Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
For the purpose of quickly and accurately evaluating the ability of the elderly, the evaluation process may be performed by any device that can perform man-machine interaction, such as a personal computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, etc. In some embodiments, in the evaluation process, only the human-computer interaction device may be involved, where the human-computer interaction device needs to obtain and embed an old person's ability evaluation questionnaire in advance, where relevant items to be evaluated are set in the old person's ability evaluation questionnaire. The human-computer interaction device can acquire and store the senile evaluation questionnaire in various possible modes, for example, the senile evaluation questionnaire is acquired from a server, the senile ability evaluation questionnaire is set to the human-computer interaction device through a third party device interface, and the mode of acquiring the senile ability evaluation questionnaire by the human-computer interaction device is not limited. In some embodiments, in the evaluation process, the human-computer interaction device and the background server may be involved at the same time, at this time, the background server may set and store an old person evaluation file, and in the evaluation process, the human-computer interaction device is used as a terminal for implementing a human-computer interaction function, obtains a project to be evaluated from the server and displays a relevant interface, obtains each instruction sent by a user based on the human-computer interaction interface, and transmits each instruction to the background server for processing. For ease of understanding, in the following embodiments, the evaluation process is described by taking a process performed by the human-computer interaction device as an example.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of evaluating the ability of the elderly in one embodiment mainly includes the following steps S101 to S104. The method can be executed on any personal computer interaction device.
Step S101: acquiring a current item to be evaluated in the old person capacity evaluation items and an evaluation interface corresponding to the current item to be evaluated, and displaying the evaluation interface, wherein a reference example diagram trigger control and each capacity selection item corresponding to the current item to be evaluated are arranged on the evaluation interface.
The senile ability evaluation item refers to an item for evaluating the senile ability, and the type and content of the specific senile ability evaluation item can be determined by combining the senile ability to be evaluated. For example, in some embodiments, the senior citizen ability assessment program may include activities of daily living, mental states, perceptive sense and communication, social engagement ability, and the like. Each of the senior citizen ability assessment items may further include sub-ability assessment items, for example, activities of daily living may further include: feeding ability, bathing ability, dressing ability, walking ability on level ground, climbing stairs ability, etc. In some embodiments, the senior citizen ability assessment items may also be items that directly assess the relevant ability, including eating ability, bathing ability, finishing ability, dressing ability, level ground walking ability, ascending and descending stairs ability, and the like.
In one embodiment, before acquiring the current item to be evaluated among the senior citizens' ability assessment items, the method may further include the steps of:
receiving a senior citizen ability assessment instruction;
and acquiring a preset senile ability evaluation questionnaire according to the senile ability evaluation instruction, and acquiring a senile ability evaluation item from the preset senile ability evaluation questionnaire.
Therefore, when the ability of the old people is required to be evaluated, a preset ability evaluation questionnaire of the old people can be obtained from the server, or the ability evaluation questionnaire of the old people stored or built-in by the man-machine interaction device can be directly obtained, and all the ability evaluation items of the old people can be obtained from the ability evaluation questionnaire of the old people. And then obtaining the current item to be evaluated from all the old people ability evaluation items. It can be understood that the current item to be evaluated refers to the old people ability evaluation item which is currently required to be evaluated.
In one embodiment, after receiving the senile ability assessment instruction, before obtaining the preset senile ability assessment questionnaire, a personal information input interface may be further obtained and displayed, so as to remind an assessment person to fill relevant personal information of an assessment object (the assessed senile person, which is also referred to as an assessment object in the relevant embodiment of the application) in the personal information input interface, for example, information such as a name, a gender, an age, an identification card number, a ethnicity, an address, an emergency contact, a marital status, a living situation, a medical fee payment mode, an economic source, a disease diagnosis, an unexpected event within about 30 days, and the like, so as to facilitate registration. In one embodiment, after the preset senile ability assessment questionnaire is obtained, or after the senile ability assessment is finished, a personal information input interface is obtained and displayed to input the relevant personal information of the assessment object. In one embodiment, after receiving the senile ability assessment instruction, or after obtaining a preset senile ability assessment questionnaire, the first personal information input interface may be firstly obtained and displayed to input personal information such as name, gender, age, identification card number, ethnicity and the like of the assessment object, and after ending the senile ability assessment, the second personal information input interface may be displayed to input other relevant information such as contact information of the emergency contact. The embodiment of the application does not specifically limit the time for inputting the related personal information and the form of a specific personal information input interface.
