When the filter element is unlocked, the unlocking piece is lifted up, the first inclined plane 312, the second inclined plane 313, the third inclined plane and the fourth inclined plane 371 are matched, so that the first clamping end 311 and the second clamping end 321 are recovered inwards, the first elastic piece 33 and the second elastic piece 34 are further pressed to be shortened, and when the first clamping end 311 and the second clamping end 321 are completely separated from the first clamping groove 21 and the second clamping groove 22, the filter element 1 or the locking part is lifted up, the filter element 1 is led out of the machine body 2, and the filter element 1 is detached from the machine body 2.
Specifically, the first elastic member 33 and the second elastic member 34 are springs.
The first clamping end 311 comprises a first guide surface, the first guide surface is arranged on one side, close to the filter element 1, of the first clamping end 311, the first clamping end 311 is gradually decreased from the outside to the inside in the radial direction of the filter element 1, the second clamping end 321 comprises a second guide surface, the second guide surface is arranged on one side, close to the filter element 1, of the second clamping end 321, and the second clamping end 321 is gradually decreased from the outside to the inside in the radial direction of the filter element 1. By providing the first guide surface and the second guide surface, the first clamping end 311 and the second clamping end 321 retract into the housing 38 when contacting the opening of the machine body 2, so as to ensure that the locking part can enter the machine body 2.
Further, the first guide surface and the second guide surface are inclined obliquely downward and outward.
The clamping grooves are uniformly formed in the side wall of the machine body 2 along the circumferential direction.
Further, the first clamping end 311 is located on a first side of the fixing frame 37, and the second clamping end 321 is located on a second side of the fixing frame 37, where the first side is opposite to the second side.
The fixing frame 37 is provided with a limiting surface, and the limiting surface is contacted with one end of the clamping piece, which is far away from the filter element 1. By providing the limiting surface, the first and second engaging members 31 and 32 can be prevented from moving upward when the unlocking member is lifted.
Further, the number of the limiting surfaces is four, namely a first limiting surface, a second limiting surface, a third limiting surface and a fourth limiting surface, and the four limiting surfaces are all arranged on the inner wall of the top surface of the shell 38. The first limiting surface is contacted with the top of the concave section, the second limiting surface is contacted with the top surface of the concave section and the top surface of the first straight section, the third limiting surface is contacted with the top surface of the second straight section, and the fourth limiting surface is contacted with the top surface of the second straight section and the top surface of the second arc section.

As shown in fig. 10, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the unlocking member includes a pulling section 36, the pulling section 36 penetrates the top surface of the housing 38, and the pulling section 36 is pulled in the removal direction of the filter element 1 to unlock the locking member from the machine body 2 and remove the filter element 1 from the machine body 2. Through setting up and carry and draw section 36, and carry and draw section 36 to wear out the top surface of shell 38, through carrying up and draw section 36, can realize joint spare and organism 2 unblock and filter core 1 follow the dismantlement on the organism 2, easy operation is swift.

In another implementation of this embodiment, the unlocking member is pushed in the direction in which the cartridge 1 is inserted into the body 2, to unlock the locking portion from the cartridge 1.
Further, the normal line of the first inclined plane 312 is inclined upward, the normal line of the third inclined plane is inclined downward, the joint of the first inclined plane 312 and the third inclined plane can slide relatively at the joint, when the unlocking piece is pressed down, the third inclined plane moves down along the axis of the machine body 2, and the third inclined plane presses the first inclined plane 312 to move in a direction away from the first clamping groove 21, so that the first clamping piece 31 is separated from the first clamping groove 21. The normal line of the second inclined plane 313 is arranged obliquely upwards, the normal line of the fourth inclined plane 371 is arranged obliquely downwards, the joint of the second inclined plane 313 and the fourth inclined plane 371 can relatively slide at the joint, when the unlocking piece is pressed downwards, the fourth inclined plane 371 moves downwards along the axis of the machine body 2, and the fourth inclined plane 371 presses the second inclined plane 313 to move in the direction away from the second clamping groove 22 so as to enable the second clamping piece 32 to be separated from the second clamping groove 22. The unlocking of the locking part and the machine body 2 can be realized by pressing down the unlocking piece, and the unlocking and the taking out of the filter element 1 can be completed by applying force in the axial direction of the filter element 1.
In another aspect of the present application, a water purifier is provided, including the above-described filter element mounting structure.
In another aspect of the application, a water purifying dispenser is provided that includes the cartridge mounting structure described above.
In another aspect of the present application, a method for assembling and disassembling a filter element is provided, wherein the filter element 1 is assembled to the machine body 2, or the filter element 1 is disassembled from the machine body 2.
Further, when the locking portion includes the catching piece and the catching groove,
pushing the filter element 1 to be inserted into the machine body 2 to the mounting position along the insertion direction, so that the clamping piece is inserted into the clamping groove, and assembling the filter element 1 and the machine body 2 is completed; and/or;
pulling the unlocking piece, retracting the clamping piece to separate from the clamping groove, pulling the filter element 1 along the separating direction, separating the filter element 1 from the machine body 2, and completing the disassembly of the filter element 1 from the machine body 2.
The filter element mounting structure provided by the embodiment of the application simplifies the operation steps when the filter element 1 is taken out, is convenient to take out, reduces action waste and improves the use experience of users.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above advantageous ways can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.

