本发明公开了一种灯座插芯,包括一块导电金属片,该金属片的一侧设置成与灯管连接的电源触片,电源触片的一端向外延伸有一连接板,连接板的一端弯折成一与连接板表面成一定角度的侧板,侧板上冲压形成有一供导线穿设的插孔及一弹片,该弹片与连接板之间形成卡掣导线的卡位;该产品采用一片导电金属片制作而成,直接套装在灯座内,导线可穿过插孔并卡在弹片与连接板形成的卡位内,实现导线与灯座的插拔式连接,工序简单、插接方便,可大大提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插芯,尤其是涉及一种运用于荧光灯灯座的插芯。
背景技术
目前运用于荧光灯灯座与灯管电极及电源导线连接的插芯,其与电源导线多通过铆接的方式连接在一起;该结构装配工序比较繁杂,耗时多,不利于提高工作效率,而且一旦发生故障要拆卸导线就非常麻烦,必须使用专门的工具或者通过强力才可拆卸,整个过程非常耗时、费劲,一不小心还会损坏灯座或其它配件,造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种可直接插接导线、连接紧密、接触良好的插芯。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种灯座插芯,包括一块导电金属片,该金属片的一侧设置成与灯管连接的电源触片,电源触片的一端向外延伸有一连接板,连接板的一端弯折成一与连接板表面成一定角度的侧板,侧板上冲压形成有一供导线穿设的插孔及一弹片,该弹片与连接板之间形成卡掣导线的卡位。
作为本发明的的优选实施方式,所述弹片的尾部设置有一便于导线插入的凹坑。
作为本发明的的优选实施方式,侧板上部弯折形成一与弹片配合的加强板。
作为本发明的的优选实施方式,加强板与导线相接触的端部设置有若干齿。
作为本发明的的优选实施方式,所述电源触片弯折成中空的筒状,所述筒状电源触片与侧板设置在连接板的同一侧,且该筒状电源触片的端部设置有若干微向外张开的小叶片。
作为本发明的的优选实施方式,所述连接板与侧板成90°角。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明插芯采用一片导电金属片制作而成,直接套装在灯座内,导线可穿过插孔并卡在弹片与连接板形成的卡位内,实现导线与灯座的插拔式连接,工序简单、插接方便,可大大提高工作效率,拆卸导线也无需借助其它工具,非常安全省事;此外,侧板上部弯折形成一加强板与弹片配合构成双层结构同时卡住导线,同时在加强板与导线相接触的端部设置有若干齿可进一步起到卡紧导线的作用;此外,把连接板与侧板折弯成90°角,可使插孔正对灯座与导线的连接口,有利于导线顺畅的插入连接;此外,电源触片弯折成中空的筒状,并在端部设置有若干微向外张开的小叶片,则有利于灯管插头顺畅接入。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本发明的一种灯座插芯,包括一块导电金属片,所述金属片的一侧设置成与灯管连接的电源触片1,该电源触片1可弯折成中空的筒状,所述筒状电源触片1与侧板3设置在连接板2的同一侧,且该筒状电源触片1的端部设置有若干微向外张开的小叶片11,该设置便于灯管插头更加顺畅的插入拔出;所述电源触片1的一端向外延伸有一连接板2,连接板2的一端弯折成一与连接板2表面成一定角度的侧板3,该实施例设置成90°,可使插孔31正对灯座与导线的连接口,有利于导线更加顺畅的插入连接;所述侧板3上冲压形成有一供导线穿设的插孔31及一弹片32,该弹片32与连接板2之间形成卡掣导线的卡位,导线穿过插孔31卡接在弹片32与连接板2形成卡位中,在弹片32尾部可设置一便于导线插入的凹坑321;此外,可把侧板3上部弯折形成一与弹片32配合的加强板4,该加强板4可进一步卡住导线,与弹片32形成双层卡接结构,更有保障,另外在加强板4与导线相接触的端部可设置若干齿41,有助于更进一步卡紧导线。

1.一种灯座插芯,包括一块导电金属片,其特征在于:所述金属片的一侧设置成与灯管连接的电源触片(1),电源触片的一端向外延伸有一连接板(2),连接板(2)的一端弯折成一与连接板(2)表面成一定角度的侧板(3),侧板(3)上冲压形成有一供导线穿设的插孔(31)及一弹片(32),该弹片(32)与连接板(2)之间形成卡掣导线的卡位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灯座插芯,其特征在于:所述弹片(32)尾部设置有一便于导线插入的凹坑(321)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种灯座插芯,其特征在于:所述侧板(3)上部弯折形成一与弹片(32)配合的加强板(4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种灯座插芯,其特征在于:所述加强板(4)与导线相接触的端部设置有若干齿(41)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种灯座插芯,其特征在于:所述电源触片(1)弯折成中空的筒状,所述筒状电源触片(1)与侧板(3)设置在连接板(2)的同一侧,且该筒状电源触片(1)的端部设置有若干微向外张开的小叶片(11)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种灯座插芯,其特征在于:所述连接板(2)与侧板(3)成90°角。
