comparing the number of the paper with the number of the paper output; and when the paper output quantity is less than the paper quantity, the cloud server updates the payment resource amount of the charging account.
In the present embodiment, the image forming apparatus 10 can analyze the job parameters set by the user and perform the job according to the job parameters set by the user, for example, a4 monochrome copy set in the job parameters, and the image forming apparatus 10 controls the paper discharge type by the ADF scanner unit and controls the ink discharge by the image forming unit. After the job is completed, the ADF scanning unit transmits the counted number of discharged sheets to the control center of the image forming apparatus 10, and the control center transmits the number of discharged sheets to the cloud server 30.
It can be understood that, when the number of paper sheets in the automatic paper feeder of the printer is less than the number of paper sheets, the cost is easily deducted, but the copying cannot be completed, so the cloud server 30 can check the accuracy of the job cost according to the job parameters and the actual job data, taking the number of paper sheets included in the job parameters as an example, the situation that the number of paper sheets discharged by the image forming apparatus 10 is less than the number of paper sheets set by the original user and the wrong cost deduction can be avoided, meanwhile, when the user is difficult to estimate the number of original documents, the user can preset the number of paper sheets in the job parameters to a larger value, thereby ensuring that the image forming apparatus 10 can complete the job, finally, the accuracy of the job cost is checked according to the actual job data, whether the cost is required to be returned or not, thereby improving the job efficiency and improving the user experience.
Embodiment 3 and fig. 6 show an image forming apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a scanning module and a printing module.
The scanning module includes an ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) scanning unit 110 and an FB (Flat Bed) scanning unit 120.
The printing module includes, but is not limited to, an image forming unit (e.g., a developing cartridge), a fixing unit, a paper moving unit, and a paper cassette 130.
Further, the image forming apparatus 10 further includes a touch panel 140 on which a user can click or press a scan or copy icon to perform a scan or copy operation, and through which job parameters (e.g., job type, number of sheets, type of sheets, etc.) of the image forming apparatus can be set.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the ADF scanning unit 110 includes a paper feed port 112, two web tabs 111, and a pickup roller 113, by adjusting a distance between the two web tabs 111, the size of the sheet to be allowed to be put into the sheet feeding port 112 may be adjusted, for example, if the sheet to be scanned or copied is a4, the distance between the two sheet tabs 111 is adjusted to correspond to a4 size, and after the job order is issued, the motor drives the paper pickup wheel 113, the paper pickup wheel 113 feeds the paper to be scanned into the paper path channel of the ADF scanning unit 110 by sheets, the paper is conveyed to the position of the first sensor 116 or the second sensor 121 by the two transfer rollers (114, 115) on the paper path, the first sensor 116 acquires the image on the paper, the sheet is then further moved along the transfer roller wheel 117, and is discharged to the sheet tray by the sheet discharge roller 118.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the types of the first sensor 116 and the second sensor 121 are not particularly limited. Preferably, the first Sensor 116 and the second Sensor 121 may be provided as a Contact Image Sensor (CIS); alternatively, the first sensor 116 and the second sensor 121 may be partially or entirely provided as a Charge Coupled Device (CCD).
Further, the FB scanning unit 120 is provided with a document cover, a glass document table 122 is arranged below the document cover, a second sensor 121 which can be driven by a motor is arranged below the glass document table 122, after the document cover is opened, the paper to be scanned or copied is placed on the glass document table 122, and the second sensor is driven by the motor to move from left to right, so that the scanning is completed.
During double-sided scanning, the first sensor 116 and the second sensor 121 are all lighted, and after paper enters a paper path, the first sensor 116 and the second sensor 121 simultaneously acquire front and back data of the paper, so that double-sided scanning is realized.
As shown in fig. 8, the image forming apparatus 10 further includes a transmitting unit 151, a receiving unit 152, and a processing unit 153.
A sending unit 151, configured to send a job request to the cloud server 30, where the job request includes job parameters and parameter information of the image forming apparatus, so that the cloud server deducts a target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with the parameter information of the image forming apparatus, where the target amount is calculated according to the job parameters, and when the deduction is successful, the cloud server 30 generates a job instruction.
