本发明涉及一种卡尺相互作用研磨机,属于精密机械加工领域。发明的技术特征是为了减轻装配工人的劳动强度,设计了如图1所示的卡尺相互作用研磨机,替代手工研磨,图1中卡尺(1)放在夹具底板(2)上,卡尺(1)之间放间隔衬板(20),为了防止夹卡尺(1)时产生变形,间隔衬板(20)设计成四点接触见图3,拧紧固螺钉(23)将拉尺板(17)黄铜材料见图2,套入拾把卡尺(1)主尺外爪上,插入内六角园柱头轴肩螺钉(5),电动机(15)100W经变速箱(16)由变速箱输出轴(26)旋转带动转臂(12)拉动钢球活节(11),(10)使拉杆(8)在滚动支架(9)上变为直线往复运动,调速器(14)变速箱输出轴可无级调速50至200转/分钟,本发明卡尺相互作用研磨机设计精巧,可同时研磨拾支卡尺,可研磨0‑150mm0‑200mm0‑300mm游标卡尺,带表卡尺,数显卡尺。

本发明涉及到卡尺相互作用研磨机,属于精密机械加工领域。
背景技术
公知卡尺相互作用是卡尺质量标准中重要的指标之一,卡尺相互作用的水平是凭手感拉尺框,要求手感移动平稳,无阻尼晃动现象,卡尺尺框T型槽,一般都是采用拉削,精铣,或线切割加工工艺,其粗糙度比精磨的卡尺主尺底两级以上,为了提高卡尺相互作用质量水平,装配时在卡尺主尺侧面上涂研磨膏,手工来回返复研磨,以提高尺框T型槽的粗糙度,达到卡尺相互作用满意的手感质量。
发明内容:
为了减轻装配工人的劳动强度,设计了如图1所示的卡尺相互作用研磨机,替代手工研磨,图1中卡尺(1)放在夹具底板(2)上,卡尺(1)之间放间隔衬板(20),为了防止夹卡尺(1)时产生变形,间隔衬板(20)设计成四点接触见图3,拧紧固螺钉 (23),拉尺板(17)黄铜材料见图2,套入拾把卡尺(1)主尺外爪上,插入内六角园柱头轴肩螺钉(5),电动机(15)100W带动变速箱(16)由变速箱输出轴(26)旋转带动转臂(12)拉动钢球活节(11),(10)使拉杆(8)在滚动支架(9)上变为直线往复运动,微调调速器(14)使变速箱输出轴无级调速50至200转/分钟之间,任意调速。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中所述的卡尺是指游标卡尺、带表卡尺或数显卡尺,本发明卡尺相互作用研磨机可一次装夹拾支,可研磨 0-150mm,0-200mm,0-300mm,各类卡尺,一台研磨机可替代十个工人手工研磨卡尺的烦重劳动,研磨机设计精巧,装夹方便可靠,拉尺板(17)采用黄铜材料,减少卡尺(1) 在研磨时划伤碰伤,整机体积小,耗能少,无污染排放,由于拉杆(8)在滑动支架(9) 内,又配有钢球活节(9)(10),所以研磨机运转时无噪音,工作平稳,操作简单。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:见图1本发明的技术特征,图1中卡尺(1)放在夹具底板(2)上,卡尺(1)之间放间隔衬板(20),为了防止夹卡尺(1)时产生变形,间隔衬板设计成四点接触见图3,拧紧固螺钉(23)将拉尺板(17)黄铜材料见图2,套入拾把卡尺(1)主尺外爪上,插入内六角园柱头轴肩螺钉(5),电动机(15)100W带动速箱(16)由输出轴(26)旋转带动转臂(12)拉动钢球活节(11),(10)使拉杆(8)在滚动支架(9)上变为直线往复运动,调速器(14)可无级调速每分钟50至200次之间任意调整,当研0-200mm和0-300mm卡尺时,拉尺板(17)尺寸按图3制作,后衬板(21)和夹衬板(24)不用,研磨后的卡尺用清洗剂洗去研磨膏,再在卡尺磨合面滴润滑油,图 1中拉杆(8),滑动支架(9),钢球活节(10)(11),旋转臂(12)电动机支架(13),调速器(14);电动机(15),变速箱(16),紧固螺钉(25),变速箱输出轴(26),紧固螺钉(27),紧固螺钉(28),这些都是已组装好外购件,微型可调速直线运动的电动机,功率100w,输入电压220v,输出电压1至24v,变速箱输出轴(26)在50至200转/分钟,任意无级调速。
