The invention discloses a virtual full liquid crystal multimedia combination instrument structure and a device, wherein the multimedia instrument comprises: a panel; a display screen configured to be mounted on the panel; a cover plate configured to be mounted on the panel and divided into a display area and a touch area, and the cover plate covers the display screen in the display area and is configured with at least one in-vehicle multimedia sign in the touch area; at least one non-contact touch key configured to be mounted on a side of the cover plate facing the display screen, and the touch key is configured to have the in-vehicle multimedia sign uniquely aligned. The invention has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, practicability and high integration level; meanwhile, simple installation technology can be selected for production, and hardware cost is reduced.

The driving circuit receives a driving signal input from the outside, and drives the light-emitting element to work according to the driving signal.

the light emitting component is accommodated between the panel and the rear shell.

The embodiment discloses a virtual full-liquid crystal multimedia combination instrument structure. The multimedia instrument of the embodiment is formed by combining the cover plate 100, the capacitive touch keys 210 under the cover plate 100 and the liquid crystal screen 500, and has the characteristics of attractive appearance, practicability and high integration level of a multifunctional screen in the prior art; meanwhile, simple installation technology can be selected for production, and hardware cost is reduced.
To achieve the above, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2. The multimedia instrument of the present embodiment includes a cover plate 100, a front plate 400, and a rear case 800. The cover 100 and the rear case 800 are mounted on both sides of the panel 400. The plurality of capacitive touch keys 210 and the diffusion film 300 are installed between the cover plate 100 and the panel 400, the liquid crystal panel 500 is installed between the panel 400 and the screen pressing bracket 600, and the driving plate 700 is installed between the panel 400 and the rear case 800.
Referring to fig. 1, the cover 100 of the present embodiment is made of PC material, so that the video content displayed on the liquid crystal panel 500 can be displayed through the cover 100; meanwhile, the cover 100 is divided into a display area 110 and a touch area 120 on the left and right sides in the horizontal direction, respectively.
The panel 400 is configured with a caulking groove for accommodating the liquid crystal screen 500, and a screen pressing bracket 600 is screwed on the reverse side of the panel 400 facing the cover plate 100 for fixing the liquid crystal screen 500 inside the caulking groove in an abutting manner. After the liquid crystal panel 500 is mounted in the bezel, the projection of the display interface is covered on the display area 110 of the cover plate 100.
The touch area 120 of the cover plate 100 is etched with a plurality of vehicle multimedia signs 121 corresponding to the function keys according to the function keys of the conventional vehicle multimedia screen. Capacitive touch keys 210, the number and the shape of which are respectively and uniquely associated with the corresponding vehicle-mounted multimedia mark 121, are arranged on the touch film 200; and all the capacitive touch keys 210 are firmly adhered to the side of the cover plate 100 facing the panel 400 by the back adhesive.
The cover 100 is firmly bonded to the panel 400 by a back adhesive, and the plurality of capacitive touch keys 210 and the liquid crystal panel 500 can be integrally covered on the side surface of the cover 100 facing the inside.
Through the above scheme, the multimedia instrument of the embodiment can provide basic liquid crystal display and touch control functions through the combination of the cover plate 100, the liquid crystal screen 500 and the capacitive touch keys 210 at low cost; meanwhile, the liquid crystal display and touch control functions are integrally integrated in the cover plate 100, so that the integrated level is high, and the integrated touch screen is simple, practical and attractive.
Preferably, the panel 400 has a plurality of light-transmitting grooves 410 formed therethrough at a portion projected on the touched area 120. The light-transmitting slots 410 correspond to the uniquely associated in-vehicle multimedia signs 121, respectively. A light emitting element is fixed to the surface of the panel 400 facing the cover 100 by bolts. The light emitting assembly illuminates the vehicle multimedia sign 121 through the light transmitting slot 410, so that the vehicle multimedia sign 121 is displayed on the cover plate 100.
The light emitting assembly includes a driving board 700, and the driving board 700 is mounted on the opposite side of the panel 400 facing the cover plate 100 by bolts. The driving board 700 is configured with a plurality of LEDs uniquely corresponding to the in-vehicle multimedia sign 121 and an LED driving circuit for driving the LEDs to emit light.
Further, after the capacitive touch key 210 is bonded to the cover plate 100, the diffusion film 300 is firmly bonded to the panel 400 by a back adhesive; the diffusion film 300 completely covers the touch area 120 of the cover sheet 100. The diffusion film 300 can uniformly distribute the light of the LED to the corresponding in-vehicle multimedia sign 121, so that the illuminated area range of the in-vehicle multimedia sign 121 is sufficient and uniform.
Preferably, the vehicle-mounted multimedia signs 121 in this embodiment are an air-conditioning sign group, a ventilation sign group, a multimedia sign group, and a heating sign group, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3, the present embodiment further discloses a virtual full-liquid crystal multimedia combination instrument device. In order to briefly explain the technical points of the virtual all-liquid-crystal multimedia combination meter device. The present embodiment only describes the difference between the virtual full liquid crystal multimedia combination instrument device and the virtual full liquid crystal multimedia combination instrument structure.

The control circuit receives an external signal and reads a video signal according to the external signal, so that the liquid crystal screen 500 displays video content according to the video signal, wherein the displayed video content at least comprises vehicle state information and multimedia information; another aspect is configured to output an associated control signal to the in-vehicle terminal in response to the capacitive touch key 210 being touched.
The vehicle state information comprises the driving mileage, the driving speed, the state of a vehicle lamp and a door, and the like;
the multimedia information comprises a multimedia interface, video content, map content and the like.
Meanwhile, the virtual full-liquid crystal multimedia combination instrument device is configured with a frequency modulation FM radio module for receiving audio signals of different channels and playing audio.
The switch circuit is coupled to the plurality of capacitive touch keys 210 and the control circuit, respectively. The switch circuit is configured to respond to the two capacitive touch keys 210 being touched and output an associated combined signal to the in-vehicle terminal according to the combination of the two capacitive touch keys 210.

a panel;
a display screen configured to be mounted on the panel;
a cover plate configured to be mounted on the panel and divided into a display area and a touch area, and the cover plate covers the display screen in the display area and is configured with at least one in-vehicle multimedia sign in the touch area;
at least one non-contact touch key configured to be mounted on a side of the cover plate facing the display screen, and the touch key is configured to have the in-vehicle multimedia sign aligned uniquely;
the panel is configured with at least one light-transmitting slot uniquely aligned with the in-vehicle multimedia sign;
the back surface of the panel facing the cover plate is provided with a light-emitting component;
the light-emitting component lights the vehicle-mounted multimedia mark through the light-transmitting groove;
the multimedia instrument includes a diffusion membrane;
the diffuser film is configured to be mounted between the panel and the cover sheet at portions of the touch area;
the light emitting assembly comprises a driving board;
the driving board is configured with at least one light-emitting element and a driving circuit for driving the light-emitting element to work;
the light-emitting element is configured to be only aligned with the light-transmitting groove;
the driving circuit receives a driving signal input from the outside, and drives the light-emitting element to work according to the driving signal.
2. The virtual full liquid crystal multimedia combination meter structure of claim 1,
the panel is provided with a rear shell;
the light emitting component is accommodated between the panel and the rear shell.
3. The virtual full liquid crystal multimedia combination meter structure of claim 1,
the panel is configured as a bezel;
the display screen is fixed in the caulking groove through the installation of the screen pressing support and the panel.