Specifically, the image forming apparatus 10 may transmit the job request to the cloud server 30 through the network router 40. The job parameters are set by the user on the touch screen 140. The job parameters include the number of sheets and the type of sheets. The number of copies or prints is the number of copies or prints of the original. Alternatively, the number of originals may be calculated by the ADF scanning unit 110, or may be calculated by a separate counter, like a bill counter. A "count" button is provided on the touch panel of the image forming apparatus 10 or the image forming APP connected to the image forming apparatus, and after the user clicks, the original can be placed on the ADF scanning unit or the counter, thereby achieving automatic counting of the number of originals by the user.

Further, the image forming apparatus 10 automatically generates a job number (e.g., 190901) and transmits the job number to the cloud server 30 together with the job parameters.
The receiving unit 152 is configured to receive a job instruction and a failure instruction sent by the cloud server. In the present embodiment, the job command and the failure command are two different values, for example, the job command is "1" to indicate that the job can be started after the fee deduction is successful; the failure command is "0" to indicate a deduction failure. In other embodiments, the job instruction may be an operator, code, or the like that can be recognized by the computer.
The processing unit 153 is configured to perform a job according to the job instruction and the job parameter, or cancel the job according to the failure instruction.
Further, the sending unit 151 is further configured to send the actual job data to the cloud server 30, so that the cloud server 30 determines whether the payment resource amount of the charging account needs to be updated according to the job parameters and the actual job data. In the present embodiment, the actual job data includes the number of paper output and the type of paper output. Specifically, the number of sheets discharged may be calculated according to the ADF scanning unit 110, and in other embodiments, may be calculated using a separate counter, similar to a bill counter, and may be calculated based on the weight or height of the sheet type.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 9, an embodiment of the invention provides an image processing method applied to an image forming apparatus 10, the method including:
step S11, sending a job request to the cloud server, wherein the job request comprises job parameters and parameter information of the image forming device, so that the cloud server deducts target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with the parameter information of the image forming device, the target amount is calculated according to the job parameters, and when the deduction is successful, the cloud server generates a job instruction;
step S12, receiving a job instruction sent by the cloud server;
step S13, executing operation according to the operation instruction and the operation parameter;
step S14, sending the actual job data to the cloud server, so that the cloud server determines whether the payment resource amount of the billing account needs to be updated according to the job parameters and the actual job data.
In the scheme, the image forming device can feed back actual operation data to the cloud server, so that the cloud server can check the accuracy of the operation fee according to the operation parameters and the actual operation data, and by taking the number of paper in the operation parameters as an example, the situation that the number of paper output of the image forming device is less than the number of paper set by an original user to cause wrong fee deduction can be avoided; or when the user is difficult to estimate the number of the originals, the user can preset the number of the papers in the operation parameters to a larger value, the image forming device can be ensured to complete the operation, and finally the accuracy of the operation charge is verified according to the actual operation data, whether the charge needs to be returned or not is judged, the operation efficiency is improved, and the user experience is also improved.
Further, after step S14, the method further includes:
in step S15, a job end signal is transmitted to the cloud server.
Further, after step S11, the method further includes:
step S16, receiving a failure instruction sent by the cloud server, wherein the failure instruction is used for indicating that fee deduction fails;
in step S17, the job is canceled according to the failure instruction.
In the present embodiment, the job request, the job command, the actual job data, and the failure command all include one identical job number (e.g., job ID) so that the image forming apparatus can cancel the corresponding job based on the job number.

Referring to fig. 10, an embodiment of the invention provides a cloud server 30, which includes a first receiving module 310, a second receiving module 320, a charging module 330, a determining module 340, and an updating module 350,
a first receiving module 310, configured to receive a job request sent by a user, where the job request includes job parameters and parameter information of an image forming apparatus;
a charging module 320, configured to deduct a target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with parameter information of the image forming apparatus, where the target amount is calculated according to the operation parameters;
a second receiving module 330 for receiving actual job data transmitted by the image forming apparatus;
the judging module 340 is configured to judge whether the payment resource amount of the billing account needs to be updated according to the operation parameter and the actual operation data;
and an updating module 350, configured to update the payment resource amount of the billing account.
