背景技术:
农民用锄头面向黄土背朝天锄地,缺点:效率低、锄地浅、前面松土后面踏实,劳动力得不到解放,除草剂诞生只能除草不能松土,喷雾时容易误伤禾苗,药物对人身体有伤害。
发明宗旨:
实现无噪声电力拖动机械化农田行距自动快速松土除草作业,行走笔直,避免二次踏实,还能用于扒沟、打隆等领域。

先将钢丝绳拉向前方固定木桩上,接通电动三轮车蓄电池电源或者交流电源开关,交直流电机16、转动,拖动涡轮蜗杆减速器15、转动,闭合离合器13、离合器输出轴拖动输入输出轴2、转动,输入输出轴2、轴身固定齿轮2、是主动轮、同时齿合齿轮1、齿轮3、两个被动轮转动,拖动输出轴1、输出轴2、输出轴3、轴身十字形刀片8、转动,实现十字形刀片8、原地旋转切削土壤,皮带链接皮带轮11、皮带轮12、拖动离合器14、输入轴转动,闭合离合器14、离合器输出轴拖动钢丝绳卷筒轴12、输入轴转动,钢丝绳卷筒轴12、转动、卷筒钢丝绳牵引行走拖地箱9、直线运动,实现十字形刀片8、旋转切削松土除草目的。
积极效果:
交直流电机16、转速3000转,用30∶1涡轮蜗杆减速器,将输出轴1、输出轴2、输出轴3、转速降低到100转,皮带轮10、皮带轮11、将钢丝绳卷筒轴12、转速降低到50转,钢丝绳卷筒轴12、轴身卷筒直径0.1米,周长=直径Xπ=0.31416米,0.31416米X50转=15.708米/分,绳牵引电动自动锄地机每分钟能锄地15.708米,15708毫米/100转=157.08毫米,输出轴1、2、3、每转向前锄地157.08毫米,157.08毫米/4=39.27毫米,每个刀片转动一周向前锄地39.27毫米,行走拖地箱9、宽度按0.3——0.4米设计,15.708米X0.4米=6.2832平方米,人力锄地,平均一秒钟锄地一次,一锄长0.2米、锄头宽度0,1米、一锄锄地面积等0.2米X0.1米=0.02平方米,0.02平方米X60秒=1.2平方米,人力每分钟锄地1.2平方米,6.2832平方米/1.2平方米=5.236,是人力锄地的五倍。

开发实施需要车床、铣床、滚齿机、钻床、锯床、剪板机、电焊机等设备。
