As an embodiment of the present invention, the meat grinding shell 40 is fixedly mounted on the top of the upper support plate 11 through a shell support 400; a feeding port 401 for feeding meat to be processed is formed at the top of the minced meat shell 40;
a plurality of embedding grooves 402 are formed in the front end face of the meat grinding shell 40, and a plurality of embedding blocks 461 are formed on the fixed discharging disc 46; a plurality of the inserts 461 can be correspondingly embedded in the plurality of the slots 402, so that the fixed discharging disc 46 can be fixed in position with the meat grinding shell 40 in the circumferential direction;

extruding the minced meat from the first discharge hole, and carrying out secondary processing under the action of the rotary discharge plate 48; the rotary shaver 481 can rotary cut meat sections which are not completely cut off and can cut larger meat blocks, so that the finally processed meat stuffing is more uniform and fine.
When the cleaning treatment of the invention is needed, firstly, the lock pin 61 is disassembled by using a screwdriver, the fixture block 441 is manually screwed out of the circumferential rotary groove 602, and the driven gear 44 is dismounted along the axial slot 601; the end cap 47 is then removed along the threads and the fixed discharge disk 46 is removed; because the hollow cavity is in a flaring shape, an operator can conveniently pull out the rotating shaft 41 with the conveying screw 42 and the reamer 43 and thoroughly clean the rotating shaft and the reamer, so that the condition that bacteria are bred in the meat grinder to influence the quality of food materials is avoided; meanwhile, the end plate 49 and the rotary discharging disc 48 can be detached from the end cover 47 by detaching the nut 473, and can be cleaned.
