The invention discloses a compressor fixing structure, a using method thereof and an air conditioner, wherein the compressor fixing structure comprises the following components: a foot pad and an elastic piece which are arranged between the chassis and the compressor, and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the distance between the chassis and the compressor; the elastic piece is the spring, and adjustment mechanism includes the member and overlaps the adjusting part who is no less than two on the member, and chassis and compressor clamp are located between adjusting part and the adjusting part, and the stepping pad is equipped with the through-hole that supplies the member to pass, and stepping pad one end is equipped with the holding chamber, and the spring mounting is in the holding intracavity. Background

Therefore, a contradiction is formed, namely, the compressor cannot be fixed during operation, and is required to be fixed during transportation, and in order to achieve balance of the compressor and the compressor, the pipeline design usually needs to be subjected to multiple experiments and rectification, so that a large amount of experiments and manpower and material resources are wasted.

The invention provides a compressor fixing structure, a using method thereof and an air conditioner, which effectively solve the problem of contradiction caused by the fact that the operating stress and the transportation stress of a compressor cannot be considered at the same time.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a compressor fixing structure comprising: a foot pad and an elastic member disposed between the base pan and the compressor; the adjusting mechanism comprises a rod piece penetrating through the base plate and the compressor, and two adjusting assemblies with adjustable distances and sleeved on the rod piece, wherein the base plate and the compressor are clamped between the two adjusting assemblies, and the distance between the two adjusting assemblies is adjusted to switch the compressor supported by the foot pad or the elastic force of the elastic piece.
Preferably, the elastic member is a spring.
Furthermore, one end of the foot pad is provided with an accommodating cavity, and the spring is arranged in the accommodating cavity and extends out towards the chassis or the compressor.
Preferably, the rod is provided with threads, and the two adjusting assemblies comprise a first nut and a second nut which are matched with the rod.
Furthermore, the foot pad is provided with a through hole, and the rod piece penetrates through the through hole.

Therefore, the operation stress and the transportation stress of the compressor can be taken into consideration, the experiment of the pipeline transportation stress can be removed, the transportation stress of the pipeline is not considered for the correction of the operation stress, the resources and the development cost are greatly saved, and the transportation safety is ensured.

The adjusting mechanism 5 comprises a rod 51 and an adjusting assembly, the adjusting assembly comprises a first nut 52 and a second nut 53, the first nut 52 and the second nut 53 are sleeved on the rod 51 with threads, and the spacing distance is adjustable, wherein the rod 51 with threads is a common bolt, the rod 51 in the embodiment is arranged in a through hole of the stepping pad 1 and simultaneously passes through the compressor 3 and the chassis 4, the first nut 52 and the second nut 53 are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the rod 51, the chassis 4 and the compressor 3 are clamped between the adjusting assembly, the first nut 52 is arranged at the upper end of the compressor 3, the second nut 53 is arranged at the lower end of the chassis 4, and the distance between the compressor 3 and the chassis 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the spacing between the first nut 52 and the second nut 53.
It should be noted that the first nut 52 is a nut with a pad, i.e. a flange nut, which can increase the contact area with the fixed seat of the compressor 3, and can better adjust the spacing distance between the first nut and the second nut 53.
Preferably, the material of the foot rest 1 is steel, and compared with the traditional rubber foot rest, the steel foot rest can be matched with an adjusting mechanism to better fasten the compressor 3 in the transportation process.

The use method of the compressor fixing structure comprises the following steps: the compressor fixing structure is installed with the compressor and the base plate, when the compressor is transported, the first nut 52 is screwed to reduce the distance between the first nut 52 and the second nut 53, so that the distance between the base plate 4 and the compressor 3 is reduced, until the foot pad 1 is simultaneously supported between the base plate 4 and the compressor 3 in a contact manner, the compressor 3 is fastened under the supporting action of the steel foot pad 1, at the moment, the spring is contracted in the accommodating cavity 11, so that the compressor 3 is in a fastened state in the transportation process, and the pipeline transportation stress reaches a minimum value; when the air conditioner with the compressor 3 is installed to a user for use, the second nut 53 is screwed according to the weight of the compressor 3, so that the distance between the first nut 52 and the second nut 53 is increased, the distance between the base plate 4 and the compressor 3 is further increased, the spring contracted in the accommodating cavity 11 is pressed against the surface of the base plate 4 under the action of elastic force, the compressor can be lifted to a certain height under the action of the spring, namely, the elastic part is elastically connected between the base plate 4 and the compressor 3, so that the compressor has a shaking space during operation, the stress of a small pipeline can be generated during the operation process, meanwhile, the vibration energy can be absorbed, and the noise generated by the resonance of the compressor 4 and a shell is reduced.
The invention can meet different installation modes required by the compressor in transportation or operation only by directly adjusting the nut, the compressor is adjusted without disassembling the machine from fastening to shaking, and the operation is convenient and simple; meanwhile, in the process of developing a new machine type, only the operation stress of the pipeline needs to be considered, and even the experiment of the transportation stress can be cancelled, so that the waste of a large amount of manpower and material resources caused by repeated experimental verification because the operation stress and the transportation stress of the pipeline need to be considered in the development process is avoided, the resources and the development cost are greatly saved, and the transportation safety is ensured.

1. A compressor fixing structure, comprising: a foot pad and an elastic member disposed between the base pan and the compressor; the adjusting mechanism comprises a rod piece penetrating through the base plate and the compressor, and two adjusting assemblies with adjustable distances and sleeved on the rod piece, wherein the base plate and the compressor are clamped between the two adjusting assemblies, and the distance between the two adjusting assemblies is adjusted to switch the compressor supported by the foot pad or the elastic force of the elastic piece.
2. The compressor fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member is a spring.
3. The compressor fixing structure according to claim 2, wherein an accommodating chamber is provided at one end of the foot rest, and the spring is provided in the accommodating chamber and protrudes toward the base plate or the compressor.
