As shown in fig. 6, due to the shape difference of human face bones, gaps are caused by the attachment of the plane of the face support attaching part 312 and the human face, in the second embodiment, the middle part of the face support attaching part 312 is arched to form an attaching edge 311a, the shape of the attaching edge 311a is consistent with that of the side surface of the human face, and no gap exists between the attaching edge 311a and the human face after the attaching edge 311a is attached to the face; in this embodiment, the whole face support attaching portion 312 is not required to be attached to the human face, but only the attaching edge 311a is sealed, and after sealing, the washing water does not flow along the face to the neck, but flows along the face support main body 311 to the water receiver assembly 320.
In a third embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the face support attaching portion 312 is a soft material, and there is no gap between the two after attaching on the face. In order to further form good sealing, the soft material piece has better sealing effect with the face compared with the hard material, and the soft material piece can be made of high polymer materials such as silica gel, plastic and the like and can be completely attached to the face, so that the face support attaching part 312 with smaller transverse width can be selected to realize the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 8, in the ophthalmic intelligent treatment apparatus, preferably, the water receiver assembly 320 comprises a water receiving tank 321, a water reservoir 323 connected below the water receiving tank 321, and the water receiving tank 321 is communicated with the water reservoir 323 through a water drainage pipe 322; or the water receiver assembly 320 comprises a water receiving pool 321, and a water drainage pipe 322 is connected to the bottom of the water receiving pool 321. The water receiving tank 321 serves to collect washing water, and thus the water receiving tank 321 may have any shape with an open top, and the reservoir 323 having a water storage function may have any suitable shape. The outer wall surface of the water reservoir 323 is provided with scales and is closed by a barrel cover. When the water storage 323 is not used, the water discharge pipe 322 can be directly communicated with a sewer to discharge flushing water. When two sets of the water receiver assembly 320 are provided, as shown in fig. 8, one water reservoir 323 can be shared, and water is discharged into the water reservoir 323 through the Y-shaped water discharge pipe 322. As shown in fig. 8, in order to prevent the water reservoir 323 from overflowing, a valve 324 may be provided on the water discharge pipe 322, specifically, at a position where the water receiving tank 321 is connected to the water discharge pipe 322, or the valve may be replaced with a fixing clip.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 8, for convenience of use, there may be a plurality of connection manners between the face support assembly 310 and the water receptor assembly 320, and the face support assembly 310 is fixedly connected, slidably connected, plugged or rotatably connected with the water receptor assembly 320; or the face rest assembly 310 may be positioned above or to one side of the water receptor assembly 320. Specifically, the water receiving basin 321 is located below the face support assembly 310, and the two components may be integrated or separated. Regardless, the lower portion of the tray assembly 310 extends above or within the sump assembly 320. In this embodiment, an insertion manner is adopted, the lower portion of the face support assembly 310 is provided with an insertion rod 315, the water receiving pool 321 on the water receiving device assembly 320 is provided with an insertion hole 325, the insertion rod 315 is inserted into the insertion hole 325 to fix the face support assembly 310, the insertion rod 315 is pulled upwards, and the height of the face support assembly 310 relative to the water receiving pool 321 can be adjusted to adapt to the position of a human face.
During the irrigation process, the head needs to be stably supported, and further, in the ophthalmic intelligent therapeutic apparatus, preferably in the head fixing device 500, as shown in fig. 1-3 and 8, the first embodiment is that the fixer 510 is a pincer structure matched with the human hindbrain in shape; the clamp type structure is that the fixer 510 comprises two clamping arms 511, the two clamping arms 511 move oppositely to clamp the head, the two clamping arms 511 are opened to release clamping, the shape of the clamping arms 511 can be set according to actual needs, the shape of the hindbrain of the head is consistent with that of the hindbrain of the head, and the hindbrain can be clamped or clamped to the temple position. The inner side of the holding arm 511 is provided with a soft material to increase comfort without damaging the head. In other embodiments, for added comfort, the arms 511 extend toward the neck with a neck brace shaped as an arcuate slot structure that conforms to the shape of the neck. The clamp structure can be electrically controlled to clamp and open, that is, controlled by the fixture clamping and adjusting mechanism 530, specifically, the fixture clamping and adjusting mechanism 530 includes a fixture driving member 531 for driving the fixture 510 to move in a back-to-back direction or in a forward direction, and the fixture driving member 531 can be a motor disposed at the lower part or the rear part of the clamping arm 511 for driving the fixture 510 to clamp and open, which can be implemented by the prior art and will not be described herein.
In other embodiments, the second implementation of the holder 510 is: the fixer 510 is a bandage type structure or a ring structure sleeved on the forehead. The diameter of the binding band type structure and the diameter of the ring-shaped structure can be adjusted, the binding band type structure and the ring-shaped structure are sleeved in front of the forehead, the diameter of the fixer 510 is larger than that of the forehead, and after the binding band type structure and the ring-shaped structure are sleeved, the fixer 510 shrinks to clamp the forehead. This embodiment may also be controlled electrically to grip and expand, i.e., a fastener driver may also be provided on fastener 510 to drive the fastener outwardly to expand or inwardly to contract. In a non-electric control structure, the fixator clamping and adjusting mechanism 530 comprises an elastic member arranged on the fixator 510, and after the elastic member is pre-tightened, the fixator 510 contracts towards the clamping head under the elastic action; pulling the retainer 510 under force opens the grasping head in the opposite direction.