Wherein, in one embodiment, the above-described reference example graph trigger controls may be disposed at any suitable location of the evaluation interface. Taking the example that only one reference example diagram trigger control is provided, the reference example diagram trigger control can be arranged beside the display content of the current item to be evaluated. Where multiple reference example graph triggers are provided, the reference example graph triggers may be located alongside the associated individual capability choices.
In some embodiments, a capability selection item selection control may be further provided on the evaluation interface, where each capability selection item selection control corresponds to each capability selection item. Therefore, when the experience of the evaluator is rich and the expertise is strong, the evaluator can directly select and determine the capacity selection item corresponding to the current to-be-evaluated item based on the capacity selection item selection control without referring to the example diagram. In some embodiments, the evaluation scores corresponding to the capability choices may also be displayed on the evaluation interface at the same time, where the evaluation scores may be set corresponding to the capability choices selection control, and the corresponding setting relationship may be one-to-one correspondence, or one evaluation score corresponds to a plurality of capability choices selection control.
In some embodiments, when a selection instruction is received through the capability option selection control, the capability option selection control corresponding to the selection instruction is highlighted, so as to remind the user that the capability option corresponding to the capability option selection control has been selected. In some embodiments, when the evaluation score corresponding to the capability option is further displayed on the evaluation interface, the evaluation score may be simultaneously highlighted when the capability option selection control corresponding to the selection instruction is highlighted, so as to remind the user of the score corresponding to the capability option. In some embodiments, when the evaluation interface does not display the evaluation score corresponding to the capability option, and the capability option selection control corresponding to the selection instruction is highlighted, the evaluation score of the capability option corresponding to the capability option selection control may also be obtained at the same time, and the evaluation score is displayed at a corresponding position, so as to remind the user of the score corresponding to the capability option selected by the user. The corresponding location herein may be any possible location, such as a location corresponding to a capability selection item selection control corresponding to a selection instruction, a fixed location of a display interface (e.g., above, below, or other locations of the display interface, etc.), and so forth.
When the capability selection item selection control corresponding to the selection instruction is highlighted, any possible method can be adopted for highlighting, for example, the capability selection item selection control corresponding to the selection instruction is highlighted, and a selected identifier is displayed at a position corresponding to the capability selection item selection control corresponding to the selection instruction; or when the capacity selection item selection control corresponding to the selection instruction is highlighted, displaying the selected identification at the position corresponding to the capacity selection item selection control corresponding to the selection instruction. At the same time as highlighting, the highlighting color may also be set, which may be a highlighting color, to distinguish from other capability selection item selection controls.
Taking the current item to be evaluated as "eating" capability as an example, an interface schematic of the evaluation interface in one embodiment is shown in FIG. 2. In the illustration of fig. 2, in addition to the display of the current item to be evaluated as "eating" capability, a related explanation of the current item to be evaluated is displayed alongside the display of the current item to be evaluated: "means the process of delivering food from a container to the mouth, chewing, swallowing, etc. with a cutlery utensil.
Referring to fig. 2, a reference example diagram trigger control is provided on the evaluation interface, where the reference example diagram trigger control displays words such as "eating judgment reference diagram" so as to remind the user that the reference diagram for judging eating ability can be viewed by clicking the space.
