本发明公开了一种空调玻璃窗,包括内玻璃和外玻璃,所述内玻璃和外玻璃相互远离的一侧均开设有多个毛细孔和集中孔,多个所述集中孔均与对应的多个毛细孔连通,所述内玻璃和外玻璃的上下两端均胶合有结合板,下端的所述结合板的侧壁开设有处理槽,多个所述集中孔将多个毛细孔与处理槽连通。优点在于:本发明中,由内玻璃和外玻璃的设计,实现了有效的隔热效果,由毛细孔的设计,使得因内外稳产产生水雾将在毛细力的作用下,通过集中孔被收集到处理槽中,实现了对内玻璃及外玻璃表面水雾的去除,避免了对视线的遮挡,以及水雾集成水珠留向墙壁,造成污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及空调玻璃窗技术领域,尤其涉及一种空调玻璃窗。
背景技术
空调在现代人生活中成了必不可少的工具,无论冬夏均需要使用空调,而空调的使用的效果除了空调本身性能之外,还与使用的空调玻璃窗有很大的关系,性能较好的空调玻璃窗可以极大的避免室内外温度的交换,保证室内温度的有效调控。
现有的空调玻璃窗大多使用双层的中空玻璃窗,在空调长时间开启后,将会形成室内外较为显著的温度差,在冬天开空调时,由于内部空气较热,外部空气较冷,使得处于内部的内玻璃的内侧将产生一定量的水雾,将会遮挡视线,并且水雾会集中呈水珠下落,造成墙面污染,现有的空调玻璃窗不具有清除水雾的能力,造成使用上的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中玻璃表面因温差产生的水雾无法及时去除,造成污染的问题,而提出的一种空调玻璃窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种空调玻璃窗,包括内玻璃和外玻璃,所述内玻璃和外玻璃相互远离的一侧均开设有多个毛细孔和集中孔,多个所述集中孔均与对应的多个毛细孔连通,所述内玻璃和外玻璃的上下两端均胶合有结合板,下端的所述结合板的侧壁开设有处理槽,多个所述集中孔将多个毛细孔与处理槽连通,所述处理槽的内壁胶合有反应块,所述反应块的两端侧壁分别胶合有阳极和阴极,所述处理槽位于阳极一端的内壁开设有多个通气孔,所述处理槽位于阳极一端的内壁胶合有风扇,所述处理槽位于阴极一端的内壁相抵有胶体钯,所述内玻璃和外玻璃共同胶合有发电片。
在上述的空调玻璃窗中,所述反应块为“V”形结构,所述阳极和阴极均与反应块的侧壁贴合,所述风扇正对着多个通气孔。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明中,由内玻璃和外玻璃的设计,实现了有效的隔热效果,由毛细孔的设计,使得因内外温差产生水雾将在毛细力的作用下,通过集中孔被收集到处理槽7中,实现了对内玻璃及外玻璃表面水雾的去除,避免了对视线的遮挡,以及水雾集成水珠留向墙壁,造成污染;
2、本发明中,由发电片的设计,通过内外温差的持续存在进行持续的发电,使得集中后的水柱被电解,进而生产氢气和氧气,氧气在风扇的作用下,经通气孔流向室内,对室内进行氧气的补充,氢气在胶体钯的作用下被吸收,避免其直接排放造成安全隐患,实现了对水柱的有效利用。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅处于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例
参照图1-3,一种空调玻璃窗,包括内玻璃1和外玻璃2,内玻璃1和外玻璃2相互远离的一侧均开设有多个毛细孔3和集中孔4,内玻璃1和外玻璃2的上下两端均通过胶合有结合板6,下端的结合板6的侧壁开设有处理槽7,处理槽7的内壁胶合有反应块8,反应块8的两端侧壁分别胶合有阳极9和阴极10,处理槽7位于阳极9一端靠近内玻璃1一侧的内壁开设有多个通气孔12,处理槽7位于阳极9一端靠近外玻璃2一侧的内壁胶合有风扇11,处理槽7位于阴极10一端的内壁相抵有胶体钯13,内玻璃1和外玻璃2共同胶合有发电片5,发电片5通过导线与阳极9和阴极10连接,进而实现电解过程的电力供应,同时通过导线与风扇11连接,实现风扇11的转动。