Further, the job parameters include the number of sheets to be used, and the actual job data includes the number of sheets to be discharged;
the judging module 340 is further configured to compare the number of sheets with the number of discharged sheets;
the updating module 350 is further configured to update the payment resource amount of the billing account when the paper output amount is smaller than the paper amount.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the above-described method may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing device embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a unit is merely a logical division, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (18)

1. An image processing method applied to a cloud server, the method comprising:
receiving a job request of a user, wherein the job request comprises job parameters and parameter information of an image forming device;
deducting a target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with parameter information of the image forming device, wherein the target amount is calculated according to the operation parameters, and the amount of paper in the operation parameters is preset to a large value to guarantee that the image forming device can complete operation;
when the fee deduction is successful, sending a job instruction to the image forming device corresponding to the parameter information so that the image forming device can implement the job according to the job instruction and the job parameter;
receiving actual job data transmitted by the image forming apparatus;
and judging whether the payment resource amount of the charging account needs to be updated or not according to the operation parameters and the actual operation data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the job parameter includes a paper usage amount, and the actual job data includes a paper output amount; the step of judging whether the payment resource amount of the charging account needs to be updated according to the operation parameters and the actual operation data comprises the following steps:
comparing the paper consumption quantity with the paper output quantity;
and updating the payment resource amount of the charging account when the paper discharge amount is less than the paper amount.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the deducting a target amount of payment resources from a billing account associated with parameter information of the image forming apparatus, the method further comprises:
and when the fee deduction fails, sending a failure instruction to the image forming device corresponding to the parameter information so that the image forming device cancels the operation according to the failure instruction.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said receiving a user's job request, the method further comprises:
receiving a first registration request sent by a registration terminal, wherein the first registration request carries an authorization code, parameter information of the image forming device and a registration list identifier;
verifying, in response to the first registration request, whether the authorization code is legitimate;
if the parameter information of the image forming device is legal, storing the parameter information of the image forming device into a registration list corresponding to the registration list identification, and sending a first registration success instruction to the registration terminal, wherein the registration list is bound with the charging account;
and sending a two-dimensional code to the image forming device so as to enable the image forming device to output the two-dimensional code, wherein the two-dimensional code comprises the parameter information and a cloud server address.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to said receiving a user's job request, the method further comprises:
receiving a second registration request sent by a user terminal, wherein the second registration request carries a user account and a registration list identifier;
and responding to the second registration request, storing the user account into a registration list corresponding to the registration list identification, and sending a second registration success instruction to the user terminal.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to said receiving a user's job request, the method further comprises:
the user terminal scans the two-dimensional code through a preset application program and decodes the two-dimensional code to obtain parameter information of the image forming device and the cloud server address;
receiving a cloud service calling request, wherein the cloud service calling request is triggered by the user terminal accessing the cloud server address;
responding to the cloud service calling request, returning a user login interface to the user terminal so that the user terminal can generate a login request by using the user login interface;
and receiving a first login request sent by the user terminal, wherein the first login request comprises a user account.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein after said receiving actual job data transmitted by the image forming apparatus, the method further comprises:
and logging out the currently logged-in user account.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said receiving a user's job request, the method further comprises:
receiving a second login request sent by an administrator, wherein the second login request comprises an administrator account;
judging whether the administrator account has management authority or not;
if so, an adjustment instruction sent by the administrator is received, wherein the adjustment instruction comprises parameter information of the registered image forming apparatus and a fee deduction way, and the fee deduction way is any one of the charging account or the third party account.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the job parameters include a paper type and a paper amount, and the step of deducting a target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with the parameter information of the image forming apparatus includes:
calculating the target quantity of the resources to be paid according to the paper type and the paper quantity;
reading a balance of a billing account associated with parameter information of the image forming apparatus;
judging whether the charging account is enough to pay or not according to the balance of the charging account and the target quantity of the resources to be paid;
if yes, deducting the target amount of payment resources from the charging account.
