棒的蠕变寿命减少。而阻碍原子迁移的抗蠕变性显微结构特征在失败的批次中存在较少。最终导致了试棒室温力学性能测试失败;
更快的冷却速率可能会导致宏观结构差异(DAS,碳化物等)。扫描电镜照片中的γ’相通常在热处理期间产生。 较快的冷却速率可能会引起更多的化学偏析,这会抑制γ’沉淀物的均匀形成;
改善方案:调整浇注工艺,使冷速减慢一些,确认新生产的试棒分析微观组织状态。
虽然在上文中已经参考了一些实施例对本发明进行描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效无替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的各个实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举的描述仅仅是处于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而且包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

1.一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,其特征在于:该通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法的具体实施步骤如下:
步骤一:观察测试失败的试棒断口处是否有缺陷,进行FPI检测;
步骤二:观察试棒晶粒;
步骤三:将试棒切开,确认柱状晶和等轴晶分布;
步骤四:将试棒做成试样,对试样进行腐蚀,使用电子显微镜观察其结构;
步骤五:使用扫描电镜观察试样组织结构;
步骤六:结合电子显微镜和扫描电镜分析结果,找出测试失败的原因;
步骤七:根据上面得出的结论,找到解决方法。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中晶粒的大小决定着试棒在室温中的拉伸性能,当晶粒越小时,试棒在室温中的拉伸性能越好,反之则越差。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中等轴晶的数量和分布情况决定着力学的性能,等轴晶越多分布越均匀,力学性能越好,反之则越差。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中观察的结构中树枝晶的长短决定着二次相的多少及大小,观察的结构中碳化物的多少决定着试棒的力学性能,当树枝晶越短,二次相越少且越小,碳化物越少,试棒的力学性能越好。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过扫描电镜、显微镜分析试棒力学性能不足的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中试样组织结构的γ’相分布均匀性决定着试棒的力学性能,当γ’相分布均匀时,试棒的力学性能更好。