反应块8为“V”形结构,使得进入的水滴可沿着斜面留至反应块8的底部,形成水滴的集中,进而形成水柱,所述阳极9和阴极10均与反应块8的侧壁贴合,阳极9和阴极10均为三菱柱状结构,与反应块8的“V”形表面贴合,保证与底部水柱的接触,实现有的电解过程,风扇11正对着多个通气孔12,既能将生产的氧气及时的经通气孔12吹出,同时将在处理槽7内部产生一定的负压,使得集中孔4和毛细孔3中的水珠能够在外界气压的协助作用下顺利的移动至处理槽7中,保证水珠的集中。
多个集中孔4均与对应的多个毛细孔3连通,多个集中孔4将多个毛细孔3与处理槽7连通,保证内玻璃1和外玻璃2表面形成的水雾可在毛细力作用下,通过毛细孔3经集中孔4导入处理槽7中,实现对水滴的收集,便于后续的电解过程。
在空调长时间开启后,将会形成室内外较为显著的温度差,在冬天开空调时,由于内部空气较热,外部空气较冷,使得处于内部的内玻璃1的内侧将产生一定量的水雾,内玻璃1和外玻璃2表面形成的水雾,实际上是极小的水珠,这些水珠将在毛细力的作用下,经毛细孔3进入到集中孔4中,再由集中孔4导入处理槽7中并且集中的移动至反应块8的“V”形平面上,进而实现一条平铺在反应块8表面的水柱,进而与两端的阳极9和阴极10同时接触。
由于内玻璃1和外玻璃2之间始终存在一定的温度差,使得发电片5感受二者之间的温差,进而产生一定的电压,并通过导线传导至阳极9和阴极10上,同时使得风扇11得电转动,由于阳极9和阴极10同时通电,并且二者同时与水柱接触,即可进行对水柱的电解过程,水柱经电解过后,将在阳极9的位置生成一定量的氧气,并在阴极10的位置生成一定的氢气,而生成的氧气将在风扇11的作用下,经通气孔12流向室内,对室内进行一定的氧气补充,避免室内氧气缺失,生成的氢气将与阴极10一端的胶体钯13接触,氢气与胶体钯13接触后,将会被胶体钯13吸收,避免了氢气直接排放造成的风险。
胶体钯13在吸收氢气后将发生一定的膨胀,使得体积增大,进而向两端延伸,当观察到胶体钯13膨胀到一定程度伸出处理槽7后,可将胶体钯13取下更换,避免胶体钯13吸收氢气的效率降低后造成氢气直接排除形成污染,而更换的胶体钯13可以通过加热的方式使其释放出吸收的氢气,进而实现二次利用。
本发明还适用于冰柜等冷藏设备,冰柜中的温度较低,与外界温差较大,将使得冰柜外部玻璃出现水雾,在本发明中,外玻璃2的表面形成水雾后,将会通过其上的毛细孔3进入到处理槽7中,进而通过电解过程完成对水雾的处理,从而使得外玻璃2表面水雾被处理,在冰柜等的应用中,可便于从外界观察到冰柜内的事物,不需要将冰柜窗打开,可保持冰柜内部冷气不会散失,保证冰柜的冷藏效果。
此外,在本发明在外部开阔的环境中使用时,由于水雾量较少,且在开阔环境下,产生的氢气不易聚集,氢气的浓度将处于安全状态,不会出现爆炸等危险情况的发生,可不使用胶体钯13对产生的氢气进行吸收处理,直接将氢气排放至空气中即可。
尽管本文较多地使用了内玻璃1、外玻璃2、毛细孔3、集中孔4、发电片5、结合板6、处理槽7、反应块8、阳极9、阴极10、风扇11、通气孔12、胶体钯13等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

1.一种空调玻璃窗,包括内玻璃(1)和外玻璃(2),其特征在于,所述内玻璃(1)和外玻璃(2)相互远离的一侧均开设有多个毛细孔(3)和集中孔(4),多个所述集中孔(4)均与对应的多个毛细孔(3)连通,所述内玻璃(1)和外玻璃(2)的上下两端均胶合有结合板(6),下端的所述结合板(6)的侧壁开设有处理槽(7),多个所述集中孔(4)将多个毛细孔(3)与处理槽(7)连通,所述处理槽(7)的内壁胶合有反应块(8),所述反应块(8)的两端侧壁分别胶合有阳极(9)和阴极(10),所述处理槽(7)位于阳极(9)一端的内壁开设有多个通气孔(12),所述处理槽(7)位于阳极(9)一端的内壁胶合有风扇(11),所述处理槽(7)位于阴极(10)一端的内壁相抵有胶体钯(13),所述内玻璃(1)和外玻璃(2)共同胶合有发电片(5)。
