The waterproof structure of the pitched roof eaves gutter comprises an inclined pitched roof and the eaves gutter fixed on the outer side of the pitched roof, and is characterized in that two layers of coatings are coated on the surface of the eaves gutter, wherein the bottom layer is made of waterproof coatings and is in direct contact with the concrete surface of the eaves gutter, and the other layer is made of weather-resistant coatings and is coated on the upper layer of the waterproof coatings;
the polyurethane waterproof coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-8% of isocyanate; 21-27% of polyether polyol; 15-22% of a plasticizer; 0.03-0.1% of a dispersant; 35-50% of a filler; 0.05 to 0.2 percent of dehydrating agent; 0.5-2% of thixotropic agent; 0.03-0.2% of a catalyst; 0.2-1% of defoaming agent; 0-15% of a solvent;
the polyether polyol is one or the combination of more of polyether, dihydric alcohol and polyether trihydric alcohol, the isocyanate is one or the combination of two of diphenyl, methane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate, and the plasticizer is one or the combination of more of DINP, DIDP, chlorinated paraffin and polyol ester.

The waterproof structure of a pitched roof gutter according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof paint is polyurethane waterproof paint and completely covers the upper surface of the gutter; the weather-resistant coating is aliphatic polyurethane weather-resistant waterproof coating, and the upper surface of the waterproof coating is completely coated by the weather-resistant waterproof coating.
3. The waterproofing structure for pitched roof eaves gutter according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the pitched roof is coated with only one layer of waterproof coating.
4. The waterproof structure of a pitched roof gutter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the waterproof coating is coated in a thickness of 1.5 to 3mm and the weather-resistant coating is coated in a thickness of 1 to 1.5 mm.
5. The waterproof structure of a pitched roof gutter as claimed in claim 4, wherein the waterproof coating is coated in a thickness of 2mm and the weather-resistant coating is coated in a thickness of 1 mm.
6. A water-proof structure of a pitched roof gutter as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the gutter has a slope of 1% to 5%, and preferably a slope of 3%.
7. The construction method of the pitched roof gutter waterproof structure according to claim 1,
s1, cleaning a surface to be constructed: cleaning the upper surfaces of the pitched roof and the gutter to prevent dust from remaining on the pitched roof and the gutter from affecting the coating effect of the coating;
s2, coating a waterproof coating: firstly coating a layer of polyurethane waterproof coating with the thickness of 2mm on the sloping roof and the upper surface of the eaves gutter, standing for 10-20min, and then coating a layer of aliphatic weather-resistant waterproof coating with the thickness of not less than 0.1mm on the polyurethane waterproof coating of the eaves gutter;
s3, drying the waterproof coating: covering a layer of dustproof plastic on the upper surfaces of the pitched roof and the gutter, standing for 3-5min and the like, and taking away the dustproof plastic after the waterproof coating is dried.
8. The construction method of the pitched roof gutter waterproof structure according to the claim 7, wherein the standing time after the polyurethane waterproof coating is coated is 10-20min in the step S2, and the standing time after the dustproof plastic layer is covered is 3-5min in the step S3.