Referring to fig. 2, on the evaluation interface, a capability selection control corresponding to each capability selection item of the current item to be evaluated, "eating" is further provided, where different capability selection items may correspond to different problem items, such as "whether there is a swallowing disorder", "whether tube feeding or intravenous diet is required", "whether other people need to assist in eating", and the like, which are shown in fig. 2, and the different capability selection control is applied respectively. In the adjacent corresponding positions of each question item, prompt words such as "single selection", "multiple selection" and the like can be further provided for prompting whether the question item can only select one item of the relevant capability choices or can select multiple items of the relevant capability choices. On the other hand, the capability selection item selection control of the corresponding capability selection item of the problem item may be displayed at the relevant position of the problem item, such as below the problem item shown in fig. 2, for example, below the problem item "whether there is a swallowing disorder", there is displayed "no swallowing disorder", "food is sent to the mouth with little reaction, or the mouth must be opened to eat the food", "the swallowing situation is bad, the caretaker cannot grasp how much the elderly has to eat the mouth to the bottom", "the caretaker needs to feed the food, and the eating is the capability selection item selection control of specially prepared food, such as a stirred food, a pasty food, a jelly food, etc. Similarly, below the question item "whether tube feeding or intravenous diet is required" there are displayed "no tube feeding or intravenous diet is required", "tube feeding diet is required, nutrient supply via nasogastric or gastric tube (gastrostomy), intestinal tube, etc", "intravenous diet is required, nutrient supply via vein, such as drip, intravenous high calorie infusion, etc" and the like capability selection controls. Similarly, under the question item "whether or not other people need to assist in eating", there is shown that "there is a hindrance to the actions of not needing other people to assist in eating", "eating is not flexible, or the use of auxiliary tableware cannot be smooth", "will be reduced while eating is not done to a certain extent", "the caretaker starts to eat", "needs to assist by others when needed", "needs to be induced by others, prompt actions to complete eating", "needs to assist in peeling, removing fishbone, cutting food, uncapping, replacing tableware, putting food on a spoon, etc. can complete eating", etc. are selected. Wherein, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, at a relevant position adjacent to a problem item, explanatory information relevant to the corresponding problem item is displayed, for example, the explanation information relevant to whether or not the problem item needs to assist in eating by others, as shown in fig. 2, refers to that the caretaker needs to send food to the mouth. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the associated interpretation information may be displayed at other locations associated therewith.
While fig. 2 illustrates setting a reference example diagram trigger control as an example, it will be appreciated that in other embodiments, a corresponding reference example diagram trigger control may be set for each capability option or a sub-option of each capability option, so as to view each capability option or a reference example diagram corresponding to a sub-option of each capability option.
Step S102: and when an example graph evaluation instruction is received through the reference example graph trigger control, acquiring and displaying an example graph evaluation interface corresponding to the current item to be evaluated, wherein the example graph evaluation interface comprises sub-options corresponding to the capability option, example graphs corresponding to the sub-options and corresponding evaluation scores.
As described above, the number of reference example graph trigger controls set in the evaluation interface may be one or more.
When the number of the reference example graph trigger controls set in the evaluation interface is one and the example graph evaluation instruction is received through the reference example graph trigger control, the obtained example graph evaluation interface corresponding to the current to-be-evaluated item may include sub-options corresponding to all the capability choices corresponding to the current to-be-evaluated item, example graphs corresponding to the sub-options, and corresponding evaluation scores. Namely, in the example graph evaluation interface, all sub-options corresponding to the capacity selection options of the current to-be-evaluated item, the example graph corresponding to each sub-option and the corresponding evaluation score are displayed. It can be understood that, in the case that the sub-options and the example graphs corresponding to all the capability choices of the current item to be evaluated are more, all the sub-options and the example graphs may not be displayed in one page in the example graph evaluation interface, and at this time, the sub-options and the example graphs may be displayed in a paging or partially hidden manner by paging, a drop-down frame, or the like. Taking paging display as an example, when receiving an instruction of a next page, sub-options of the next page, an example diagram corresponding to the sub-options, and a corresponding evaluation score may be acquired and displayed. Taking the drop-down frame mode as an example, when the drop-down frame is dragged or slid, sub-options corresponding to the position of the drop-down frame after dragging or sliding, an example graph corresponding to the sub-options and a corresponding evaluation score can be obtained and displayed.
