Sequence of mechanical actions of the whole device:
(1) when the top of the wall needs to be coated, the right side of the device is leaned against the wall, the motor 61 is started, the motor 61 drives the driving wheel 38 to rotate through the driving shaft 40, the driving wheel 38 is meshed with the driven wheel 42 to rotate, the rotating shaft 43 rotates along with the driven wheel 42, the rotating shaft 43 drives the second reel 62 and the first reel 63 to rotate, and the second reel 62 and the first reel 63 rotate to enable the string 54 to be loosened.
(2) The spring 53 pushes the push rod 52 upwards, the push rod 52 drives the second cylinder 50 to move upwards, after the upper end surface of the push rod 52 is contacted with the lower end surface of the metal block 48, the metal block 48 drives the painting block 21 to move upwards through the magnet 15, after the upper end surface of the roller 33 is contacted with the top of the wall, the painting block 21 cannot continue to move upwards, and the push rod 52 pushes the metal block 48 to move upwards.
(3) The connecting rod 44 moves upwards along with the metal block 48, the connecting rod 44 drives the carrying block 60 to move upwards through the cross rod 41, the motor 61 moves upwards along with the carrying block 60, the motor 61 drives the driving wheel 38 to move upwards through the driving shaft 40, and the driving wheel 38 moves upwards to be meshed with the second gear 37.
(4) The driving wheel 38 drives the second gear 37 to rotate, the second gear 37 is meshed with the driving gear 24 to drive the driving gear 24 to rotate, the driving gear 24 drives the first gear 26 to rotate through the rotating shaft 25, the first gear 26 is meshed with the driving rack 23 to move upwards, the compression plate 30 moves upwards along with the driving rack 23, and the compression plate 30 moves upwards to spray the paint in the storage cavity 28 onto the roller 33.
(5) The rotating shaft 36 rotates along with the second gear 37, the second belt wheel 64 rotates along with the rotating shaft 36, the second belt wheel 64 drives the first belt wheel 67 to rotate through friction of the belt 32, the first belt wheel 67 drives the roller 33 to rotate through the connecting shaft 34, the roller 33 rotates to coat paint on the top of a wall, if the paint drops, the paint can fall on the upper end surface of the painting block 21 and cannot fall on the ground, and the roller 33 drives the device to move leftwards during paint coating.
(6) When the device moves to the other end of the wall leftwards, the pushing plate 16 is extruded to move rightwards, the pushing plate 16 drives the moving gear 55 to move rightwards through the pushing rod 17, the reset block 58 pushes the cross rod 41 to move downwards, the moving gear 55 moves rightwards along with the pushing rod 17, the moving gear 55 is meshed with the driving wheel 38 and the driven wheel 42, the driving wheel 38 rotates, the driven wheel 42 rotates along with the driving wheel 38, the string 54 is tensioned, and the painting block 21 moves downwards to reset.