Claims (12)

1. The filter element mounting structure is characterized by comprising a machine body (2) and a filter element (1), wherein a locking part is arranged on the filter element (1), and comprises a locking piece and an unlocking piece;
the locking piece locks the installation position of the filter element (1) after the filter element (1) is installed in place;
the unlocking piece can drive the locking piece to unlock the locking part and the filter element (1);
the locking part comprises a clamping piece which can be clamped and locked with the machine body (2), and the unlocking piece drives the clamping piece to unlock from the clamping position;
the clamping piece comprises a first clamping piece (31) and a second clamping piece (32), a first clamping groove (21) and a second clamping groove (22) are formed in the machine body (2), when the clamping piece is locked with the machine body (2) in a clamping mode, one end of the first clamping piece (31) is inserted into the first clamping groove (21), one end of the second clamping piece (32) is inserted into the second clamping groove (22), the unlocking piece is in contact with the first clamping piece (31) and the second clamping piece (32), and when the machine body is unlocked, the unlocking piece drives the first clamping piece (31) to be separated from the first clamping groove (21), and the unlocking piece drives the second clamping piece (32) to be separated from the second clamping groove (22);
the locking part further comprises a shell (38), a lifting opening is formed in the side wall of the shell (38), the unlocking piece comprises a touch section (35), the touch section (35) is located in the lifting opening, and the unlocking piece provides unlocking acting force through the touch section; or, the unlocking piece comprises a lifting section (36), the lifting section (36) penetrates out of the top surface of the shell (38), and the lifting section can move along the release direction of the filter element (1) so as to unlock the clamping piece and the machine body (2);
the locking part further comprises a fixing frame (37) and at least one elastic piece, the fixing frame (37) is located in the shell (38), the first clamping piece (31), the second clamping piece (32), the unlocking piece and the elastic piece are arranged on the fixing frame (37), the fixing frame (37) is arranged on the filter element (1), the first clamping piece (31) comprises a first clamping end (311), the second clamping piece (32) comprises a second clamping end (321), when the locking part is locked with the machine body (2), the first clamping end (311) stretches into the first clamping groove (21), the second clamping end (321) stretches into the second clamping groove (22), and the elastic piece is used for pushing the first clamping end (311) and the second clamping end (321) out of the shell (38) when the first clamping end (311) and the second clamping end (321) are not subjected to external force; the elastic piece is a spring.

The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the unlocking member moves in a direction in which the cartridge (1) is inserted into the body (2) to unlock the locking portion from the cartridge (1), or moves in a direction in which the cartridge (1) is removed from the body (2) to unlock the locking portion from the cartridge (1).
3. The filter element mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the number of the clamping pieces is at least two, at least two clamping grooves are formed in the machine body (2), and the clamping pieces are inserted into the clamping grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
4. A cartridge mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the clamping grooves are provided circumferentially uniformly on the side wall of the body (2).

The filter element mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein a first inclined surface (312) is provided on the first clamping member (31), a second inclined surface (313) is provided on the second clamping member (32), the unlocking member comprises an unlocking section, the unlocking section is provided with a third inclined surface and a fourth inclined surface (371), the first inclined surface (312) is matched with the third inclined surface, the second inclined surface (313) is matched with the fourth inclined surface (371), during unlocking, the first clamping member (31) is driven by the unlocking member through the third inclined surface to be separated from the first clamping groove (21), and the second clamping member (32) is driven by the unlocking member through the fourth inclined surface (371) to be separated from the second clamping groove (22).

The filter cartridge mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member includes a first elastic member (33) and a second elastic member (34), one end of the first elastic member (33) is provided on the fixing frame (37), the other end is in contact with the first engaging member (31), the first elastic member (33) is configured to apply force to the first engaging member (31) in a radial direction of the filter cartridge (1) such that the first engaging end (311) protrudes out of the housing (38) through a side wall of the machine body, one end of the second elastic member (34) is provided on the fixing frame (37), the other end is in contact with the second engaging member (32), and the second elastic member (34) is configured to apply force to the second engaging member (32) in a radial direction of the filter cartridge (1) such that the second engaging end (321) protrudes out of the housing (38) through a side wall of the machine body.

The filter element mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping end (311) includes a first guide surface, the first guide surface is disposed on a side of the first clamping end (311) adjacent to the filter element (1), the first clamping end (311) decreases in cross section from outside to inside in a radial direction of the filter element (1), the second clamping end (321) includes a second guide surface, the second guide surface is disposed on a side of the second clamping end (321) adjacent to the filter element (1), and the second clamping end (321) decreases in cross section from outside to inside in the radial direction of the filter element (1).
8. The filter element mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein a limiting surface is provided on the fixing frame (37), and the limiting surface is in contact with one end of the clamping piece away from the filter element (1).
9. A water purifier comprising the cartridge mounting structure of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A water purifying dispenser comprising a cartridge mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. A method of removing a filter cartridge, characterized in that the filter cartridge (1) according to any one of claims 1-9 is assembled to the machine body (2) or the filter cartridge (1) is removed from the machine body (2).
12. The method of assembling and disassembling as claimed in claim 11, wherein when the locking portion includes the engaging piece and the engaging groove,
pushing the filter element (1) to be inserted into the machine body (2) to a mounting position along the insertion direction, so that the clamping piece is inserted into the clamping groove, and assembling the filter element (1) and the machine body (2) is completed; and/or;
pulling the unlocking piece, retracting the clamping piece to be separated from the clamping groove, pulling the filter element (1) along the separation direction, separating the filter element (1) from the machine body (2), and completing the disassembly of the filter element (1) from the machine body (2).