Taking the number of reference example graph trigger controls set in the evaluation interface shown in fig. 2 as an example, an example graph evaluation interface displayed after clicking the reference example graph trigger control in one embodiment may be as shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3, in the exemplary graph evaluation interface, sub-options corresponding to the corresponding capability choices are displayed. Under the ability selection item of ' no need of others to assist eating ', the sub-selection items which are correspondingly arranged are ' when eating alone, almost no food drop condition ', ' although having a mental disorder (dementia), the user can eat the food stably and well ', ' while riding a wheelchair every day, the user can eat the food himself. In some embodiments, the sub-options may not need to have a strict correspondence with the capability options, but rather there may be various sub-options, i.e. an example graph for one, for a certain evaluation score, i.e. the sub-options and their example graph directly correspond to the evaluation score of the response. As shown in fig. 3, in this example graph evaluation interface, an evaluation score of 5 corresponds to an example graph of a plurality of sub-options, such as: "can eat by oneself only by placing meal. Although the hand is easy to turn over, the situation that food falls exists in many cases, the hand can eat chopped, smashed and beaten into pasty food by oneself, or the hand can feel laborious when eating, the caretaker needs to remind to eat, and the caretaker needs to use auxiliary tools, the hand can assist to complete the food, the caretaker can assist to eat as long as the hand is aside, the food can be sent to the mouth to complete the food, the food is not reacted even being sent to the mouth, and the voice prompt is needed, otherwise, the mouth can not be opened to eat the food, the swallowing situation is poor, and the caretaker can not grasp the amount of the old people to eat at one time. It is generally necessary to eat specially prepared foods such as a stirred food, a pasty food, a jelly food, etc. Accordingly, in the example graph evaluation interface shown in fig. 3, an evaluation score of 0 corresponds to an example graph of a plurality of sub-options, such as: "eating via nasogastric tube, gastrostomy, enterostomy, etc." intravenous nutrition (drip, intravenous high calorie infusion, etc) ". It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, other arrangements may be adopted in the example graph evaluation interface, so long as an example graph is set in the example graph evaluation interface, through which the relevant capability of the corresponding capability selection item can be intuitively viewed and experienced, and the example graph can correspond to a certain evaluation score.
In the case that the number of the reference example graph triggering controls set in the evaluation interface is multiple, each reference example graph triggering control may correspond to one capability selection item, for example, one reference example graph triggering control corresponds to one capability selection item. At this time, when the example graph evaluation instruction is received through the reference example graph trigger control, the obtained example graph evaluation interface corresponding to the current item to be evaluated may include a sub-option corresponding to the capability option corresponding to the corresponding reference example graph trigger control, an example graph corresponding to each sub-option, and a corresponding evaluation score.
In one embodiment, an example graph uploading control may be further provided on the example graph evaluation interface, and when an example graph uploading instruction is received through the example graph uploading control, an uploaded example graph picture is obtained and stored in association with a corresponding sub-option. Therefore, by setting the example graph uploading control, the related example graph pictures can be conveniently uploaded to enrich the example graph pictures, and provide references for subsequent capability assessment.
Step S103: and receiving a capability assessment confirmation instruction through the example graph assessment interface, wherein the capability assessment confirmation instruction carries a sub-selection item and a corresponding assessment score.
On the above example graph evaluation interface, "determine", "confirm select" etc. Guan Kongjian may be provided, which the user may instruct to determine the selection of the relevant sub-option by clicking on the relevant control to issue a capability evaluation confirm instruction. After receiving the capability assessment confirmation instruction, the sub-options selected by the user and the corresponding assessment scores can be used as related capability sub-options and corresponding assessment scores obtained by the user assessing the current item to be assessed.
