Description

Fan with cooling device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fan, in particular to a fan which is easy to arrange wires, does not expose LED wires and does not influence the light emitting and heat dissipating effects.
Background
In order to avoid the problem that the electronic device is not degraded in performance or even damaged due to the accumulation of waste heat, a heat dissipation fan is usually used to guide airflow for heat dissipation. In addition, the conventional heat dissipation fan not only has heat dissipation effect, but also is widely applied with Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) and combined with the heat dissipation fan, so that the heat dissipation fan can generate colorful visual effect while operating, thereby improving the added value of the product and increasing the purchase desire of consumers.
The conventional fan including LED wires is to assemble the LED wires to the edge of the fan frame, and then the LED wires are routed to the PCB (printed circuit board) end along the ribs of the fan, and the redundant wires are squeezed back to the PCB or the inside of the fan base, so as to ensure that the wires on the ribs do not run out and interfere with the fan blades. However, this approach, in addition to being difficult to wire dress, also risks the wire that is squeezed back to the PCB breaking.
In addition, other methods are also available, in which the LED wires are LED out from the PCB, and are routed to the edge of the fan frame along the ribs of the fan, and then the LED wires are assembled on the edge of the fan frame, and the excess LED wires are irregularly twisted and flattened so as not to run out of the edge of the fan frame and interfere with the fan blades. However, it is difficult to standardize the wire arrangement operation of the LED wires, and the LED wires are obviously exposed to the rim of the fan frame.
Therefore, if a fan which is easy to arrange wires, does not expose LED wires and does not affect the light emitting and heat dissipating effects can be provided, a great breakthrough will be brought to the technology in this field.

In this embodiment, the fan 1 may further include a driving device disposed on the base 12 and driving the impeller 16 to rotate (not shown). The driving device is a motor.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fan frame 11 is provided with a plurality of concave portions 111. The base 12 is disposed in the fan frame 11. The rib 13 is disposed around the periphery of the base 12 and connected between the base 12 and the fan frame 11, and the rib 13 is provided with a slot 131 communicating with the recess 111. The light guiding cylinder 14 is movably assembled in the recess 111. The wire 152 is embedded in the wire groove 131 and the light guiding column 14, so that the wire 152 is located in the fan frame 11 without being exposed. The impeller 16 is arranged on the base 12 and is positioned in the fan frame 11.
Referring to fig. 3, the light guiding cylinder 14 includes a fixing portion 141, a top portion 142 and a body portion 143. The fixing portion 141 is used for fixing each wire 152, the top portion 142 is connected with the fixing portion 141, the body portion 143 is partially connected with the top portion 142, the body portion 143 and the top portion 142 define an accommodating space 144 together, and each wire 152 is inserted into the wire slot 131 and the accommodating space 144. The body portion 143 has a through hole 145 for receiving light emission, and the light emission portion 151 is disposed in the through hole 145.
In this embodiment, when each wire 152 passes through the accommodating space 144, the wire 152 has a first portion 1522 and a second portion 1524, the first portion 1522 is located on the fan frame 11 side, and the second portion 1524 is located on the rib 13 side.