As shown in fig. 9, the first embodiment of the anchor position adjustment mechanism 520 is: the anchor position adjusting mechanism 520 includes a grip deflecting member 521 for deflecting to the left or right, a longitudinal adjusting member 523, and a lateral adjusting member 522. The clamping and deflecting member 521 rotates the holder 510 at a certain angle, so that the face held by the holder 510 is deflected to the left or right. The grip deflector 521 may be a rotating shaft, a universal joint. The grip deflector 521 is fixed to the lateral adjuster 522, and the lateral adjuster 522 slides left and right. The longitudinal adjuster 523 and the lateral adjuster 522 may each include: a sliding rail and a sliding block matched on the sliding rail, one end of the clamping deflection member 521 is arranged at the rear part of the fixer 510, the other end is fixed on the sliding block, the sliding rail of the transverse adjusting member 522 is fixed on the sliding block of the longitudinal adjusting member 523, so that the clamping deflection member 521 can drive the fixer 510 to move transversely or longitudinally to determine the clamping position. The lateral adjustment member 522 is slidably fitted over the longitudinal adjustment member 523 and is positioned by the first positioning member, and the holder 510 is slidably fitted over the lateral adjustment member 522 and is positioned by the second positioning member.
In other embodiments, the second implementation is: the fixer position adjusting mechanism 520 includes at least three fixer adjusting units rotatably connected and positioned, a first fixer adjusting unit is fixed at the rear of the fixer 510, and a last fixer adjusting unit is fixed on the backrest 111 of the seat 110.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 8, the lighting device 200 is for providing illumination for flushing, and the lighting device 200 includes a lamp 220, and a lighting adjusting member 210, wherein the lighting adjusting member 210 is a lamp post or an adjusting rod, and the structure of the lamp post may be a corrugated tube which can be bent arbitrarily, or a material which can be bent and supported. The adjusting rod is a rod-shaped structure capable of extending and retracting, or a sliding rail capable of being slidably matched with the lamp 220. In another embodiment, during electric control, the lighting control mechanism may be used to control the position and brightness of the lamp 220, and the lighting adjusting element 210 may be driven by the lighting control mechanism 820, such as a motor, to adjust the position left, right, front, and back to meet the lighting requirement. An inductive switch may also be provided, through which the lamp 220 is switched on and off and brightness adjusted, the inductive switch being provided on or near the lighting device 200.
As shown in fig. 10, in the ophthalmic smart therapy apparatus, the control device preferably includes a main controller, a chair control mechanism 810, a lighting control mechanism 820, a face support control mechanism 830, and a fixator adjustment control mechanism 840. The main controller is a control center, receives control signals and respectively instructs the chair control mechanism 810, the lighting control mechanism 820, the face support control mechanism 830 and the fixer adjustment control mechanism 840 to drive to perform specific actions. The back rest 111 of the chair 110 is provided with a control panel, which is provided with a start switch for starting and stopping the operation of the chair control mechanism 810, the lighting control mechanism 820, the face support control mechanism 830 and the fixer adjustment control mechanism 840. The chair control mechanism 810, the lighting control mechanism 820, the face support control mechanism 830, and the holder adjustment control mechanism 840 may be conventional and will not be described herein. In order to intuitively control and monitor information, the control device may further include a display screen disposed on one side of the seat back or on the seat armrest. The display screen can also be a touch screen which is used for being directly touched by hands to operate.
Further, in the ophthalmic intelligent therapeutic apparatus, preferably, the therapeutic apparatus further comprises at least one of an apparatus placing device and a human body sign information monitoring device.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 8, the instrument placement device includes an instrument tray 600, wherein the instrument tray 600 is rotatably connected to the backrest 111 and is rotated forward to one side of the seat 110 when in use and is rotated backward to the rear of the seat 110 when not in use.
As shown in fig. 11, the human body sign information monitoring device 700 includes a blood pressure meter 710, a pulse measuring instrument 720, etc., the blood pressure meter 710 and the pulse measuring instrument 720 are disposed on the armrest of the chair 110, and when the patient is washed, the human body sign information is monitored by the arm, so as to avoid discomfort during the treatment. For convenient use, the arm of the chair 110 is provided with the storage cabinet 118, and the sphygmomanometer 710 and the pulse measuring instrument 720 are turned over or taken out when in use, and are stored in the storage cabinet 118 when not in use. A usb socket may be disposed on the armrest or the cabinet 118 of the chair 110 for supplying power, data transmission, etc. to the sphygmomanometer 710 and the pulse measuring instrument 720.
As shown in fig. 12, for convenience of treatment, the seat 110 may be provided with an infusion device 900, that is, a retractable infusion bottle holder 910, wherein the infusion bottle holder 910 has an umbrella-shaped structure, and can be used for hanging infusion bottles when being unfolded, and can be folded into bundles when not being used, so that the infusion device can be conveniently placed. The infusion set 900 may be secured to the back of the seat, bunched up when not in use, and collapsed down to be stowed behind the back of the seat.

