1. Structure of sliding device
As shown in fig. 1, the slide device 10 includes a fixed rail 11, a movable rail 12, a cover member 20, and the like. The fixed rail 11 is a member fixed to the vehicle. The fixed rail 11 is directly or indirectly fixed to a floor panel (not shown) of a vehicle.
The vehicle seat is to be fixed to the movable rail 12, and the movable rail 12 is a member that is slidable with respect to the fixed rail 11. That is, the vehicle seat may be slidably mounted in the vehicle via the slide device 10.
The slide driving device 13 is an electric mechanism for slidably displacing the movable rail 12 with respect to the fixed rail 11. The slide drive mechanism 13 includes a motor 13A, a rack, a pinion, and the like.
The cover member 20 is a member for closing the opening 11A of the fixed rail 11 so as to be openable and closable. As shown in fig. 2, the opening 11A is opened upward and extends in the sliding direction of the vehicle seat, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the fixed rail 11.
As shown in fig. 1, the movable rail 12 is slidably displaced in the opening 11A in a state where a part of the movable rail 12 is accommodated in the fixed rail 11. Therefore, the portion of the opening 11A where the movable rail 12 is not present fluctuates in conjunction with the sliding displacement of the movable rail 12.
The cover member 20 can block a portion of the opening 11A where the movable rail 12 is not present, in conjunction with the sliding displacement of the movable rail 12. Specifically, the cover member 20 opens a portion of the opening 11A where the movable rail 12 is present and closes a portion where the movable rail 12 is not present.
2. Structure of cover member
< brief summary of cover Member >
As shown in fig. 3, the cover member 20 has a slide fastener 21, a rib 22 made of rubber, a plate-like member 23 made of resin, and the like. The slide fastener 21 includes two stringers 21A, a plurality of elements (elements) 21B provided on each stringer 21A, and a slider (not shown).
Each tape 21A is a tape-like member formed of polyester or synthetic fiber. Each sprocket 21B is provided at the ends of the two belt strips 21A opposite to each other. The slider is a member for engaging or disengaging the respective elements 21B with each other by moving along the extending direction of the fastener stringer 21A.
In the present embodiment, two sliders are provided. More specifically, the 1 st slider is provided on one end side of the movable rail 12 in the longitudinal direction, and the 2 nd slider is provided on the other end side of the movable rail 12 in the longitudinal direction.
Thus, when the movable rail 12 is slidably displaced, the meshing state of the respective teeth 21B changes in conjunction therewith. That is, the portion of the cover member 20 where the movable rail 12 is present is in the open state, and the portion of the cover member 20 where the movable rail 12 is not present is in the closed state.
Two ribs 22 and two plate-like members 23 are provided corresponding to the two strips 21A. Each plate-like member 23 is formed of a resin having a higher elastic modulus than each rib 22.
More specifically, each rib 22 is made of rubber with flexibility. Each plate-like member 23 is a member made of a resin (e.g., polypropylene) that is less flexible than the ribs 22 and has a rigidity comparable to a rigid body than the ribs 22, that is, the plate-like member 23 has a rigidity greater than the ribs 22.
Each plate-like member 23 is directly or indirectly fixed to the stationary rail 11 or the floor panel. Each plate-like member 23 of the present embodiment is fixed to the floor panel via a carpet disposed on the floor panel.
< Structure of cover Member and method for producing the same >
As shown in fig. 4, each band 21A, each rib 22, and each plate-like member 23 are integrally molded products. Specifically, each band 21A, each rib 22, and each plate-like member 23 are integrally molded products that are integrated by insert molding and two-color molding.
More specifically, in the manufacture of the cover member 20, the respective tapes 21A, the respective ribs 22, and the respective plate-like members 23 are integrally molded by injecting rubber (resin) constituting the ribs 22 and resin constituting the plate-like members 23 for two-color molding in a state where the tapes 21A are arranged in advance in the cavity of the molding die.
3. Characteristics of the sliding device of the present embodiment
The slide device 10 of the present embodiment can improve durability of the cover member 20, compared to an integrated body in which the band 21A and the rib 22 are integrated by sewing, for example.
That is, in the structure in which the tape 21A and the rib 22 are integrated by sewing, the sewing thread sinks into the rib 22 made of rubber, and there is a possibility that a crack is generated or grown from a portion where the thread sinks.
In contrast, in the cover member 20 of the present embodiment, the band 21A and the rib 22 are integrally molded by insert molding, and therefore, the possibility of occurrence of cracks due to the above-described reasons can be eliminated. Therefore, the durability of the cover member 20 can be improved.
(other embodiments)
In the above embodiment, the respective tape strips 21A, the respective ribs 22, and the respective plate-like members 23 are manufactured as an integrated integrally molded product by insert molding and two-color molding. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
For example, the band 21A and the rib 22 in the present disclosure may be integrally molded products formed by insert molding, and the rib 22 and the plate-like member 23 may be integrally molded products formed by mechanical fastening such as screws or rivets.
The cover member 20 of the above embodiment includes the slide fastener 21, the rib 22, and the plate-like member 23. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
That is, the present disclosure may be configured such that, for example, the plate-like member 23 is eliminated, the cover member 20 is configured by the slide fastener 21 and the rib 22, and the rib 22 is fixed to the floor or the fixed rail 11.
The cover member 20 of the above embodiment is fixed to the floor panel. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. That is, the present disclosure may be configured such that the cover member 20 is fixed to the fixed rail 11, for example.
In the above embodiment, the slide driving device 13 is provided. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. That is, the present disclosure may be configured to omit the slide driving device. Similarly, the material of the strip 21A, the rib 22, and the plate-like member 23 is not limited to the above specific example.
In the above embodiment, the vehicle seat of the present disclosure is applied to a vehicle. However, the application of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and may be applied to seats used in vehicles such as railway vehicles, ships, and aircrafts, and stationary seats used in theaters, homes, and the like.
The present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments as long as the present disclosure conforms to the gist of the invention described in the claims. Therefore, the present invention may be configured by combining at least two of the above-described plurality of embodiments, or may be configured by abolishing any one of the inventive constituent elements described in the above-described embodiments.
