By adopting the device, the purpose of processing the processing surfaces of the wings at different angles by using one set of clamp can be realized. The production efficiency is greatly improved, the processing standard is unique, the manufacturing precision of the device is greatly improved, and the surface quality of the back chipping part is high.

Background
The wing is an important part on the aircraft, and the function of the wing is to maintain the stability of the flight of the aircraft. In order to ensure that the fins do not interfere with other parts during assembly, the fins are manufactured by removing fillets at important locations, i.e., a back gouging process. However, the fins need to be back-rooted at a plurality of places and are positioned on planes with different angles. And to complete the back chipping of a certain face, a special clamping device is needed to fix the wing piece to enable the face to be in a horizontal position, and the inner fillet is machined off by adopting a milling method. Therefore, to complete the back chipping, multiple sets of clamping devices must be used. The use of multiple sets of clamping devices can result in low processing efficiency and serious time waste. In order to meet the requirement of rapidly and efficiently performing back chipping treatment when fins are manufactured in a large scale, a device is urgently needed, one surface needing back chipping can be located at a horizontal position by rapidly clamping the fins through the device, and after the back chipping of the surface is completed, other surfaces needing back chipping can be rapidly adjusted to the horizontal position through simple operation under the condition that the device is not detached.
At present, the basic situation of the fin back chipping device is as follows: the device consists of a plurality of sets of clamps, and each set of clamps corresponds to a root cleaning surface with an angle; each set of clamp consists of two clamping plates, two positioning pins and four connecting screws, and the positioning pins are fixed on one clamping plate. The back gouging operation of a face is as follows: placing the tab in a cavity of a splint; under the guide of the positioning pin, another clamping plate is installed; installing a connecting screw; the fixture was fixed to a milling machine for back chipping. And (4) detaching the clamp, replacing the clamp with another set of clamp, repeating the process, and performing back chipping on other parallel surfaces.
The main defects are as follows:
1. the back chipping work of one fin is completed, a plurality of sets of clamps are needed, the manufacturing period of the whole device is long, and the manufacturing cost is high.
2. The clamp needs to be replaced once every time a group of parallel surfaces is back gouged, the processing efficiency is low, the single cleaning time is long, and the batch production of products is not facilitated.
3. Each clamp has a manufacturing standard, the manufacturing standards of the whole device are not uniform, and the quality of the fin back chipping part is poor.
At present, no patent of the invention relating to the fin milling and back chipping device exists.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a device which can realize the processing of workpieces with different angles between processing planes.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a wing-shaped slice back chipping device comprises supports and clamps which are symmetrically arranged on two sides; the support comprises a vertical plate; shaft holes are formed in the vertical plates, a clamp is hinged between the shaft holes, a plurality of positioning holes with the shaft holes as the circle centers are correspondingly formed in the vertical plates on the two sides, and an included angle is formed between the central lines of the adjacent holes; the clamp comprises a rotating plate and a clamping plate; the rotating plate is provided with a pressing part, and positioning holes are correspondingly formed in the two sides of the rotating plate; the vertical plate is matched with the positioning hole of the rotating plate.
By adopting the device, the positioning pin is inserted between the different positioning holes of the vertical plate and the positioning hole of the rotating plate, so that the rotating plate can form different included angles with the horizontal plane. Therefore, the workpiece clamped in the clamp forms an angle different from the horizontal plane, and the purpose of processing the processing surfaces of the workpiece at different angles by using one set of clamp can be realized.
Preferably, the bearing further comprises a bushing arranged in the shaft hole and the positioning hole.

3. Frequent replacement of the clamp is not needed, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. Originally, only 6 pieces can be processed in one day, and 20 pieces can be processed in one day.
4. The whole device is provided with only one clamp, the reference is unique, the manufacturing precision of the device is greatly improved, and the surface quality of the back chipping part is high.