10. An image processing method applied to an image forming apparatus, the method comprising:
sending a job request to a cloud server, wherein the job request comprises job parameters and parameter information of an image forming device, so that the cloud server deducts a target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with the parameter information of the image forming device, and presets the paper amount in the job parameters to a large value to guarantee that the image forming device can complete the job, wherein the target amount is calculated according to the job parameters, and when the deduction is successful, the cloud server generates a job instruction;
receiving the operation instruction sent by the cloud server;
executing operation according to the operation instruction and the operation parameter;
and sending actual operation data to the cloud server so that the cloud server judges whether the payment resource amount of the charging account needs to be updated or not according to the operation parameters and the actual operation data.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein after said sending a job request to a cloud server, the method further comprises:
receiving a failure instruction sent by the cloud server, wherein the failure instruction is used for indicating fee deduction failure;
and canceling the operation according to the failure instruction.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein after the sending actual job data to the cloud server, the method further comprises:
and sending a job end signal to the cloud server.
13. A cloud server is characterized by comprising a first receiving module, a second receiving module, a charging module, a judging module and an updating module,
the first receiving module is used for receiving a job request sent by a user, wherein the job request comprises job parameters and parameter information of the image forming device;
the charging module is used for deducting a target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with the parameter information of the image forming device, wherein the target amount is obtained by calculation according to the operation parameters, and the amount of paper in the operation parameters is preset to a large value, so that the image forming device can be guaranteed to complete operation;
the second receiving module is used for receiving actual job data sent by the image forming device;
the judging module is used for judging whether the payment resource amount of the charging account needs to be updated or not according to the operation parameters and the actual operation data;
and the updating module is used for updating the payment resource amount of the charging account.
14. The cloud server of claim 13, wherein said job parameters include a number of sheets used, said actual job data includes a number of sheets discharged;
the judging module is also used for comparing the paper consumption quantity with the paper output quantity;
the updating module is further used for updating the payment resource amount of the charging account when the paper discharge amount is smaller than the paper amount.
15. An image processing apparatus connected to a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is the cloud server according to any one of claims 13 to 14; the image processing apparatus includes:
a sending unit, configured to send a job request to a cloud server, where the job request includes job parameters and parameter information of an image forming apparatus, so that the cloud server deducts a target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with the parameter information of the image forming apparatus, where the target amount is calculated according to the job parameters, and the amount of paper in the job parameters is preset to a larger value, so as to ensure that the image forming apparatus can complete a job, and when the deduction is successful, the cloud server generates a job instruction;
a receiving unit, configured to receive the job instruction sent by the cloud server;
and the processing unit is used for implementing operation according to the operation instruction and the operation parameter.
16. The image processing apparatus according to claim 15,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a failure instruction sent by the cloud server, where the failure instruction is used to indicate that the fee deduction is failed;
and the processing unit is also used for canceling the operation according to the failure instruction.
17. The image processing apparatus according to claim 15,
the sending unit is further configured to send actual operation data to the cloud server, so that the cloud server determines whether the payment resource amount of the charging account needs to be updated according to the operation parameters and the actual operation data.
18. An image processing system comprising a user terminal, a cloud server and an image forming apparatus, the cloud server being communicatively connected to the user terminal and communicatively connected to the image forming apparatus, wherein,
the cloud server receives a job request sent by a user, wherein the job request comprises job parameters and parameter information of an image forming device; the cloud server deducts a target amount of payment resources from a charging account associated with parameter information of the image forming device, wherein the target amount is calculated according to the operation parameters, the paper amount in the operation parameters is preset to a large value, the image forming device is guaranteed to complete the operation, finally, the deduction amount is checked according to actual operation data, and when the deduction is successful, the cloud server sends an operation instruction to the image forming device so that the image forming device can implement the operation according to the operation instruction and the operation parameters;
the image forming apparatus transmits actual job data to the cloud server;
and the cloud server judges whether the payment resource amount of the charging account needs to be updated or not according to the operation parameters and the actual operation data.
