Abstract

本发明提供一种复合石材与墙体快装工艺,涉及石材安装技术领域。该复合石材与墙体快装工艺,包括以下步骤:S1.选取16‑18mm厚的石材以及1‑2mm厚的软磁铁,使用定厚机将16‑18mm厚的石材两面做平整处理;S2.在石材的两面均匀的涂上一层环氧树脂胶,然后将两块1‑2mm厚的软磁铁分别贴压于石材的两面;S3.利用分切机将贴压有软磁铁的石材进行分切,使得石材一分为二,分切时应尽量保证切割石材的中间位置。通过制作的复合石材,可以解决快装快拆的问题,不仅能够省时省工省运费,且能百分百的对石材进行回收,完全实现回收再使用,同时也能够实现经济与环保的完美结合,节约了大量的石材。

技术领域
本发明涉及石材安装技术领域,具体为一种复合石材与墙体快装工艺。
背景技术
目前,关于石材安装技术仅有两种方式,一是用胶泥直接粘贴于墙上;二是石材开槽干挂于墙上,但是这两种方式都存在着一定的缺陷,具体存在的问题如下:
1)使用胶泥粘贴石材,因石材重量有脱落的危险,石材与水泥胶合容易产生结晶盐,石材变质、变色污染,不容易保养,石材运输成本高,施工费高,不能实行可拆式与可随意换新石材的要求,不能施工于干式墙或者空心砖与加气砖墙上,不能重复回收使用,不环保;
2)使用干挂墙施工缺点是材料成本更高,施工速度缓慢,施工费高,运输成本费用较贵,不能施工于干式墙和空心砖墙,加气砖墙上不能实行可拆式,可任意换装新石材的要求,不能重复回收使用,不环保。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种复合石材与墙体快装工艺,解决了上述存在的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种复合石材与墙体快装工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.选取16-18mm厚的石材以及1-2mm厚的软磁铁,使用定厚机将16-18mm厚的石材两面做平整处理;
S2.在石材的两面均匀的涂上一层环氧树脂胶,然后将两块1-2mm厚的软磁铁分别贴压于石材的两面;
S3.利用分切机将贴压有软磁铁的石材进行分切,使得石材一分为二,分切时应尽量保证切割石材的中间位置;
S4.将分切之后的石材表面进行定厚并进行磨光加工处理,使得石材的厚度在4mm以下,同时使得石材的重量在14kg/㎡以下;
S5.在待施工的墙面上钉上或粘土固定镀锌钢板片,其镀锌钢板片的宽度为2cm-5cm,厚度为0.8mm-1.5mm,且镀锌钢板片按照石材的规格纵横设置;
S6.当镀锌钢板片安装完毕之后,将复合有软磁铁的石材直接吸附在施工墙面的镀锌钢板片上,如需要调整石材的上下左右位置,可以使用吸盘将石材吸住,并轻微移动到适当位置,软磁铁即可紧紧的吸附在镀锌钢板片上,不轻易掉落,之后按照规格将每片复合有软磁铁的石材精准到位吸附,即可快速完工。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种复合石材与墙体快装工艺。具备以下有益效果:
1、该复合石材与墙体快装工艺,通过制作的复合石材,可以解决快装快拆的问题,不仅能够省时省工省运费,且能百分百的对石材进行回收,完全实现回收再使用,同时也能够实现经济与环保的完美结合,节约了大量的石材。
2、该复合石材与墙体快装工艺,在安装时无论需要粘接剂,也不需要干挂用的钢龙骨和挂件等,可省去一大笔辅料之费用。
3、该复合石材与墙体快装工艺,如欲拆除墙面石材,换装其他新种石材,施工人员仅仅手持吸盘即可快速完整且不破损的将墙面上所有石材吸附取下,包装并送至石材厂加以打磨处理,重新包装,宛如新品,不留任何胶印。
4、该复合石材与墙体快装工艺,具备有可在潮湿天气中施工,不受胶泥是否凝固影响,给施工带来了许多的便利。

实施例:
如图1-4所示,本发明实施例提供一种复合石材与墙体快装工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.选取16-18mm厚的石材以及1-2mm厚的软磁铁,使用定厚机将16-18mm厚的石材两面做平整处理;
S2.在石材的两面均匀的涂上一层环氧树脂胶,然后将两块1-2mm厚的软磁铁分别贴压于石材的两面;
S3.利用分切机将贴压有软磁铁的石材进行分切,使得石材一分为二,分切时应尽量保证切割石材的中间位置;
S4.将分切之后的石材表面进行定厚并进行磨光加工处理,使得石材的厚度在4mm以下,同时使得石材的重量在14kg/㎡以下,通过制作的复合石材,可以解决快装快拆的问题,不仅能够省时省工省运费,且能百分百的对石材进行回收,完全实现回收再使用,同时也能够实现经济与环保的完美结合,节约了大量的石材;
S5.在待施工的墙面上钉上或粘土固定镀锌钢板片,其镀锌钢板片的宽度为2cm-5cm,厚度为0.8mm-1.5mm,且镀锌钢板片按照石材的规格纵横设置,该石材具备有可在潮湿天气中施工,不受胶泥是否凝固影响,给施工带来了许多的便利,在安装时无论需要粘接剂,也不需要干挂用的钢龙骨和挂件等,可省去一大笔辅料之费用;
S6.当镀锌钢板片安装完毕之后,将复合有软磁铁的石材直接吸附在施工墙面的镀锌钢板片上,如需要调整石材的上下左右位置,可以使用吸盘将石材吸住,并轻微移动到适当位置,软磁铁即可紧紧的吸附在镀锌钢板片上,不轻易掉落,之后按照规格将每片复合有软磁铁的石材精准到位吸附,即可快速完工,如欲拆除墙面石材,换装其他新种石材,施工人员仅仅手持吸盘即可快速完整且不破损的将墙面上所有石材吸附取下,包装并送至石材厂加以打磨处理,重新包装,宛如新品,不留任何胶印。

1.一种复合石材与墙体快装工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1.选取16-18mm厚的石材以及1-2mm厚的软磁铁,使用定厚机将16-18mm厚的石材两面做平整处理;
S2.在石材的两面均匀的涂上一层环氧树脂胶,然后将两块1-2mm厚的软磁铁分别贴压于石材的两面;
S3.利用分切机将贴压有软磁铁的石材进行分切,使得石材一分为二,分切时应尽量保证切割石材的中间位置;
S4.将分切之后的石材表面进行定厚并进行磨光加工处理,使得石材的厚度在4mm以下,同时使得石材的重量在14kg/㎡以下;
