A cooker glass panel assembly gluing tool comprises a workbench (1), a pressing cylinder (4), a translation cylinder (32), a pushing cylinder (31), a second pushing block (6b), a connecting mechanism (7) and an ejection cylinder (5), wherein the workbench (1) is provided with a working area (11), a first mounting area (14) for arranging a decorative strip and a second mounting area (13) for arranging a liquid bearing disc are arranged in the working area (11), and the second pushing block (6b) can be arranged on the workbench in a translation mode and is opposite to the first pushing block (6); the second push block (6b) can be matched with the first push block (6) to position the glass panel in a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of accurate positioning, reliable bonding, high working efficiency and low labor intensity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tool for assembling a glass panel component of a stove, in particular to a tool capable of bonding a decorative strip and a liquid bearing disc on a glass panel.
Background
The current gas stove body panel basically adopts a glass panel as a main part to display high-grade performance, the basic structure is shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a glass panel assembly mainly comprises a glass panel 1a, a decorative strip 4a arranged on the glass panel 1a and liquid bearing discs 3a, and two liquid bearing discs 3a are double-hole stoves.
The surface of the decorative strip 4a is provided with a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive, and pressure is required to be applied to firmly adhere the glass panel 1a and the decorative strip 4 a. The glass panel 1a has a large tolerance due to the manufacturing process, so the design upper decoration strip 4a may be shorter than the glass panel 1a by 2 mm. Only by adhering the decorative strip 4a and the glass panel 1a in a centering manner and leaving the same margin left and right, the appearance can be ensured to be exquisite. The glass panel 1a and the liquid bearing disc 3a are bonded by silica gel, the positioning is also required to be accurate, and the gap between the bonded glass panel 1a and the liquid bearing disc 3a is required to be less than 0.8, so that the glass panel is preferably kept in a clamping state during curing.
The traditional decorative strip 4a and the liquid bearing disc 3a are assembled manually, and have the following defects: 1. at present, single-side positioning is adopted, and only one side can be accurately positioned; 2. positioning errors caused by dimensional deviations cannot be eliminated; 3. the liquid bearing disc is glued and bonded on the line, and the curing time is not enough; 4. a gap is reserved between the liquid bearing disc and the glass panel; 5. the operation is troublesome, the installation precision is often complicated, and the installation precision can be adjusted repeatedly, so that the installation progress is influenced.
In the prior art, a tool special for simultaneously bonding the glass panel 1a, the decorative strip 4a and the liquid bearing disc 3a does not exist, and a set of suitable bonding work needs to be developed for improving the working efficiency and replacing the purely manual operation.

the translation cylinder is arranged on the upper end face of the workbench and is opposite to the first positioning block, and the translation cylinder can be matched with the first positioning block to position the glass panel in a first direction;
the pushing cylinder is arranged on the upper end face of the workbench and provided with a first pushing block together with the power output end;
the second push block can be arranged on the workbench in a translation way and is arranged opposite to the first push block; the second push block can be matched with the first push block in a second direction to position the glass panel, and the second direction is vertical to the first direction;
the connecting rod mechanism comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod, wherein the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are connected to two ends of the first connecting rod;
under the state that the power output end of the pushing cylinder extends out, the connecting rod mechanism drives the second pushing block to approach the first pushing block; and
the four ejection cylinders are arranged on the lower end face of the workbench, the power output end is provided with support columns extending out of the workbench, and the four support columns surround a rectangle.
Further, the first push block is provided with a first buffer, correspondingly, the second push block is provided with a second buffer, and the first buffer and the second buffer are matched to clamp the decorative strip so as to enable the decorative strip to be centered, so that installation errors are reduced.
The mounting structure of the liquid bearing disc is preferably arranged as follows: the second mounting area is provided with a bottom frame which is provided with a fixing frame capable of being matched with the bottom frame for clamping the liquid bearing disc. Furthermore, a positioning column which can be inserted into the liquid bearing disc mounting through hole is arranged on the second mounting area.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the pressing cylinder and the translation cylinder are matched with enough pressure to ensure firm bonding; the pushing cylinder is combined with the connecting rod mechanism, the first pushing block and the second pushing block to ensure that the centers of the glass panel and the decorating strip are superposed, and the gaps on the two sides are the same, so that the positioning error caused by the size deviation of the glass panel or the decorating strip is eliminated; meanwhile, the panel is accurately positioned, so that the relative position of the liquid bearing disc and the panel is accurate; the liquid bearing disc is clamped and solidified to prevent the generation of a gap between the liquid bearing disc and the panel; the operation is simple and easy, one worker can complete the operation at one time without multiple actions, and the labor intensity of the operator is favorably reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cooker glass panel assembly gluing tool in the embodiment includes a workbench 1, a pressing cylinder 4, a translation cylinder 31, a pushing cylinder 32, a first pushing block 6, a second pushing block 6b, a link mechanism 7, and an ejecting cylinder 5.
