Referring to fig. 2, the plate-pulling mechanism 2 comprises a pulling plate 2-1, a pulling plate installation part 2-2, a spring 2-3, a pulling plate guide plate 2-4, a pulling plate rotating shaft 2-5 and a spring fixing part 2-6.
The shifting plate 2-1 is connected to the shifting plate mounting part 2-2 through a shifting plate rotating shaft 2-5, and the shifting plate rotating shaft 2-5 can keep the relative position of the shifting plate 2-1 when the shifting plate 2-1 is overturned towards two sides. The air cylinder 3-1 is fixed on the upper fixing plate 3-2 through a fastening bolt of the air cylinder, and an air cylinder push rod penetrates through the shifting plate mounting frame 3-4 and then is mounted on the cutter mounting seat 3-6 through a bolt; two sides of the heat sealing mechanism are distributed with two guide sliding rails 3-3, the upper ends of the guide sliding rails 3-3 are fixed on the upper fixing plate 3-2, and the lower ends are fixed on the lower fixing plate 3-12; the guide sliding rail 3-3 can ensure that the heat sealing mechanism keeps vertical in the descending process, thereby ensuring better sealing effect; the shifting plate mounting frame 3-4 and the cutter mounting seat 3-6 are fixed on the guide sliding rail 3-3 through a guide sliding block; the upper end of the shifting plate limiting column 3-5 is fixed on the shifting plate mounting frame 3-4, the lower end of the shifting plate limiting column is fixed on the cutter mounting seat 3-6, the other end of the shifting plate limiting column 3-5 extends out of a section, the diameter of the extended section is slightly smaller, and the initial relative position between the shifting plate mounting frame 3-4 and the cutter mounting seat 3-6 is fixed through the shifting plate limiting column 3-5.