In some embodiments, since a plurality of different sub-options and corresponding example graphs are provided on the example graph evaluation interface, for inexperienced users, or based on different habits of users, during the evaluation, the user may continuously click on different sub-options to issue a selection instruction, that is, after the example graph evaluation interface receives a selection instruction for an example graph corresponding to one of the sub-options (referred to as a first sub-option in the embodiment of the application and distinguished from a sub-option selected later), the selection of the first sub-option is cancelled when a selection instruction for an example graph corresponding to another sub-option (referred to as a second sub-option in the embodiment of the application) is received. That is, on the same example graph evaluation interface, when only one sub-option can be selected, the mechanism is used to ensure that the user intelligently selects one sub-option and the corresponding evaluation score. And when the capability assessment confirmation instruction is received, determining the sub-option and the corresponding assessment score corresponding to the last received selection instruction as the sub-option and the assessment score which are finally selected. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, where the capability choices of related items to be evaluated may allow for the simultaneous selection of multiple different sub-choices for different items to be evaluated, the multiple sub-choices selected and the corresponding evaluation scores are directly used as the final sub-choices and evaluation scores to be selected without employing the above mechanism. In some embodiments, the same evaluation score may be set to allow for the simultaneous selection of multiple different sub-options. In other embodiments, other different settings may be made.
In one embodiment, after receiving the capability assessment confirmation instruction through the example graph assessment interface, before determining the assessment score as the capability assessment score value corresponding to the capability selection item, the method may further include the steps of:
acquiring an evaluated item with a verification relation with the current item to be evaluated, and acquiring a secondary index selection item of the evaluated item and a corresponding secondary index evaluation score value;
and carrying out logic correction on the capacity selection item and the evaluation score, carrying out logic correction on the secondary index selection item corresponding to the evaluated item and the corresponding secondary index evaluation score value, and when the logic correction passes, entering the step of determining the evaluation score as the capacity evaluation score value corresponding to the capacity selection item.
Wherein, when the logic correction fails, the submission evaluation failure information can be given. To alert the user to the logic correction failure, the current item to be evaluated or the evaluated item needs to be re-evaluated again.
For example, in one embodiment, assuming that the evaluated item "b.1.9 walks on level ground" of the person under evaluation has a score of "0" and depends entirely on others ", while the current item" b.1.10 walks up and down stairs "has a score of" 10 ", the person under evaluation can walk up and down stairs independently, at this time, the evaluation result is submitted, a logic correction result is displayed, and a conflict is displayed. According to logic, the system can independently walk up and down stairs but cannot independently walk horizontally, so that the system can report a logic correction result after correcting the situation, and meanwhile, the system is not allowed to submit an evaluation. An interface display diagram based on a logic correction failure in a specific example of this embodiment is shown in fig. 4. As can be seen from fig. 4, the interface with failed logic correction can be displayed in a floating manner, and under the interface with failed logic correction, the capability selection item with logic conflict and the corresponding sub-selection item, namely the sub-selection item selected for the current item to be evaluated and the evaluated item, are displayed at the same time, so that the user can check the reason of the logic conflict, and can select the correct sub-selection item accordingly.
Step S104: the evaluation score is determined as a capability evaluation score value corresponding to the capability selection item.
In one embodiment, after determining the evaluation score as the capability evaluation score value corresponding to the capability option, the method may further include the steps of:
and obtaining the next item to be evaluated which is not yet evaluated in the old person capacity evaluation items, taking the next item to be evaluated as the current item to be evaluated, returning to obtain an evaluation interface corresponding to the current item to be evaluated, and displaying the evaluation interface.
Therefore, by repeating the steps, the capacity evaluation items of the old people can be evaluated item by item until all the items to be evaluated of the current user are evaluated.
In one embodiment, after all the to-be-evaluated items of the old people capability evaluation items of the current user are evaluated, the capability selection items and the corresponding capability evaluation score values corresponding to the to-be-evaluated items may be further obtained, and the old people capability evaluation result of the current user may be obtained based on the capability selection items and the corresponding capability evaluation score values corresponding to the to-be-evaluated items. Further, risk prevention prompt information for the current user can be generated and displayed based on the old people ability evaluation result of the current user. On the other hand, after the old person's ability evaluation result of the current user is obtained, the old person's ability evaluation result may also be generated into a graph, and the generated graph may be displayed.