Claims (9)

1. An intelligent ophthalmologic therapeutic apparatus, which is characterized by comprising a seat device, a lighting device, an eye washing therapeutic device, a head fixing device and a control device for controlling the operation of the therapeutic apparatus;
the seat device comprises a seat, a seat height adjusting assembly and a seat inclination adjusting assembly, wherein the seat height adjusting assembly and the seat inclination adjusting assembly are arranged on the seat; the lighting device and the eye washing treatment device are arranged on the seat or on one side of the seat; the head fixing device is arranged at the top of the backrest of the seat;
the eye washing treatment device comprises a face support assembly for supporting the face, a water receiver assembly for receiving eye washing treatment liquid and an eye washing adjusting assembly for adjusting the position of the face support assembly or/and the water receiver assembly, wherein the water receiver assembly is arranged below the face support assembly;
the head fixing device comprises a fixer, a fixer position adjusting mechanism for adjusting the position of the fixer and a fixer clamping adjusting mechanism for adjusting the clamping state of the fixer;
the face support assembly comprises a face support main body and a face support attaching part used for attaching with a face, the face support attaching part is arranged above or on one side of the face support main body, the face support attaching part and the face support main body are detachably connected, slidably connected or rotatably connected, and the face support main body extends to the position above or in the water receiver assembly;
the water receiving assembly comprises a water receiving pool, a jack is formed in one side wall surface of the water receiving pool, an inserting rod is arranged at the lower portion of the face support assembly and is inserted into the jack for fixing, and the inserting rod is lifted to adjust the height of the face support assembly relative to the water receiving pool.

The ophthalmic smart therapy device of claim 1, wherein the face support assembly is fixedly connected, slidably connected, plugged, or rotatably connected to the water receptor assembly; or the face support assembly is positioned above or on one side of the water receiver assembly, and the lower part of the face support assembly extends to the upper part or the inner part of the water receiver assembly.

The ophthalmic intelligent therapeutic apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the whole face support attaching part is in shape consistent with the side face of the human face, and the face support attaching part is in surface contact with the side face of the human face, and no gap exists between the face support attaching part and the human face after the face support attaching part is attached to the face; or the middle part of the face support attaching part is arched to form an attaching edge, the shape of the attaching edge is consistent with that of the side face of the face, and no gap exists between the attaching edge and the face after the attaching edge is attached to the face; or the face support attaching part is a soft material piece, and no gap exists between the face support attaching part and the face support attaching part after the face support attaching part is attached to the face.
4. The ophthalmic smart therapeutic apparatus of claim 1, wherein the water receptor assembly comprises a water reservoir connected below the water receptor tank, the water receptor tank and the water reservoir being in communication via a drain pipe;
or the water receiver assembly comprises a water receiving pool bottom connected with a drain pipe.

The ophthalmic smart treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the eye washout adjustment assembly is a linkage assembly rotatably connected to and positioned with the seat, the linkage assembly comprising at least three rotatably connected and positioned linkage units; the eye washing adjusting assembly is an adjusting rod independently arranged on one side of the seat, and the face support assembly and the water collector assembly are connected to the adjusting rod and adjust the height and the transverse position of the face support assembly and the water collector assembly along the adjusting rod.

An ophthalmic intelligent treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein in the head fixation device, the fixation device is a pincer structure which is matched with the shape of human hindbrain; or the fixer is a bandage type structure or a ring structure sleeved on the forehead.

or the fixer position adjusting mechanism comprises at least three fixer adjusting units which are rotationally connected and positioned, the first fixer adjusting unit is fixed at the rear part of the fixer, and the last fixer adjusting unit is fixed on the backrest.

An ophthalmic intelligent treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein in the head fixation device, the fixation device clamping adjustment mechanism comprises an elastic element arranged on the fixation device, and after the elastic element is pre-tightened, the fixation device contracts towards each other to clamp the head; the fixer is pulled to reversely open and release the clamping head by external force;
or the fixer clamping and adjusting mechanism comprises a fixer driving part which drives the fixers to move towards or away from each other.
9. The ophthalmic smart therapy device of claim 1, wherein the control device comprises a master controller, a chair control mechanism, a lighting control mechanism, a face support control mechanism, and a fixator adjustment control mechanism.