The workbench 1 is provided with a working area 11, a first mounting area 14 for arranging the decorative strip and two second mounting areas 13 for arranging the liquid bearing discs are arranged in the working area 11, and a first positioning block 21 capable of positioning the decorative strip in the width direction is arranged on one side of the first mounting area 14; in order to move the workbench conveniently, pulleys 15 are arranged on the four feet at the bottom.
The number of the pressing cylinders 4 is four, the pressing cylinders are arranged on the upper end face of the workbench 1 around the working area 11, each pressing cylinder 4 is provided with a power output end in the vertical direction and can rotate, and the power output ends of the pressing cylinders 4 are provided with pressing claws 41 which extend downwards and can press the glass panel of the stove.
The translation cylinder 31 is arranged on the upper end face of the workbench 1 and is opposite to the first positioning block 21, and the translation cylinder 31 can be matched with the first positioning block 21 to position the glass panel in the first direction.
The pushing cylinder 32 is arranged on the upper end face of the workbench 1, and a first pushing block 6 is arranged on the power output end; the second push block 6b is arranged on the workbench in a translation manner and is opposite to the first push block 6; the second push block 6b can be matched with the first push block 6 to position the glass panel in a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
As shown in fig. 5, the link mechanism 7 includes a first link 71, and a second link 72 and a third link 73 connected to two ends of the first link 71, wherein the middle portion of the first link 71 is rotatably disposed on the lower end surface of the workbench, one end of the second link 72 is movably connected to the vertical rod 62 of the first push block 6, the other end is movably connected to the first link 71, one end of the third link 73 is movably connected to the first link 71, and the other end is movably connected to the second push block 6 b; under the state that the power output end of the pushing cylinder 32 extends out, the link mechanism 7 drives the second pushing block 6b to approach the first pushing block 6.
The four ejection cylinders 5 are arranged on the lower end face of the workbench 1, the power output end is provided with support columns 51 extending out of the workbench 1, and the four support columns 51 enclose a rectangle.
The first push block 6 is provided with a first buffer 7c, correspondingly, the second push block 6b is provided with a second buffer 7b, and the first buffer 7c and the second buffer 7b are matched to clamp the decorative strip.
The second mounting region 13 in this embodiment is provided with a base frame 81, the base frame 81 being provided with a holder 82 which can cooperate with the base frame 81 for clamping the liquid-receiving pan. The fixing frame 82 and the chassis 81 are connected and fixed by nuts 84 and screws 83. The second mounting region 13 is provided with a positioning post 85 which can be inserted into the mounting through hole of the liquid receiving tray.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, the ejection cylinder 5 drives the supporting column 51 to extend out of the workbench 1 by 3 mm; then, the decorative strip 4a is placed in the first mounting area 14, one-side limiting is realized by the first positioning block 21, and the underframe 81 is arranged in the second mounting area 13; the glass panel 1a is placed, and the glass panel 1a is lifted up by four support columns 51.
The pushing cylinder 31 acts, the first pushing block 6 is aligned with the second pushing block 6b through the link mechanism 7, meanwhile, the decorative strip 4a is aligned by the first buffer 7c and the second buffer 7b, and the translation cylinder 32 acts at the lower side until one side of the glass panel 1a is abutted against the decorative strip 4 a. And (3) the ejection cylinder 5 acts, the support column 51 descends, so that the gluing surfaces of the glass panel 1a and the decorative strip 4a are contacted, the pressing cylinder 4 acts, the glass panel 1a is pressed after rotation, the liquid bearing disc 3a is placed on the bottom frame 81 while the pressing state is kept, the fixing frame 82 is used for connection and fixation, the gluing surfaces of the liquid bearing disc 3a and the glass panel 1a are contacted and pressed, and bonding can be completed after pressure maintaining.
The pressing cylinder 4, the translation cylinder 32 and the pushing cylinder 31 act and recover, the ejection cylinder 5 acts to jack up the glass panel assembly, and a worker can take down the glass panel assembly which is bonded completely.
